Super clean and good service provided by Cordis team. Awesome view and deep soaking bath tub, rare find in HK. I stayed Club Studio room if you guys need a reference.

The Cantonese restaurant is nicely decorated and sits comfortably, and the dim sum suits my taste.

This has always been my hotel of choice every time I visit Hong Kong. The staff are very kind, helpful, courteous, and selfless. They make sure that I do not feel inconvenienced in any way. The lobby has some kind of perfume that's quite nice as well. The room is always clean, spacious, and comfortable. The television is definitely high quality, with a good number of channels to choose from. There is a compact fridge. Bed is just perfect. Bathroom is big, with a shower and a tub, should you wish to relax and wash your troubles away. The room (at least the one I got) comes with a free local smartphone that allows local calls and texts, unlimited 3G data (includes tethering), and even international calls in selected countries! The phone runs on a specially customized interface exclusive to the hotel, which means that it also offers tips (maps, MTR guide, tours, food, currency converter, etc.) and discounts to make your stay in Hong Kong a pleasant one.

The hotel is also connected to a huge mall called the Langham Place, which gives you access to shops, restaurants, movie theatres, a supermarket.. You name it! It's also a few minutes away from the Ladies' Market, a popular area (rows of streets) for shopping.

The hotel is really nice but the rooms are (even in Hong Kong standards) very small. Basically a few square meters only. The swimming pool in the top floor is fun.

How good the service is, the charge is expensive, 800 mosquitoes, it s hard to park for free.

Excellent location, room is very spacious and nicely furnished. Service is great as well, I left my cables lying around and they tie the cables nicely with a cable tie.

House keeping staffs were pay attention on detail for what i observed in my 7-day layover in this hotel.
What surprising me was the room service had 3 type of baby puree for infant to 2 year old kids for FOC. It's really amazing!
Only thing which need to voice out was the baby cot for my 2 yo boy was too small and short. Hope the hotel can provide a few bigger size baby cot in the future.

We stayed in junior suite and liked the ones in floor 31 where club it was spacious and club benefits. Nearby main attractions.

We booked 6 rooms and stayed here for 3 nights in June 2019. The rooms were a bit small but I've come to expect this from hotels in Hong Kong so it wasn't a problem for me. The rooms were clean and service was prompt. Breakfast selection was also great. What I loved the most about this hotel is its location, though. The hotel lobby has a connecting bridge to Langham Place, which means you could stay out late shopping and your hotel would be literally across the road.

They gave us a free upgrade for our room because they didn't have the king sized bed we rasked for in our initial booking. Great service and they also gave us free bath salts when requested

Exclusive and elegant. Booked a suite and got a priviledge check in at the executive lounge. Room is spacious with a nice view. Nice touch with the night socks and ice cream on the fridge. Breakfast was nice. So many choices to choose from. Location is next to the mall and close to markets. Highly recommended if you're looking at a hotel in Mongkok area. Cordis is a well known brand hotel and you'll know what you expected. Very nice.....

Great and friendly customer service and is situated at a convenient location.

The rooms are fantastic, very comfortable and extremely clean.

There are multiple USB charging points in the rooms as well as adapters for the plugs to charge any other devices. The WiFi is also very good, offering high speeds with no data cap or time limit.

Lovely Bar on the rooftop and quite quiet given the location in the middle of Mong Kok. It's a bit pricey but well worth a visit.

Were staying for our wedding, only 2 nights, was perfect for us. So pleasant experence, staff were sincere and thoughtful. That's what exactly you expect from 5 star hotel, which standard is not far behind from Landmark Mandarin Oriental(was here about 9 yrs ago).

4.3 stars on average, really? I must have been the unluckiest guest! Paper thin walls - can hear people talking in the room next door. Air con that blows out dust and beds that are concave!! I had to move rooms three times during my six night stay.

On the plus side the gym is good, hotel is adjacent to a shopping mall and it s a 2 minute walk to the MTR.

Friendly staff and comfy room.. The only con I would give is the bed. Combined two single bed to become one king size bed..

Great hotel, great service, great value for your money! If you can, make sure to get a Club Room, which is adding a lot of extra value for your stay. The staff is wonderful and everyone makes sure that you feel at home.

Decent hotel but the rooms need to be updated. The sinks needs to be changed since they are not designed well.

My favorite hotel in Hong Kong. Exceptional service, and high quality rooms, with lots of interesting art throughout the hotel. It is also situated in an interesting part of Hong Kong, and only a short taxi or MTR to any part of the city.

The location was excellent as it was directly connected to Langham Place and also located above Mongkok MTR. Accessing the MTR however, required quite a few flights of escalators, so be aware if you're planning on hauling a lot of luggage.

Staff were proactive with making sure families enjoyed their time. They emailed in advance asking about my son. Since it was his birthday, they offered a complimentary cake (also came with a stuffed toy of their mascot). Staff would hand out free ice cream coupons to my son when they saw him. It wasn't a whole lot they had to do for my son, but every gesture went a long way in pleasing mom and dad. We had an excellent stay.

I'd call the Cordis and the adjoining Langham place as an oasis in the Mongkok area - a high end establishment amid the hustle and bustle of this locale. The MTR is only a 5 minute walk away and very accessible. My favourite is the Garage Bar, a small outdoor drinking spot with happy hour from 5 till 8pm.
