Location is good for me. Lots of parking. Staff are really friendly, helpful and efficient. Rooms are large, well prepared, have good showers and wifi. Food is all you want not fancy. Day special usually a good option. Has a shuttle to airport. Plus bus stop is very close.
Perfect location, aircraft activities not between 11 PM and 7 AM. Parking included. Beer bar.

Free parking . Bus 33 on the way to the center. Daily ticket for 7.50, which can be purchased in the hotel for all public transport. Park in the city costs 4 now. Cute staff is available. Kettle and coffee in the room. Good room. Bathroom with ridiculous modern sink. Rest ok.

Nice room, delicious breakfast only missed soft and hard sandwiches that belong to a 4 star breakfast, and just a pity of the small menu that is not so common on the weekend.
Restaurant is good, room's are decent. Brecfast has a bit to few options, fruit and salad are in inconvenient jars.
I had a few technical problems, WiFi keeps falling out and it was slow, Phone wasn't working when I arrive and on the second day when I returned the lock didn't work.
The staff was however fast to respond to the problems with the lock and phone.

Nice and close to the airport, is in itself good to walk, but if that fails then you can reserve the shuttle on your own time.
The room is spacious, equipped with a good bed, there is a couch that is comfortable too. You can adjust the dimmable bedside lamps well, I personally like having a bedside lamp not too bright. The bathroom has a spacious shower and lots of space to put away your things.
There was one downside: the previous guest had left the room very warm (around 28 degrees), luckily there is a window that can be opened wide.
Only hotel at walking distance from Rotterdam airport. But there are much better and more affordable hotels in downtown Rotterdam. Take the bus.

Nice hotel with a very kind staff. They will even pick you up at the airport if you need it. The breakfast looked amazing, too bad I had some stomach ache that morning and I could not taste everything I wanted to.

After the day tours through lovely Holland, the outside area of the hotel always offered a pleasant and relaxing end.
Did not stay overnight, just ate at the hotel restaurant. The gnocchi were overcooked and the taste of the vegetables not really the best. Certainly not to recommend, especially taking into account the prices.
The room is small, but the bed is not flat enough to be messy, and the breakfast is small and delicate.
We arrived unexpectedly after landing because we didn't find our car key. So at the very least we were a bit over our pace. The people at the desk were sooooo sweet and friendly. And went to great lengths to help us and calm us down.

Located close to the airport with a shuttle available. The rooms were clean and well equipped with large bathrooms.
Convenient for airport and bus to City. Hotel also rents bikes, 30 minute ride to Downtown.

Nice rooms, well refurbished. Typical Dutch service (very good). Very convenient for the airport (and surprisingly quiet) good public transport link to centre of Rotterdam (20 minutes on bus, 25 minutes on a bike ).

The Receptionist was very friendly and helpful he spoke Excellent English. The Bar man was very helpful he asked where we had been and what our plans where for tomorrow. We said we wanted to go in to Rotterdam centre. He informed us that there was a big event on called world harbour Days, and that parking would be next to impossible, especially with a trailer and a roof box on the car. He advised us to use the bus which stops outside of the hotel no 33, and that it was 3 each for a ticket for all public transport for an hour. Unfortunately we did not realise that the harbour was so far from Centraal Station, we later found out from tourist information that the tram to the railway station was either no 7 from before the bridge and number 23 from the other side of the bridge. So on the way back we paid 3 each for tram ride, and bus ride. The tickets only last for 1 hour. Any how back to the hotel there was a good selection at breakfast it was all fresh. There was also to my surprise bacon, scrambled eggs, and beans. I declined that option as there is never any meat on European bacon. But that's not the hotels fault. Our room was clean and tidy, however the windows where dirty. There where Loads of massive cobwebs over the windows, with 2 massive spiders the size of a tarantula. In addition to those there where hundreds of flies, some of which had got in the room as the window had been left open. Only a few managed to get past the net curtain though. Would I stay here again Yes I would, the rooms and public areas are all very clean, and the air-conditioning was quite effective.

The room was very nice, everything was really clean, the breakfast was awesome and the room Setup was also really good. It's not Central to the city so it's also really quiet. Would recommend.
Great hotel, 10 minute walk from the airport, dead easy to find. Literally walk straight away from the terminal and you'll eventually get there, straight in front of you after passing a petrol station.
Lovely rooms, good WiFi, very clean and modern, really helpful and accommodating staff. We'd definitely return for a short stay again.
