No proper signage to car park otherwise everything ok service at malayan room have to improve

nice located, well facilities, very good to stay here.

We arrived at Westin KL at 5 pm and was told by Alice, the receptionist that our room is not ready! It was clearly stated that check in time is from 3 pm and check out at 12 pm yet they unable to prepare the room! Poor experience!

5-star hotel in a strategic location and tourist area Bukit Bintang or Arab Street for the large number of Arab restaurants and Arab tourists in it, causing congestion of cars and streets surrounding the area

Staying in the Club room with a colleague, although the time in the room is only night, the overall experience is very good, the hotel's breakfast area, a variety of national meals can choose

Aging hotel in prime locations but roads leading to hotel is jams during evening peak hours. Need upgrade to washroom.

Cozy place.. Variety off foods.. But heavy traffic Bukit bintang area

Attended a wedding function at the grand ballroom. Food is excellent and the venue is generally in a convenient part of the city. However, parking entrance is a little difficult to locate.

Very poor ...not upto the mark...and certainly not worth the price...my wife and I went for breakfast and for 10minutes the staff at the bfast buffet could not understand that we are not hotel guests. Next shock was...when the food that was served was different from what the placard next to the dish said...for instance...a dish was aaloo mutter (potato with peas) but actually it was only potatoes... apparently they forgot to remove the previous day's placard. And after we finished our meal and paid to leave...three other waiters asked us to pay on our way out... Dissatisfied and disappointed...should have just gone to double tree by Hilton for breakfast instead...

Hotel of choice when me and my family come to KL. Good service, good facilities, very nice buffet breakfast. It's in the heart of Bukit Bintang right next to Pavilion so you don't lose out on travel time.

The location is ideal, just in the prime location of Kuala Lumpur city center... The day and night are very exciting... Ideal for vacation or business trip... Worth recommending!

If like me you are a kl residence a hotel is not much use. But the Westin Beyond dining club is an experience.. Just an example, dinning for 4, we had a 1.4kg, melt in your mouth tender, tomahawk steak, 2 bottles of wine and salads and oleo spaghetti and deserts, the bill came up to less than rm200, using my privileges, of course.... I kid you not. There are various restaurants to choose from. And if use your free night stay upgrade yourself to the executive room and you can use the lounge facilities.. I paid 200 and I drank champagne from 6 to 8 and any variety of booze I want, eat as much as I want. Just for a day it's paradise.

Upscale and comfortable downtown hotel, the food is delicious!

Excellent location and room is pretty big and decent. Breakfast has lots of choices. Checking in experience was however disappointing. Arriving at 4pm thinking room should be ready but had to wait 2 hours and upon checking out, did not even give me at least an hour for late check out. Very disappointed.

Great staff. Good food. The approach road is a tiny bit congested because it's right in front of a mall, but all is forgiven once you're inside.

Right at the city centre, opposite to a big shopping mall. The rooms and deco are bit old but the services are excellent. The poor is a bit small but mineralized.

Nice place. Some areas look quite tired, but still a nice venue. The second floor bar has a smoking section...

Convenient hotel's stay for tourists, nearby with lots of shopping outlets and eateries!

There are too few elevators in the hotel.
The attitude of the morning clerk was unbelievably bad. This is the first time I have been dealt with such a bad mood.

Room was spacious enough. Staff was very good. Fantastic and strategic place for foreigner as it's in the heart of the city. Sungai Wang plaza was just 5 minutes away.. Pavilion and other shopping mall are just a walking distance.

Really nice and comfortable room and conference hall especially for business presentation and dinner. Huge hall to occupy 150-250 participants at one time with good foods served. Wanna hang up at the Hard Rock Cafe to spend your long night? Just next door and you will reach there. Chill and relax while listening to the energetic live band and if you are in sentimental mood, just request for the song to melt your love's heart.

To be honest I feel a bit insulted and disappointed by your offer. After reviewing your website and seeing that the room rate you are offering me (which is same as I have paid) is actually higher than your website offer, I have decided to book my next 2 nights in KL at The Ritz Carlton. I am actually quite surprised with your poor attempt to keep me as your customer knowing that I am not only someone that visits KL often for business but also that I am someone that has knowledge of good customer service, owning restaurants and hotels both in Laos and Canada. Although you do have some great staff, I hope in the future the customer service at The Westin KL greatly improves.

Right opposite Pavilion shopping mall. 5 star for location, comfort bed and in room with French press for coffee lover, however the coffee powder provided is so so only.Hope you can source for something better. Free flow sky juice with fresh fruit flavour has been removed. Very disappointed. It was a plus point after tiring shopping from Pavilion - it was like "welcome home" feel, but no longer there, left cold and spacious lobby.

Very convenient for family's stay and the surrounding areas are vrry lovely.

Food was not that great. Food presentation was good

Compare to other five star hotel this looses in many aspects Highly reccomend JW Marriott just beside it.
Westin is ok but intercontinental hotel or JW are much better options.

Great location. A bit tired inside. Had some issues with my room and service but they were one offs

The food was generally cold and not much of taste . Fried chicken was cold , not crispy and hard . Very limited choice of food selection . Pasta was neither pasta nor mamak style .. awful taste .. Surprise even the coffee is cold and was told , can't refill as there's no more coffee to serve .. service is good but
over all will not recommend any one there for buffet .
Not worth the money ..
