Pros, the cost is reasonable for the area, fairly new, typically quiet when outside, and close to campus. Cons, poorly managed; complex was thrown together so there are some electrical and foundation issues; no pet policy - but dogs (ALLLL BREEDS big and small) walk freely, poop and trash everywhere, it s just filthy; thin walls so you hear EVERYTHING; packages are often stolen from door; That said, just be mindful of the issues!
This company has Racism going on sheranick the employee there does what she wants there and property management is ok with it she dislikes Spanish or white woman with black menshe does not like anyone interacial I experienced so much prejudice here and will never move here or give it great rating yes I am pulling the race card on this business it's how my black husband and I were treated as humans and I will be making calls
We cleaned and they still took the full deposit. Been a resident for years.
I thoroughly enjoyed living at the Greens. I lived in the same unit for 2 years and it was my favorite apartment ever! 2 bed 1 baths are super spacious and the staff members are super helpful and kind. Maintenance requests are filled within 24 hours, sometimes even within the hour. It s a great area and beautiful place to walk around. Highly recommend!!!
I loooved living here for the last 4 years I've enjoyed my stay great new management and maintenance always fast response i would recommended any to live here great place to live
