The Manhattan Hotel Rotterdam, Regardz Rotterdam Airport Hotel Review

The reason we were at this hotel was because of a bomb threat at the hotel where we checked in. We were able to stay in the lobby without any problems. We had a warm welcome and the staff went out of their way to make the most of this inconvenience.

When my 30-week pregnant wife was no longer able to sit down, she was even allowed to lie down in a room. When we could go back to our hotel, where all our belongings were still lying, we were even dropped off at the door by the staff.

What fantastic warm people and what a great service. If we ever go to Rotterdam again, we will book this hotel.

Goods receipt is difficult to reach, other staff are very friendly

Hotel is ok. Forgotten clothes in the room, were kept by cleaning staff, reception knows nothing, very bad

Friendly host with the food. Room was fine for 1 person

found nothing good:
- TV has no alarm clock
- wifi hotspot keeps dropping out
- no or empty minibar
- everything made of plastic
- expensive menu and bad food
- standard breakfast without hard rolls
- 4 stars on the map, but have been in hostels with more fun.

Don't go

Crashed spontaneously to have a drink with family who were not seen for too long: no problem with the bar staff! All our wishes were carried out smoothly, only the bitterballen took a while. Great atmosphere and willing staff

Located near the airport, the rooms are well-equipped and the rooms are medium in size and clean. Probably business people with only one lift. Breakfast is good, croissants are delicious, other options are also available.

Good for a business meeting. Pretty simple card. You often have to look for the controls in the kitchen. Just too few staff present.

Mooie plek in de boss. Quiet, beautiful place in the forest, near Neymig, easy to get to the 8 bus from the station, there is a sauna and pool, good breakfast, friendly staff.

Well because I found a discount, after this discount it became very expensive for the hotel level. The breakfast quite poor for the price of the same, as it came in the offer we had it.

Good friendly service. Little scary manikin in the Lobby, nice rooms, but good breakfast buffet, less choice if you are vegetarian and low in carbohydrate. Which is not surprising in itself .

Hotel located really close to Rotterdam AirportAirport, so ideal for a stay if you've got an early flight. The walls of the rooms however seem to be paper thinthin, as you can hear everything the people in the neighboring rooms are doing and saying. Particularly during my last stay I had a woman next door who kept me up almost all night by constantly talkingtalking, yelling and screaming. It got so bad that I had to call reception to complain about the excessive noise. They dealt with it swift and efficiently, but my nights rest was gone. The restaurant looked OK, and the food seemed to be to the liking of the other guests. The bar sucked though, all white and modern lookinglooking, completely devoid of atmosphere. Staff was very pleasant though.

For a 4 star hotel, the cleanliness and service is underground ... moldy shower ... the whole room dusty ... the first and the last time booked.

Good location if you need the airport but far out from the city centre - 20 minute cab ride at around 25 euro for the centraal station. Breakfast was ok but getting there after the morning rush meant the want much left. Friendly staff and plenty of areas to get on with work with powerpoints and table service.

We got the luxery room, which was nice and tidy. The small balcony is a nice touch. The personel was kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet is good and tasty.

I do not recommend the hotel, I booked a room, I received a booking confirmation by e-mail and upon arrival at the hotel I was informed that the room was busy because someone supposedly canceled the reservation. I was left with suitcases without any explanation

Great hotel, wonderfully spacious room with modern and neat decor. Sanitary is in good condition and clean. Beds are spacious and are great, with extra pillows available. Hotel has a modern but attractive appearance. Good coffee bar. Separate areas to sit and have a drink (games, book table and TV available) Breakfast is fine, plenty of choice. Checking in at a later time went smoothly. Definitely recommended for city visit Rotterdam or surrounding cities given the location of the hotel. Incidentally, no nuisance from aircraft or traffic.

Bad food most expensive and not tasty either. Staff not friendly. 17.50 for a hamburger and 20.50 for a satay is just crazy work.

A short stay in the Netherlands for a business meeting. A total of 2 nights in a hotel. Good location, close to the airport, the highway, public transport runs to the center of Rotterdam. Parking included. Rooms nice, clean. as for me a little too soft beds but I got a good night's sleep. Rooms well soundproofed from the outside, do not bother the noise of aircraft. However, unfortunately from the corridor sounds to the room sometimes get quite intense. During my stay in the morning a large group left and the noise interfered. Standard breakfast, very nice service, delicious coffee. A nice addition is the wireless chargers in the tables. You can top up the phone while sitting in a restaurant. Overall, I recommend it for a short stay. Anyway, this is my next visit to this hotel.

Within walking distance of the airport. Good hotel. Nice atmosphere! Ideal as a stopover. We will be back at the next departure via Rotterdam airport.

My tour group organized by Golden Destination and our hotel was this Best Western Plus. Excellent hotel: good service, clean room, good housekeeping and quality breakfast.

Hotel is fine. Good beds and a tidy room. Despite corona, breakfast measures by picking up a breakfast box and well stocked.

Tip: There should be another strip under the shower door against the water in the bathroom.

Bad reception! Come in a group and miss two rooms!
Staff not friendly at all and not understanding, did not want to help despite the big problem of room!
And especially DONE ATTENTION when we wanted to pay our consumption at the restaurant they would charge us 50euros more for a tip (which really does not deserve).
Level room it goes, very soft bed, and shower evacuation butcher, 2cm of water to mop up throughout the bathroom!
Find better hotel. This is an advice !

Excellent onion soup a bit low for that price and for bread (excellent quality) you have to ask for it separately, strange because it is mentioned on the map.

Nice location for a party, nice rooms and guests can stay overnight very handy.

Room dated with water damage and no rolls for breakfast. Parking was free and staff service good. However, I would not travel as a guest and prefer another hotel.

This course is difficult to reach by public transport for courses or training.

Super friendly. Rooms cozy but very noisy and not because of the planes but Asian guests who of course want to take pictures of their departure ... (too early) hour or 6:00. That was a shame but otherwise great !!!

We went to France for a week. Putting the car in the long-term parking area of the airport turned out to be more expensive than a night in the hotel, with the service that the car can remain in the parking area of the hotel, where there is also a shuttle service to the departure / arrival hall .
Instead of having to be in the car very early in the morning to get to the airport on time, we now had a relaxed evening and night, during which we could also enter Rotterdam.
The hotel room was fine, as well as the breakfast.

Had won this reservation through hotel auctions. The room was nice but the bed was a disaster I thought it was a double bed but no they had just put two separate beds next to each other so no success. At the check-in, I had stated that I wanted to check out at 14:00 and understood that it was not a problem but that you had to pay 15, so no problem. so the next day around noon I received a call from the reception that I had to check out immediately that I had stated at check in that I was going to check out at 2 pm but no, terrible service had to go right so never again

I always use this hotel when flying from the airport which is close by.

We had a pleasant stay with the 4 of us. We just found the menu not really great, too little choice and very on the price for a 4 star hotel.
