Pros, the cost is reasonable for the area, fairly new, typically quiet when outside, and close to campus. Cons, poorly managed; complex was thrown together so there are some electrical and foundation issues; no pet policy - but dogs (ALLLL BREEDS big and small) walk freely, poop and trash everywhere, it s just filthy; thin walls so you hear EVERYTHING; packages are often stolen from door; That said, just be mindful of the issues!
