The food is awful. Look up at the dust on the rafters. Ends up on your food. Tour the kitchen. Soup cold. My parents 87 years old spent $125.00 On Saint Patrick's day. Went back later found out they quit serving it, because it tasted like ALPO. Great location since Craig left food is disturbing. Oh Derick gave us 1 cup cake to make up for BAD FOOD! The employees are Fantastic!
I have eaten lunch here for the past few years at least once a week. I really like what they offer and the consistency. Great food and fresh iced tea.

I love this place. They have a unique nashville chicken sandwich that you need to try (if you like them!), and they also have a great drink menu.
Ambiance, server and food were all great. Walking into the Local was deceiving....a lot larger than it looked on the outside, my friend and I were acknowledged when we walked in, the bison burger I had was cooked to order and you cannot go wrong with tater tots. Will go back in the future.
Food was tasty and reasonably priced. Check your silverware. My knife was disgusting as were all the knives at the table.
I've heard of this restaurant from a number of local friends. Finally made it there to celebrate my sisters birthday. Everyone was really happy with their meals. Unique, tasty and local. My nephew devoured the kids grilled cheese. And hey, there are crayons to color on the table for the kids and kids at heart.

It was extremely disappointing. The menu looked amazing but sadly the food was not properly executed. At this price point i would of expected something of much higher quality.

Meh. Doesn't have a pub atmosphere. Lots of kids, which wasn't bad as they were well behaved. Felt gloomy with shades of grayish blue and concrete floor. Tenderloin wasn't bad but the nachos looked like something you would get at a sporting event with its Cheese Wiz like topping. Seemed like diner food for upscale price.
Had a great lunch at The Local Eatery & Pub! Great food and service. Locally sourced food. Perhaps our new weekend eating spot!
Pleasantly suprised when walking in the door. Highly recommend ordering the hot wings for an appetizer - some of the best we've had in the area! The service was excellent and everyone was very friendly and helpful. The only downside is that our sandwiches were average and probably a bit overpriced. Overall though, good experience and we'll be back.

The food is outstanding. The atmosphere and employees are great. Our waitress was knowledge and helpful. The blackened salmon, mac and cheese, veggie burger, chicken gyro, and olive oil cake are all recommended eats. As an out of towner this makes my list of places to recommend.
Poor selection for vegetarians. The things that I wanted that I could have were unavailable. The ranch is good and so are the tator tots. The plant based burger tasted like charcoal, I guess to make it have some flavor? It made for an unappetizing meal.
Worth trying. Though they lacked the diverse menus items they've had in the past.
Superb! Food is always fresh and full of flavor. Very consistent each time we go. We were lucky enough yesterday to have a truly amazing server - Alyssa. We will be asking for her from now on.

The Salmon dish I had was really good . And always the Tater tots were great. But the place looked run down . But if that was what they were going for they achieved it. But the food is the most important part.

This is probably my favorite restaurant in town. I love their take on food. They are doing things not everyone is doing with fresh local ingredients when possible, and they aren't afraid of rarely used pieces of meat.
Horrible service. Basic, unappetizing food that isn t LOCAL. Manager said the food runner left, and that s the reason our dessert wasn t delivered... after we already paid.

Probably partly my fault because we went in pretty late. Food took a long time to come out,. When it did, not great just ok. As other reviews have said, this place can be hit or miss. I'll go back because I've had great dinners here too.
The food is delish! Portions too small for my husband. Not a fan of the brown paper on top of the white table clothes. Food took forever to come out. But, as I mentioned before, it was delicious!! I had the seared salmon with succatash. Food is fresh and there are a lot of healthy options. Very quiet atmosphere. We had to switch to a table as there was no room between the table and the seat. We are NOT overweight people, either.
At there for the first time tonight and highly recommend it. The poutine appetizer was amazing- my teenager LOVED it- and the beignets for dessert were yummy. Great service too.
Food was very good and arrived quickly, service was great, solid kids menu, prices were very fair. As a side note, the tater tots with the kids menu side, were seriously the best tots I've ever had!

We used to go to this place all the time and the food was great. About six months ago we had a bad experience and didn't go back until tonight. We believe in second chances but this was a huge disappointment. My halibut was dry. The steak wasn't seasoned. And the drinks were watery. $100 for two people is way too much to spend for mediocre food and watery drinks. Kinda sad when I think about how much we used to enjoy the local.
My honest opinion is that the menu is interesting with lots to try but I have only ever eaten two items there. The Bird on the Wire, and the Greek hummus plate. For the Greek plate, the Taziki sauce was slightly watered down and the sourcing of some of the produce was certainly not local right now. That was part of the taste, mostly processed. But it was a decent appetizer. One issue I had on my second most recent visit were the 5 fruit flies that interrupted my meal towards the end. For the higher end pricing, This venue should get a handle on the bugs in the air around a table such as the one I sat at. The service was average. Kona Grill down the street will wow you.

They have a really good cod fish fry on Friday nights! There wait time and speed was awesome. Just wish it wasn't so noisey.
I'm a Vegatarian, and found great options for me to eat here. Their Veggie burger is so, so, so delicious. It's quite big in size, especially since it comes with a side. I normally share it with my sister and it is filling enough for the both of us.
