Stoped in for a group lunch and was not only amazed by the hotel but the staff and food. All exceeding my expectations and I will definitely neen to stay here on my next visit

Still the Grand Dame of Manila. It never fails to awe tourist of its lobby with its huge capiz & bronze chandeliers backed by wide planks of an assortment of Philippine hardwoods on its ceilings.

One of the most opulent hotels, food needs some work though, it's good but as good as other hotels of this caliber

Beautiful old world hotel, everything is within walking distance. Staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast is really good with lots to choose from.

The 108th anniversary of Manila hotel. The place looks great. The buffet spread at Cafe Ylang Ylang was a great feast as well.

Old and dirty surrounding of the building. If you like history then you can taste the history here by the friendly and professional staff.

Food is great!

One of the very fine hotels in Manila, Manila Hotel offers the most luxurious accommodations money can buy. Though the rooms may need a little bit of upgrade and improvement, the overall ambiance and decadence still trump it all. Located in the heart of the city, close to the premiere national park of the country named after the national hero, one may want to dip in to what the rich are in to, even once in a while.

All the staff was very professional, but also seemed very unpersonal.

Such a great place to experience Filipino cultural heritage. I always love being here.

Host for the Philippine hospital association convention I hope we can update the rooms

One of the most amazing restaurants in the NCR - Champagne Room, apart from that not much to look forward when.visiting, a tiny pool area with no view, smelly sea side front, main restaurant closing early at 2.30 PM over the weekends with a lobby eatery serving average pizza and pasta dishes, glamorous entrance with a airport feel effect since you have to pass multiple security points. Please remove your metal detector and scanning outside of hotel to preserve the lobby effect. Cakery should be avoid for the bad taste coffee and limited selection of apparently award wining cakes. Tried Mango purple cake, buttery taste, cream texture, overpriced. Service slow and ignorant, too. The Champagne Room is wortwile visiting, great service and wonderful ambient

Security is very good. It seems to be a very good hotel for the Manila people. It's a shame that there's no place to go around.

Room was great. Food was lousy. Both the food served in the Grand Ballroom and the Breakfast Buffet. Looked good but tasted awful. Very disappointing!

Great ambience but one thing i was disappointed was the hotel have cockroach insects
I inform the receptionist twice but they ignored, I write a feedback on FB Page and send them a PM but no answer.

Thursday night buffet surf and turf. Went with a friend who higjly recommended it thinkjng about the good ol days of its forst renovation. Sadly we were both disappointed with the surf. The turf was okay wagyu beef is a must. Actually you can base your whole meal.off of it. And also foie gras to order is also good you just have to tell them to heat it again as it has been precooked. SKIP THE CLAMS with CHEESE

A century old iconic hotel rich in history, a Filipino pride!

Did not stay here but attended a party in the Champagne room. The hotel is beautiful and offers historical value.

This is a historical place that is sophisticated and posh. We had a conference here. But their projectors are poor and screens small
