Staying here for a week and on my second day I get back to my room to discover it's been emptied. My clothes, and possessions gone. Management investigated and discovered that they had accidentally marked my room as vacant and went to dispose of my things. Thankfully I got my clothes back but snacks I had purchased for my stay are gone. How does a hotel book you for a week and then mark your room as vacant?

Worst service EVER!! Rude employees, wrongly informing!! Rooms are outdated & dirty! $300 for a room that does not have a fridge, microwave, working blinds, Hair in the bathroom. Could go on & on!!

We booked a night from Priceline thinking it was a 4 star hotel. We paid $99 for our room, compared to $239 when I called directly. This definitely isn't a 4 star hotel. The bed leg broke, only 1 elevator working, no premium movie channels, carpet was dirty, small TV, no room service to pool, only 2 outlets in the entire room, which is not enough for a family of four with devices. This hotel is in dire need of being updated. We won't be returning.

I really like this hotel. There are a couple of good restaurants on site and the employees are very helpful. The rooms have just been remodeled with nice finishes. This hotel is also very competitive price wise... But, soon it will be a Hilton and the prices will reflect the name...

Well done, nice looking. Very modern and stylish. Rooms were very clean and very comfortable. Rooms are well furnished with high end touches. Temp control did not work. We tried setting the thermostat to 60 and we opened the window during a snowstorm with it 20 outside. It was still too warm.

Second year in a row we decided to eat Thanksgiving dinner at the Inverness. Service was putrid. Our server was inattentive the entire dinner. She was repeatedly asked for refills and never brought them. Our entire table never received a water refill. Our table was dirty and full of empty glasses.
Our server tried to charge us for 11 adult meals even though 4 out of 11 were children.
I would not recommend eating there ever again! They add 20% gratuity for tables but they do not provide the service. Keep in mind, they are only responsible for our drinks at the table. This is a buffet where we serve ourselves. Not worth the price you pay.

I went to the Inverness Conference Center for a company meeti. The banquet style conference room was well decorated for the holidays. Light breakfast and beverages were provided. Staff was friendly, professional and we'll organized.

We stay here several times a year. We have referred so many people. The site is going through a remodel, but they are very clean about it. Only one thing the pillows are not very firm, but you can ask for a firmer pillow.

This is a quite higher end hotel with many pros and cons. However, a number of little things unfortunately dragged down my review.

Pros:
Super Comfy Bed! I couldn't get out of it!
Very beautiful grounds.
Nice pool!
"Sorta" Clean Rooms

Cons:
The Housekeeping people here seem to not really are about their jobs. One day, we left at 11:30 (checkout is noon), and our room wasn't cleaned at all? Not to mention, one of the people ate a crumbly pastry the next day, and some of it got on the floor. When we returned, it was still there. This makes me question how often/well the carpets (and the rest of the room respectively) get cleaned here.

Secondly, our room (234) had a very broken television. It would glitch out every few minutes as if it were skipping, and sometimes cut out the video for a few seconds, as seen in the video accompanying my review.

My family and I stayed here for a visit "home". My wife and I used to work here years ago and it is where we first met. The staying here was very accommodating and the brunch was amazing. Thank you to the hotel staff for making our stay great! We will definitely be back.

As an overnight guest, it was great. But the event we were there for was not the greatest: they ran out of chicken & steak meals, 2 people at our table didn't get food, no refills on water or bread, coffee never even made it to us, & no choice between chocolate or white cake for dessert. Not worth what we paid for the event.

The hotel itself was incredibly nice. The room was clean and comfortable though a little small for a standard king room. I did like the choices of restaurants with unique food options (the pub had bison burgers and elk sausage), and the amenities were great. Friendly and helpful staff throughout my stay. I came here for a conference and would definitely do another one here

Went to the Hilton Denver Inverness for a charity gala for a organization that a friend is involved with. It was a good evening, the Hilton Denver Inverness did a great job with everything. Hope that they do it again at the Hilton Denver Inverness next year.

Hotel was very nice, we were there for a marriage retreat and had a great time. The room was nice and spacious and it came with two queen beds. The bathroom was very nice also and clean. I did notice when I went back to my room that it seemed as though one of the housekeeping staff members were checking out my prenatal vitamins and fenugreek while she was supposed to be cleaning, other than that I have no complaints. Next time though the staff just need to do what they need to do and get out the room.

We enjoyed a great latte at the coffee bar, comped by the barista after a great conversation with him. The conference room was spacious and clean, and the staff was helpful with the coffee and catering without getting in the way. Overall a very professional and enjoyable experience!

Staying here right now. I like this place. The building itself is sort of brutalist in design. Kind of a cold, soviet sort of feel to it. The lobby is big. Four elevators so you never really have to wait. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

We ate at the restaurant for breakfast and the manager kept asking us if we wanted to change tables due to a family with loud children next to us. It was a nice gesture. Food was perfect.

The room itself is cozy and comfortable. Good water pressure. Nice bed. TV is big enough for the size of the room.

They also have a little shop where you can rent bikes and longboards and other outdoor equipment, which is interesting. I've never seen that at a hotel.

Went to the bar located in the lobby. This place is great! The exterior is beautiful and the interior is just as nice. The bar had a great selection and and food was delicious!!! My favorite part of the entire experience was having the pleasure of having Yasmin as my bartender. She is sweet and very friendly. I will come back purely to have her as my bartender again.

I recently stayed at the Inverness for a conference, and I absolutely loved it. The staff, the facilities, and everything was so great. I raved so much about it to my friends and family that they are going to look into it for future stays. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone!

Check in was quick and easy. The interior was trendy with a rugged/rustic vibe. It was easy to feel comfortable.

The queen room was clean and true to the description with ample space for two people and a nice view of the golf course. All the staff were pleasant and accommodating, and the room was made up and restocked nicely.

The dining options at the Hilton Inverness were exemplary. The in-room breakfast service was wonderful eggs, bacon, home fries and toast, coffee and pastries (with much more on the menu) all served promptly, hot and delicious.

The Fireside Bar and Grill Great ambiance. An upscale vibe while not being too ostentatious. A hip place to chill. The service was friendly and prompt. Highly recommend: Candied Bacon (with sriracha mustard rub), Rocking with Ranch Cheese Curds (with Colorado cheddar, candied bacon strips and rosemary chipotle ranch), and Truffle Portobello Mushroom Fries (with sweet mustard, pickled mini peppers & warm crusty bread) To drink: A New Old Fashioned (Stranahan s, splash of ginger beer) - TO DIE FOR!

The Garden Terrace Great service and fabulous food. Servers checked back often to clear dishes and offer refills. The lunch buffets that I experienced were amazing complete with a decadent dessert bar, carving station, a deli, salad and soup bar, and multiple hot pasta, meat and vegetable dishes. Very well executed, delicious, and convenient.

The Spotted Dog A friendly, authentic pub environment. The bartender was personable and very attentive, while offering helpful insight on Denver attractions and transportation. The ambiance of the pub was very English, sporty and fun, with a couple of pool tables and some great national and local beers on tap. Highly recommend: The Spotted Dog Grilled Cheese (with parmesan crusted sourdough, gruyere, white cheddar, classic white American, caramelized onion) and Rosemary Roasted Tomato Soup. To drink: a Mule Over the Rockies (Breckenridge small batch bourbon, lime, ginger beer & mint) and a Dry Dock Apricot Blonde (dry dock brewing - aurora, co) AMAZING!

Erin at the front desk was absolutely amazing, she helped to take care of any questions I had about the area and everything the Inverness had to offer. Will definitely be coming back, superb staff and room.
