This has always been my hotel of choice every time...

This has always been my hotel of choice every time I visit Hong Kong. The staff are very kind, helpful, courteous, and selfless. They make sure that I do not feel inconvenienced in any way. The lobby has some kind of perfume that's quite nice as well. The room is always clean, spacious, and comfortable. The television is definitely high quality, with a good number of channels to choose from. There is a compact fridge. Bed is just perfect. Bathroom is big, with a shower and a tub, should you wish to relax and wash your troubles away. The room (at least the one I got) comes with a free local smartphone that allows local calls and texts, unlimited 3G data (includes tethering), and even international calls in selected countries! The phone runs on a specially customized interface exclusive to the hotel, which means that it also offers tips (maps, MTR guide, tours, food, currency converter, etc.) and discounts to make your stay in Hong Kong a pleasant one.

The hotel is also connected to a huge mall called the Langham Place, which gives you access to shops, restaurants, movie theatres, a supermarket.. You name it! It's also a few minutes away from the Ladies' Market, a popular area (rows of streets) for shopping.

I definitely recommend this hotel!
