The management company keeps hanging up on me (I recorded the calls) when I call about the fact that our hot water and heat has been off for 2 weeks. I explained I m pregnant and suffering complications from taking cold showers and sitting in a 33 degree apartment. Property managers Maeve and Lindsey explicitly said they didn t care and both hung up on me after I begged them to turn on our heat and hot water. What s even scarier is that they said they turned it off because of con Edison but con Edison said the steam in the building has no issues and has been fine with no notification on work being done anytime recently or in the future.
