The management company keeps hanging up on me (I recorded the calls) when I call about the fact that our hot water and heat has been off for 2 weeks. I explained I m pregnant and suffering complications from taking cold showers and sitting in a 33 degree apartment. Property managers Maeve and Lindsey explicitly said they didn t care and both hung up on me after I begged them to turn on our heat and hot water. What s even scarier is that they said they turned it off because of con Edison but con Edison said the steam in the building has no issues and has been fine with no notification on work being done anytime recently or in the future. Don t live here.

Warning on the property management (Columbus Property Management) services contracted by Moinian.

They are extremely rude and unpleasant, and refuse to acknowledge mistakes made by them. Instead they will pin the blame on the tenant, even though they are expected to be providing services for tenants.

Ended my stay with 90 Washington on a really bad note.

Work for a contractor on their 90W building...still waiting for a paycheck...

This was the worst experience I ve ever had. They re unbelievably unprofessional and grossly misrepresented everything they sold us the apartment under. We had to cancel our lease before even moving into the building because of the amount of lies they told. This is one of the worst real estate companies I ve ever dealt with and they will most likely see us in court.

Excellent Experience with 90 Washington Street. Robert Blauvelt was an excellent help to me and and my room mate throughout the whole process of getting our lease resigned. Definitely would recommend to anybody who is moving into Manhattan!

I would honestly give 0 stars if possible. I have lived here for 2 years due to the cheaper rent and close proximity to work. However, stay away. We have lost all utilities twice before. They secretly floated the emergency costs across the tenants and unexplained credited it back months later after several complaints. Once a month, due to the never ending construction, we lose water. The pipes are dirty so do not drink the water straight. They do not abide to lease signed and management is no where to be found. They disconnect phones when they are "busy". If you want to deal with constant issues with basic utilities that are a right in NYC, stay away.

Tragically mutilated a landmark Art Deco building at 3 Columbus Circle.

Enables the harassment of a single female tenant, and penalizes her for trying to protect herself. Pass.

Would love to give zero stars if possible. Was a resident at a luxury highrise in Hells Kitchen for years and the management company continued to get worse with every passing day. Their manager of our building, "Jessica" was horrible, they were slow to respond or address serious building issues, everyone who worked for them was on eggshells all day everyday, and their lack of communication was laughable. If you're considering one of their properties I heavily urge you to continue your search.

At the 90 Washington building. Good building, lacking management. No attention to details, no communication about building issues, took 5 days to fix my broken toilet and they promised every day they were about to send someone up. Took two weeks in the middle of freezing snowy February to even have a heater in my apartment...which is illegal...during which time no one had any clue what was going on even when we submitted multiple requests and followed up multiple times a day. Impossible to contact anyone in management. Could go on and on about all the facets of the building they don't pay any attention to.

Terrible management teams at the properties. They are far more concerned with trying to get money from you than managing the buildings. Furnishings look good but are poor quality

I'm staying in a building managed by this group, and management has been atrocious. My experiences are similar to the others here -- I lived without hot water and heat for a substantial period of time during the winter, despite paying "luxury" prices. I hope management gets jailed for essentially engaging in such criminal behavior to ignore leases, relevant laws, and keep asking for payments despite not delivering what was agreed upon.

If you are thinking about living anywhere affiliated by this group, I would think twice because I live in one of their buildings and is not what it seems to be. Any 5 star review is most likely fake, and while I am typically not one to take the time to write reviews, the development company, the Moinian Group, along w/ the management company, Columbus Property Management located at 3 Columbus Circle, 26th Floor New York, NY 10019, both need some sort of accountability behind the way they operate. On top of all the other valid complaints about not having gas and hot water, I have been living in a unit that has had water leaking inside the unit from poor construction that has caused BLACK MOLD to become rampant across my living room, dining hallway, and portions of the kitchen as you can see from the photos below. As much as I hate to rag on this building and the management company, I feel like I have no other choice but to let the world know what kind of management company others would be experiencing because like other reviews have stated, what they offer as compensation is egregious for the amount of money we are paying to be here and does not make up for the faults that the residents are experiencing. In addition to the photos I have uploaded below, there are many others that could be uploaded that would prove the same point. This is not how a property should be managed and there needs to be accountability.

Slumlords. Total neglect of building. Homeless people wandering stairways. Security guards all fired. 1 person at front desk for 1200 apartments. Garbage rooms are filthy. Packages being stolen from mailroom. Management is totally nonresponsive. A terrible situation at the Sky.

I just passed on the street a demonstration against the Moinian Group for "destroying working class families" for allowing contractors to perform work that does not pay the area standards in wages and benefits. I will not support a company who doesn't take care of their workers.

Horrible management. Promised amenities disappeared after move-in. Still awaiting return of security deposit over two months after vacating apt.

The management has never been the same since Douglas Elliman were replaced by Moinian at Marc, 260 W 54 St. Dishonest management staff in this place will not obligate not only verbal but written agreement. Stay away by ALL means!
