Hotel on the outskirts of Rotterdam next to the airport. Stayed in rooms 228 and 319; comfortable, modern, orange-brown furnishings, reasonably spacious, chic bathroom. Small balcony (228) at the back with a view of the riding school.

Pros: good base for visiting Rotterdam. Free parking for hotel guests. Bicycles available at 10 per day, bus 33 stops around the corner, 10 minutes to central station. Extensive breakfast in nicely decorated restaurant. There is a pool table in the basement. Friendly staff.

Negatives: Terrible sewage air that hangs in all corridors and some rooms (213 among others) (therefore rating reduced by 1 star). Sometimes noise from aircraft and adjacent maternity hospital. Sliding bathroom door does not close completely and cannot be locked. Scraping chairs in restaurant hurt ears (no felt pads!).

Large and bright room, small bathroom but with courtesy set. Empty minibar, not even a bottle of water. Coffee and tea maker in the room. TV with Italian channels. Great free parking. Breakfast plentiful and varied. Friendly staff at the reception desk in the breakfast room.

Nice Hotel, cordial staff, toom was spacious, despite close Location to airport and interstate it was not noisy during the night or in the rooms.

Work on the reed collar, from the ice. Thanks to the frost, people could stand on the ice, it was thick enough.

Stayed on a first floor room which was very nice. The room was big, clean, comfortable, and pretty modern. Absolutely great hotel, particularly for an airport hotel. Shuttle service was timely and quick! Will definitely stay there again if I have a late or early flight!

Standard airport hotel. Friendly staff & breakfast spread is good.

On arrival we were assigned a room that was still dirty .. this is of course not allowed and so the woman behind the reception (woman with long blonde tail) thought about it. We immediately received 2 welcome drinks and were upgraded to a top room !! This lady really knows what service is and was very very very understanding and welcoming towards us !!! We will definitely be back!

Small is beautiful. Tasty beds do not suffer from noise. Highly recommended for a night next to the airport. Breakfast was delicious

The hotel is located in the immediate vicinity of the airport of Rotterdam, but you hear virtually nothing of take-off or landing machines. The food in the restaurant is very good, the rooms offer a lot of space. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Who wants to get out in the evening, is wrong, because there is nothing in the area. All in all, we had a good stay here. Weiterempfehlendswert.

Don't be put off by the fact that it is an airport hotel: no plane heard.

I would like to point out that the bed in my room was broken, the drain in the shower does not work and the bathroom is flooded while you take a shower. Noisy air conditioning. Plus there are mosquitoes. Booked a room together with a friend in his room he had slippers and bathrobes but could not find them in my room. Informed the front desk about the water in the bathroom and the bed before going to dinner I was told that they would fix everything on our return on our return in the room the only thing what changed was that we found clean towels because the others had been used to dry the bathroom flooded. I think I will never stay in a Best Western hotel again. One more thing too much noise by the airplanes. Breakfast is too expensive.

Large, clean rooms, very friendly staff both at check in and at the restaurant, the restaurant eats really well and the portions are right, not the usual huge dishes typical of the north. The environment is very comfortable. Out in the open. Distant from the center of Rotterdam, but near the airport. Highly recommended.

The location is easily accessible, but less suitable for training. Because a lot of air traffic comes over you regularly have noise nuisance. The dinner was good but a little on the expensive side. The overnight stay is also good. The staff and the friendliness is excellent.
