The location was excellent as it was directly connected to Langham Place and also located above Mongkok MTR. Accessing the MTR however, required quite a few flights of escalators, so be aware if you're planning on hauling a lot of luggage.

Staff were proactive with making sure families enjoyed their time. They emailed in advance asking about my son. Since it was his birthday, they offered a complimentary cake (also came with a stuffed toy of their mascot). Staff would hand out free ice cream coupons to my son when they saw him. It wasn't a whole lot they had to do for my son, but every gesture went a long way in pleasing mom and dad. We had an excellent stay.
