The Best Place to stay at Goa.

Exclusive place with red lotuses everywhere. Greenery unlimited. Very friendly non intruding staff.

Beautiful relaxing hotel. Great service from staff and good food not far from pristine white sandy beach and warm, clean sea.

Luxury place. Even more expensive local ones. But the service plays.

This place is will maintained. The staff are very polite. There is a lovely pond n a big swimming pool.

It did not live up to my expectations. Won't be returning here,
I stayed here for 3 days and the staff was really not interested in giving us a memorable experience.
The place is quite beautiful , but overall experience was not very great

Experienced a disappointing ending to a lovely meal on the beach.... Had to remind the waiter 3 times to call the transport buggy in order to get back to reception. However the young man didn't do it and we ended up walking back with our children in our arms falling asleep. I was unimpressed by the service.
The hotel needs to train their staff to listen to the customer. My friend spent over Rs.14.5k on the meal.... leaving a sour note for us at the end!

Awesome place ...food is awesome..great place to stay

I went for my Friends birthday. From Delhi to Goa. They send their pickup from the airport to their place. The property is located in South Goa and as its spread faraway you can't get out from it I mean it's difficult to reach back at hotel. We went for walk for the market and when we were returning the road was all dark and quiet but I loved their beach. They have their private beach and only guests uses it. I didn't like the restaurant food firstly the service got delayed up-to an hour only for the pizza and some drinks and the cashier was too slow. The location is super amazing quite and lotus ponds. We had a balcony view of lotus pond which was super refreshing. The beach was clean and so much fun. Room services were good. Loved it to be honest. Also you will see a picture of bonfire actually it was prohibited but I contacted lots of shack and small restaurants nearby one of them agreed to do such thing for us. And the nearby food was so good I loved the goan food. I will suggest don't get stuck only to the hotel restaurant do explore the outdoors and nearby ones they provide the actual taste and reasonable asked well.

Awesome hotel caring staff quick service food is awesome beach is clean no crowd . rooms are spacious . They welcome you with fresh coconut water and staff is polite and courteous.

One of best properties in Goa ! Lobby is huge and just like a palace in terms of grandeur ! Mobor beach and Fisherman's what'd restaurant are at walkable distance which is great if you have not selected package with meals !
Staff is courteous and property is spic and span with all amnetities including tennis court, pool, gym,etc. I recommend staying at Leela !

One of the best hotels I ve ever visited! Sure this is the best hotel in Goa, lovely view, service, food and everything. Rooms were perfect and clean the layout is fantastic. Met many people and employees. The employees were so kind and helpful. Overall just LOVED it. Planning to visit this fabulous place again!! Totally recommend.

Exceptional place and service. We hosted an event with 70 people and everything was executed to perfection. Location bit of a challenge but that s the case in Goa anyways. Highly recommended.

One of the est properties I have stayed IN India. Just superb location, facilities, excellent staff attitude, fantastic rooms and great food selection.
Enjoyed a lot with my kid at the best Kids Area I have seen anywhere. Excellent planning and thought has gone to plan a kid area with Xbox, Toys, Game tables and educational books all of which are in plenty.
Nice clean beach and you always feel safe being there, short walk from room but very pleasant.
Overall excellent in all terms. A well trained staff makes it so much a difference and its evident at The Leela. Keep up the good hospitality.

Best place in Goa. Well maintained beach, clean pool and lots of empty space to just walk around in.

The restaurant is well maintained with plenty of space and a ginormous breakfast buffet.

One problem with such places is that they spoil and pamper you like a baby that you never find any other property so good. Such was the treatment we received at the Leela Goa. Right from the time the front office exec Ms. Anjali checked us in to the masseur at the spa, Mr. Jomon, to the F&B Manager Mr. Vimal to the security guards to cleaning staff, the stay was beyond comfortable and staff conduct and courtesy are impeccable. Terrific lagoon rooms with a view. Amazing breakfast spread with multiple restaurants offering varied cuisines and a beach-side bar offering a view and some amazing cocktails. Only thing we wished for was the restaurants to have more local Goan dishes included. Lush green vast property to walk around and hammocks to lie down and read on, a vacation here is a must-do.

That's very pathetic.

It is a beautiful getaway from the nuisance of the crowded cities. The staff is humble and polite. And the whole property is designed amazingly with a lot of traditional artworks and sculptures, which makes your stay even more blissful.

Perfect place for couples going to honeymoon. They have a private beach , good food. Ambience is amazing

This place is very far from the main village. The hotel is located in the middle of the main market, too many things are too long, there is no accommodation for the driver and bathroom.

One of the Best hotels/resorts I have stayed at. Very nice property, next to the sea, neat and clean, very courteous staff, extremely quick service.

I was there on a workation, the best I could have as the Wifi Speed is consistently high, I could work and so Zoom calls even at the beach. Also the Airtel network was super fast too at this location.

Honestly not what I expected at all. I visited the restaurant lounge instead of the Riverside restaurant because the staff recommended the place. I was looking specifically for Italian cuisine during lunch time and the speciality restaurants were only functioning during dinner time.

The hygiene precautions at the entrance are standard with temperature checks and a sanitisation stand. The lobby area boasts of a very ethnic vibe which I wasn t too fussed about. Considering it was a pretty humid day today (like most days in Goa) the lounge area didn t look too inviting as I don t think it was well conditioned.

In terms of the welcome, we were seated at the table without having to wait which was great but everything went down south from there (literally). The service staff weren t sufficiently trained on the menu and lacked basic knowledge about the ingredients and preparations (not something you expect from a 5*). They were not conscious about the fact that we are currently living through a pandemic and weren t appropriately replacing cutlery, serving food etc. I don t blame the wait staff for being ill trained but am surprised at the quality of service for brand such as the Leela.

Last but not least, I would ve overlooked all of the above had the food been at least average but unfortunately it was sub par at best. We tried the a couple of dishes but none seemed to do the trick. The food lacked depth and flavour. I had to season my food several times before it was edible. I wouldn t recommend dining here.

The property is beyond amazing. The private beach is the best part of it. Welcoming staff, and you get a bmw ride to n from airport:) the shopping arcade has lots of stuff, few are unique items... Had a great time.
