They handle our digital menu boards in our stores. I ve had a ongoing problem that they only temporarily fix. I have called over 20 times in a span of two weeks and everytime they say all the technicians are busy and will give you a call back as soon as they can and they never call back. I ve called over a span of 7 hours one night and everytime they told me the same thing. Asked to speak to a manager and was told that they re assisting other customers and would call me back as soon as they could, and SURPRISE I never get a call back. This place is a JOKE. Worst technical support I have ever received, the worst management I have encountered too, and that s saying something considering I m a manager myself and have seen some incompetent people.

We purchased this product and the salesman definitely over promised system functionality.

Only after writing a letter to the CEO did the company want to honor what was sold to us.

Ready for go live and now the company wants to charge 2.5x what it costs for hardware and they won't hook up our existing same model unless we pay into their price gouging.

I don't know why you have a ticketing system, no one takes notes, or reads the notes that are in the ticket. I specifically tell them don't call the store, they call the store. As an IT Professional for the last 20 years, I would hire my cat to do support before I would use this company.

Good place to work. Competitive pay and benefits. I really didnt know much on Linux before starting here and now I'm writing my own linux coding. Just dont expect to come into this job with microsofts certs under your belt and expect to use any of them except maybe a networking cert.

No one in sicom has the mental capabilities to answer a phone, respond to an email, or do any other general thing a business that provides tills should be able to do. Expect to sit for an hour and a half with the same ringtone over and over.
