Amazing! Yes just amazing! I enjoyed every moment of our stay, the staff was friendly, the spa was so relaxing and the food was to great. It is my favorite place to go and what I find myself comparing every other place too, it is the spa standard. My favorite time of the year to come here is in the winter, when you sit out at the hot tub with the cold crisp air at your back.

The gym is professional staffed with all new machines.

If you want a real luxury spa resort look no further.

Amazing Spa Hotel! Friendly service and delicious food.

HIDDEN FEES-BEWARE! I have stayed at many destination spa resorts. This was recommended by a friend and I booked it as a mini-honeymoon. We stayed for 3 nights. The massages were good. The facilities were nice. But, then, the bill hit me in the face at the end...a $625+ "Accommodation Service Fee"! They put this after the regular room fees so they don't have to pay taxes on what is basically free money on top of the regular premium rate. 3 nights as a Couples Retreat = $5,000 with that added fee. ASK ABOUT ALL CHARGES! You can get a better experience at places like Grovepark Inn in NC...my favorite place.

Clean, comfortable beds, nice spa, good was a little bland in flavor but good technique.

Soooooo relaxing. The spa treatments are amazing!!! Nice and quiet, the staff was a pleasure to interact with and felt like family when we left. The breakfasts and lunches are good but dinner is where they truly shine. If you have a chance, the garden dinner is an absolute game changer. Amazing food, wine and people with the chef and sommelier the feeling you all about everything.

The spa services and staff - exceptional. I love the new ladies lounge. My favorite was the whisper lounge after my treatments. Gail the hostess is friendly and most accommodating. The food and service ~ exceptional. I have very bad allergies to dairy and gluten and from the wait staff to the Chef it is taken seriously and not frowned upon. Love the dairy free mouse with infused pears Chef made me since the dessert offerings all had dairy in them. Took one star away - The front desk staff needs to be friendlier!

From the moment you arrive, you know you're getting 5-star service. Your bags are whisked away, and everyone is very friendly. The food is outstanding. The service is excellent. I am told the staff is treated well and it shows. There is so much to do, or you can do nothing. The Spa was wonderful. They have nearly anything you could ever possibly need. I hope to make this an annual trip.

This is a magical place. From the moment you enter this adults only haven, you are greeted warmly and immediately everyone knows who you are. The property is gorgeous, but the spa and the food are outstanding. I could ve moved into that spa forever. I will certainly be returning for another connected but relaxed getaway.

We attended the spa for a massage and lunch. It was part of a package deal provided by the Settler's Inn where we stayed. It was a great time.

Wonderful ambiance, staff, spa, food! Can't wait to go back....even if it is pricey.

Couldn't have asked for a better girls weekend getaway. Everything was top notch between spa treatments, health/ fitness classes and the wonderful meals. Will be back again!

The Lodge at Woodloch was amazing. The staff was incredibly friendly, polite and helpful with any and every request. The spa services were excellent. Every treatment was professional, comfortable and worth the money. My wife enjoyed her treatments as well. We loved the pools, hot tubs and amenities inside the spa itself. The activities provided by the Lodge were excellent and every "instructor" that was holding the classes were passionate and informative. The food there was beyond amazing, every meal (and even the snacks) was terrific. Made with fresh ingredients, attention to details and willingness to adjust for preferences/allergies/etc. was great. We are definitely going to be return customers in the future, it was the perfect getaway for us.

Good, but you will pay for it. Expect about $1G a day for 2 people with a service each.. Food which was included was excellent.

Great and clean place. Was amazing and welcoming from the moment we drove through the gates. I took off one star for my checkout experience. I love watching movies before going to sleep so I rented 4 movies through out my stay and all the movies kept freezing then skipping ahead. I told the lady at checkout and instantly she told me I would not be getting a refund because the movies played for atleast an hour. I was a little offended as I was barely informing her. I mentioned it to them the day before and they said they will send someone to check it out and no one came but it wasn't much of an issue for me. I even had a recording of the freezing to better explain it to them and she refused to see it. I have never experienced rented movies freezing like that be it at home or any other hotel. Well, I just told her to put everything on my card and I left. Minus that it was a great experience and the food options are extremely healthy so if you are not a fan of healthy food it might bother you.

Great spa, incredible food, lots of good activities. Very pricey but a nice treat and no kids. Mostly couples or girls trips

Absolutely love this place and can't wait to go back. The food was fresh and healthy. The environment was calming and romantic. A nice break from the city. My only note was I didn't feel the massage was worth the money. It was a good massage but no better than the one I pay $49.99/month for at hand and stone. The facial however was exceptional and worth every penny.

The lodge and Woodloch is a lovely weekend getaway for the stressed out human in need of some greenery and relaxation. My mom came here as part of a mother daughter relaxation quest.

Upon arrival the service was great, our car was as valeted and were taken to our room. The accommodations are lovely. Highlights include the giant chakra bowls in the lobby which are fun to play and, the dining room overlooking with vaulted ceilings and the small lake covered with lily pads.

The food in the dining room was inconsistent, and not par with a nice dinner in the city, and the cocktails in particular had cough syrup like quality.

The activities during the day were also eclectic and hit or miss. I had the feeling no staff member was particular expert in anything they taught. Activities like archery, kayaking, paddle boarding, and hiking in the surrounding areas were very fun, but often the more structured classes lacked expertise.

A water trampoline (wave) class was taught with any music or great variation in exercise moves. The gong bath involved more singing and talking than gonging, and while the tea class was very informative and endearing, there was little to no ritual or meditation involved, even it was advertised as having both.

I think for the casual spa goer a lot of these experiences would ve been just fine. But if your looking to dive deep into any of these activities this isn t the resort for you.

All of that would ve been not so bad, except that the entire to come to a spa, is well, to use the spa.

My mom and I both got massages. She got the river stone massage and I got the deep tissue. Both of us felt the massages cost twice as much as they were worth. I ve gotten massages at other resorts that were much much better and less expensive.

All in all, the resort is nice but not worth the extra time to get there or the extra cost of accommodations. We likely will not return

Very professional, relaxing atmosphere and revitalizing.

My wife and I attend the lodge once a month because we just love the place. The staff is wonderful and all the amenities are amazing. I would recommend this place for anyone who is looking for some serious RNR and reconnecting your body alignment.

As a frequent visitor of this resort, I think going NOW during COVID is an amazing opportunity. The resort is literally being sanitized every 5 minutes. I sat in the pool area and watched several staff members come into the retreats literally every 5 minutes sanitizing almost everything in sight..... I was blown away. The level of service was not at all impacted by COVID, and wearing masks around the property does not impact the experience. The spa services were also fantastic, and the staff was very accommodating and in a great mood. Would HIGHLY recommend. This is an underrated resort and is easily a 5 start world class resort. I will be returning monthly.

Updated: the lodge at woodloch Is the top resort getaway. It has every amenity you would need and tries to go above and beyond to make your stay exceptional. Tipping is not expected and services still outstanding. For an all-inclusive resort the food is way above average. They have an indoor pool outdoor kayaking and hot tubs and numerous activities related to health and wellness

There experience here is amazing. Don't think, just go.

The only bad thing is that it can b very stuffy there......I don't like that,just bc its a little pricey doesn't excuse it..

My second visit, a wonderful spa, with great classes and terrific food.

I would give it 10 stars. We have been back 10x and will keep coming back. Food is great, staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Spa treatments are great and done in a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. The grounds are beautiful and always being expanded and upgraded. The outdoor hot tub is the best!!!

My girlfriend and I spent the weekend there. This place is perfect for an escape weekend. The scenery, food and people working there will make you will make you feel like living the dream. I enjoyed the food. Probably one of the best place I ever ate. The staff is very professional and friendly. Awesome people working there. The only con is I have is I had to leave to go back to work. I wish I had more time to spend there. We'll definitely come back.

Woodloch Spa is beautiful. But don t buy a gift card for your loved ones if you are local they are glad to take your money without telling you about all there restrictions on local guests. Very disappointing, was excited for my children to go to this spa but could not get a appointment because of there restrictions. They did give our money back, that we will be glad to spend at Alexander s spa in Scranton or the French manor where they can get two massages for the same price with a very nice experience.

It's special to have a place to go that takes your body and your relaxation seriously through not only exercise and spa, but also excellent food. Woodloch has exquisite service as well.
We enjoyed staying there and also at the Pines with our children.

What an amazing place tucked away in the poconos! The staff here are all incredibly welcoming. The chefs are phenomenal, every meal was delicious. The resort has so many activities/ classes to choose from, I can t wait to come back to do some of the things I didn t get a chance to do this time around. There is only one word to describe the spa... magnificent. I literally cannot even put the spa into words, you just have to go there! The rooms are very clean. I m already planning my next trip! You won t regret coming to this place!

Place is spectacular. Was there during covid so you can imagine there were some wonky things. It is very expensive but it s a nice quick get away from the city.

Amazing experience. We went for our anniversary trip and we're supposed to stay 2 nights. Unfortunately we had a sick kid at home and they worked with us to depart a day early. It was so relaxing and the customer service was amazing.

Accommodations are great, food is fantastic, but service is lacking. For the prices they charge, I would expect a higher level of service. I'm glad I came, but not sure I would visit again.

Staying at the Lodge at Woodloch was one of the most enjoyable, if not the most enjoyable destination I have ever experienced. The staff was welcoming, courteous and and eager to please. The facilities were to numerous to count. Each site, the lake front, the dining areas, the sports facilities, etc were well maintained, clean and inviting to guest. The individuals staffing each area were fantastically helpful and added to our fun.
I am handicapped. The handicapped room that was provided was the most accommodating and functional I have ever stayed in (and I have stayed in many).
I cannot recommend the experience at Woodloch to highly. My only regret is that my family and I did not discover this gem earlier in our lives.

Always an amazing time here. Wonderful people, wonderful service and great food. Spent today ice fishing on the lake! Updating as we are just finishing our 7th visit here in five years. Still just as amazing as our first time and the spa is incredible.

World class spa. The word elegant does not do it justice. The help always has a hello and a smile. Five star is a understatement.

Excellent service by staff. The grounds is wonderful, hammocks randomly located around property outside. Trails to walk! Lots of wildlife to view, and enjoy. The food is excellent farm to table! All staff treated us wonderfully for my mom's birthday retreat visit. Various outdoor equipment included for your leisure such as bicycles, kayaks and much more. Many classes included in your visit if you choose. Indoor facilities were very nice, and beautiful overall. Awesome indoor, and outdoor hot tubs. Very casual environment with good diversity of guests. Others I visited with loved the spa services!

Other notes - The lake was rather small, one of the yoga studios was too small. It seemed like they should have built the studio much larger in size. Awkard yoga classes at full capacity, staff should advise guests to arrive early so class can start on time. Some classes perhaps could last longer in duration per class. Operational hours of pool, and outdoor activity building somewhat limited. It would have been better to have access earlier and later into each day.

Ying and yang. Create your own unique experience during your stay. Be active, relax, or find a balance of both. Worth a visit to experience it for yourself!
