Sleep No More is incredible, I went twice with two completely different kinds of friends and had a blast both times. Truly next-level theater with amazing attention to detail, setting and movement. I have also heard that Speakeasy Magic at the rooftop bar is great too, I know a very talented magician who works it although I haven't had a chance to go yet!

This is abondaned hotel not operated as a hotel at all due to the war right after the construction completion. Sleep no more is quite an experience but it's really hard to get the most of it by visiting once without studying the context, unless you are really knowledge about Shakespeare, Hitchcock and English history. Recommend to search online and study in advance, at least what to wear, when to arrive and what will happen.

This could have been a great show if there weren't greedy and admit about 200 people to the show. Even thought we showed up 10 minutes earlier, we had to wait about an hour to get into the show and missed one of the three performance! Inside was super crowded and hot! We could barely see what the actor/actress was performing because there were so many people. It was so unfortunate that they don't think about people satisfaction and treat them as a herd! The actors and actresses were great and we really enjoyed the little of what we could see! A very immersive experience!

Quite the experience. Never witnessed anything like it before. Had the feeling of playing an artsy first-person exploration video game like Gone Home with a stylistic dance interpretation of the Scottish play.

Come early, explore, and enjoy. I was lucky enough to get a one on one with Banquo. Plenty of Easter eggs like that to uncover, which only add to the mystery and enjoyment that is Sleep No More.

OMG What an experience! 5 shows later and I'm still seeing things I've never seen before. The total sensory experience is intense and while I recognize this isn't for everyone, everyone I've taken has loved this.

One of the most novel and engaging experiences in NYC. Slightly hidden and marketed mainly by word of mouth, the show contained within the hotel, Sleep No More, is a piece of art quite different from the familiar Broadway productions just a few blocks up. Be prepared to walk a lot, get lost, and talk about it with your friends.

Great

The McKittrick runs an amazing interactive theatre performance called Sleep No More. It is incredibly different to any other theatre performance I have experienced. The pre performance in the bar is lots of fun but cocktails and other drinks are super expensive for what you get.

After hearing reviews and people talk about it, I decided to see it.

It is an interesting concept, but as my friend described it, it is a "hipster's haunted house".

I ended up getting separated from my date, but we found each other 45 mins later. However, the dance performances were great and were fun to watch. $100 per ticket is steep, but worth it if your girl wants to go see it.

This show blows my mind. Partly interactive and way different from any show i've ever seen. Set pieces are so detailed. Surreal. Feels like I stepped into the world of david lynch, Alfred hitchcock, and Tim burton. Along with steven kings the shining.
Make sure to wear comfortable shoes as you'll be walking and running around scene to scene following actors of your choice. To add to the orignality you wear creepy masks to show that you are not part of the scene and kind of mold to the background.

I checked in my coat and scarf here which had my credit cards and passport in. Coat was of value around $900 and the scarf was around $500. When I went to claim at the end they no longer had it, they made no effort to reimburse me for the items and didn't seem to care. Either gave it away to someone else or the staff stole it. Very nearly ruined my trip to New York. Don't trust them with your belongings is all I'll say.

Don't get me wrong, it's a killer performance. From the moment you check your coat, the scenario, the music, the ambience. Just so impressive. HOWEVER, people don't respect the actors at all hovering inches from them and blocking everyone else's view.
You are constantly pulled off of the immersive setting by all the bumping and blocking and running.
It felt so frustrating, because it could be so good.
Tried the punch and the absinthe, both were amazing.

We saw Sleep No More and loved it. We came back for this show Flight and we couldn t recommend it less. Basically they carved little figurines into a round wood block and it slowly rotates and you watch a story with headphones on. A must miss.

I am reviewing Clubcar, the newest popup(which is essentially The Heath hut w a limited tasting menu some nights). We enjoyed it(although we've dined a few times at the Heath and enjoyed it). Tje restaurant is very good, although just a smidhe expensive. The best thing to do is visit Sleep No More and then dine here after (share a cocktail and discuss the great experience you just had)

You can't go to NYC without seeing SLEEP NO MORE! it's amazingly interactive and theatrical. Every experience is different. Take their advice and if you are with friends, make sure to separate and explore apart. It's worth it cause you'll share stories for the rest of your lives about what you encountered! Tip: use the washroom before you enter and know that you will make your way out after the 3 hour incredible show.
