Honestly this is the best job I have ever had. I was there for a year in a half and it was a great experience for me and my family. Sabrina and Mike Ferry do their best at making it the best job you have ever had. The sales manager is cool and he tries to make the commission structure good enough where EVERYONE CAN MAKE MONEY! He also provides a wonderful system that has changed peoples real estate career and their lofe. The con's of this company is favortisim and negativity. There's another employer that has been there for a very long time and he feels since he has been there he runs the sales floor and he NEVER gets put in his place. He sits on a high horse and brags about what he has but in reality he goes through things like everyone else. He TALKS about EVERYONE in the building and on the sales floor. He tells the administrators business (she's nice but very direct) and then goes in the office with the manager and her and talk about everyone and their production but he is making easily $10,000 a month. (Because he always steals his team members tickets, being the team leader)There's no real supervision for the sales floor coming from the CEOS. Out of the whole company the sales floor doesn't get bothered at all!! And I believe that's the problem, when MF and SF come in the building that's when everyone acts right. I am young and had problems with my attendance and they worked with me beyyyooonndd and were very understanding. The company needs to get rid of the bullying and negativity on the sales floor coming from that individual and the HR is so nice to everyone she doesn't want to take the right steps to fixing the problem because everyone denies what's going on. It has been explained to her thousands of times why people deny everything and that's because you feel intimidated and bullied when you go back on the floor. Sabrina and Mike should check with the whole sales floor and they will get the real truth.. Thanks for the opportunity MFO.
