We had a very nice stay.everything was perfect.the room, food, and the ambience all were great.even the staff were very nice.i just cannot forget one incident which made me feel so nice of them.i developed a toothache all of a sudden and my doctor in Bangalore prescribed me a tablet at 9:,30 PM. I wanted it very badly and it was urgent.my daughter conveyed this in the reception.they were so helpful and kind to get me the tablet within an hour.i am really thankful to the management and the staff for this.without that medicine I would have suffered the whole night with pain.once again i thank one and all.thankyou and waiting to visit again.

A great place to retreat. It is a best hotel in the area. There is a vast golfcourse adjoining the hotel. Hotel rooms are neat and clean. There is a world class restaurant with continental dishes. The foreign tourists prefer the Leela for its lively enviroment. Overall a good place for a getaway.

Two stars because it is a nice property but absolutely no reason for anyone to pay 26500 a night when the luggage doesn't reach the room for an hour and a half after you have checked in, it takes over half an hour for an omelette to be made despite being the only one having breakfast, coffee tastes like water, and the entire property has the smell of a sewage treatment plant. I mean no amount of lotuses are going to cover up that stench. The rooms, however well appointed lack proper ventilation and thus constantly smell like a mildew infested shack in Chittagong. That said, the worst part about the place is that it is disconnected from the rest of Goa. Having lived in goal for years, the Leela is a slice of perhaps British soil slapped on to the surface of South Goa. The restaurants served nothing but European food and Indian (not Goan, imagine that). None of the restrooms in the public areas had a hand shower to wash up. It seemed like the perfect way to experience life outside the country without leaving it. Sad that it attracts the crowd from those very countries it emulates.

Pure luxury. From the bogey to take you around to the marigold garlands on welcome. Welcome coconut water and much more. There is a free bicycle ride for first 30 minutes and $10/hour thereafter. The private beach is nice. Nothing much to do at night. Basically just chill and dine in style. Food is expensive about $50 for two without drinks.

If you have the money, this is the place for you in South Goa. The property is huge and stay is relaxing. The BMW 5 series airport transfer alone is worth the stay.
