A lovely hotel for a lovely wedding weekend. Our stay was only marred by the fantastic number of people from the Chicago suburbs, including the lady who basically sat in my wife's lap on the pool deck because evidently she doesn't understand personal space. If I wanted to hear people talk about "goin' to da Jewel's and Great America wit da kids" I would have stayed living in Chicagoland...

This hotel was one of the most "meh" I've ever stayed at. We chose this hotel after we had to stay a few extra days because a surgery I was scheduled for was delayed. So this was supposed to be my "recovery sanctuary" - it was anything but. Let me list my gripes (in no particular order).

1. The ceiling had water damage and the paint was peeling off.
2. The bathroom was not a walk in shower like had been pictured in the room photos - it was a tub shower. Normally, this wouldn't be a problem, but I just had surgery and stepping in and out of the shower was impossible.
3. The WIFI didn't work at all in our room. It was constantly in and out. When I called the front desk to ask them to fix it, I was told that I should contact their service provider myself - because you know, I am the one who set up the internet service for their hotel - so certainly I should be the one to call them. After arguing, they said they'd send someone to fix it - but that person admittedly knew nothing about technology and said, "you can call them - here is a number."
4. My husband inquired about a late checkout - again, because I had just had surgery. The manager (a tall skinny man with glasses) told my husband that he'd waive the late checkout fee given the circumstances. But when I checked out - Coleman - the rudest front desk agent I ever encountered - told me he didn't know who had told me that because they ALWAYS charge a fee. When I asked to speak to a manager, he said, "I'll get a manager, but we aren't going to waive the fee."
5. When the manager arrived, they both argued with me. I mentioned AGAIN to the manager, that they should be giving me even more money back since I had to use my own personal data because their internet wouldn't work - Erin (again - where does this hotel train people) told me, "She'd refund the check out fee, but I shouldn't expect anything for the internet."
6. No one cleaned our room the first night we were there. We came back from the hospital at 1:30 PM, had no do not disturb on our door, and yet no one came to clean. Our room piled up with garbage and dirty sheets and towels, because no one ever came to clean.

You pay a $22/day resort fee that's supposed to cover things like valet (the valet wasn't available twice when we tried to use it); the internet (we also have Honors, but that didn't work either) - SUCH A WASTE. We left having never had a clean room, no internet, and being treated like complete trash by the hotel staff.

There are a lot of hotels in the Tech Center area - even cheap hotels at least know to treat people. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL

Lobby was very nice. Room wasn't very clean. Stain on shower curtain. Bottom of the tub looked stained with blood. First day a worker randomly walked into our room and then looked very confused to see us. She asked if we had checked in...we we're confused because I dont know how you get into a room without checking in. They had originally cancelled our reservation without sendind any notice or confirmation which made us jump through a bunch of hoops to get our reservation back. Staff were friendly but not very knowledgeable. Lastly I expected a microwave in room and there was not to our disappointment.

Stayed here for America's anniversary and my girlfriend and I's. It was wonderful. The building itself on the outside doesn't look like much, but the inside is very nice. Rooms were recently redone and very clean, the bed is one of the best I have ever slept on, staff is friendly, restaurant is very good (breakfast buffet is what we tried). Pool is probably nice for a lot of people, but coming from the Phoenix area, all the resorts I'm used to seeing are the main focal point of the resort, so I wasn't impressed, but I am not disappointed by this. The gym is pretty nice compared to just about every other hotel gym I have used, although it still leaves you wanting (if you lift weights). It is on the far south side of Denver, so you don't have to worry about the nightmare that is the city living of Denver, which is pretty nice as well. Overall, awesome property and thoroughly impressed.

Really disappointed. Our company has used this venue for years for our annual conference , and prior to it being a Hilton, the lunch buffet that was served in the Garden Terrace was outstanding and extremely accommodating to vegetarians. We did have to just eat the salad bar.. they had a soup, and pasta offering as well as 1 other main dish.. so lots of choices. This time however.. Salad bar .. that's it. Pasta dishes had shrimp, both soups had meat, even the cold pasta salad had salami in it. Give me a freaking break. So a cup of coffee it is...

Stayed here for a work conference. Ended up eating in the restaurant every night because of the excellent service from Danielle and Rudy. They were so attentive, kind, and thoughtful! Truly wonderful people!

The young lady at the desk was extremely frustrating. After speaking with my boss and confirming my identity she then told me I couldn't check in because the reservation added an E to the end of my first name so the names didn't match. She wasn't helpful at all and after all that they still charged my card for a stay I didn't even get to use. Very disappointed at Hilton for this employees ignorance

I unfortunately wasn't able to get a room here so my company booked me at the hotel across the street. But the lobby was nice and the convention centre was great with plenty of snacks all throughout the day. Their catered foods are amazingly good.

Great place to hold an event. The BEMER conference was so informative and interesting. The place is Beautiful for a wedding or some other event too. The room was clean and comfy. Great views when looking west.

Lodging at the Hilton Inverness was a great pleasure. The breakfast buffet had plenty of great healthy options and its location wasnt too far out of the way to still experience the city. Service was impeccable and of the utmost professionalism. I look forward to staying here again.

Our room at the Hilton Denver Inverness was clean and not too small as some hotel rooms tend to be. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It was somewhat confusing locating the hotel with GPS. But overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Celebrated our 13th anniversary here as what more can one do during this pandemic. Not only was the hotel clean appropriately and safety distance signs and just all around working well with all that s going on . What made our mini get away special was the service we received from Summer at the front desk . From pre arrival to throughout our stay I really felt like she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect! She definitely enjoys her job as it shines through her excellent customer service . With that alone I will always want to come back to great hospitality and a great view ! Thank you Summer as you made this couple very happy!

Large and spacious Hotel with many conference rooms, an upscale cafeteria, as well as fantastic waitstaff. This may be a 4-star hotel, but many of the amenities are 5-star Worthy.
Parking is great and the valet service is top-notch. The concierge is very professional. The front entryway has a number of places to sit and relax and even get some work done.

I visited the lobby, conference rooms, and back bar area. First, the parking lot was large, free parking, and easy to find a spot. The staff were friendly greeting me as I entered the hotel. The hotel has a really cool feel to it. It is modern but also has a cabin type feel to it. The bathrooms were spotless and moden as well. The staff was very helpful for our work function.

The room was large an well kept where the large venue corporate meeting was held. They kept the water well stocked, although I would have like the coffee to be made available a little bit longer. The food was great as well as the large dining room that was setup just for us. The service was great, and promptly followed up with us as we ate from the buffet. They had a great ravioli and salad, and the tiramisu desert was delightful and had great presentation in the mini mason jars. Although seating became difficult toward the end and since the silverware was only available on the tables, it did make it somewhat awkward for my coworkers that were toward the end of the line. Overall a great experience. Thanks!

Front staff is extremely helpful and professional. Have been here, or more specifically The Spotted Dog, for after work festivities. A great place to relax, causual games, drinks and food.

Overall nice environment, but it feels like certain areas they have overlooked. Upon check-in, I was rather unimpressed. The person in front of me, got a much more thorough explanation and a gift bag. I guess the guy checking people in couldn't see my suit in my carry-on bag and paid more attention to my comfy casual clothes I use for traveling. Either way, each guest should feel cared for and valued as they come.

It's an older building, but you can tell they've been trying to update and make things look nice, which I feel like they've done a great job. However, maybe they feel like no one has time to go to the outdoor pool, indoor spa, or the so called "private spa" inside the spa center. Regardless, these are areas the hotel needs some serious attention. In the private spa, spa, tiles are falling off, the steps going down are old and outdated and sharp. I almost cut my foot several times getting in/out. The indoor spa, water was warm and jets wouldn't come on. The pool area, overall looks like something you'd find in a cheap motel. Doesn't fit the rest of the overall feel at the hotel. Even the elevators needed some updating & attention. One of the controls were falling out on the panel (see pics).

Overall, the room was clean, however, don't look too closely, while showering, don't look up at the air vent that hasn't been cleaned in who knows how long. Everything was clean, but the deep clean items were overlooked. (see pic)

The 4 days that I was there, we ate strictly at the hotel. The food was really good. We ate at the Garden Terrace & Columbine.

With all the windows, being on the fourth floor, walking to and from your room, they really need to have some fans or something. It's like walking through a green house. High vaulted ceilings and glass everywhere, made you feel like a grasshopper under a magnifying glass.

The 1 thing that bothered me the most was my experience at the day spa, after doing two treatments and finishing up the girl that took my payment, I don't believe she's ever had any training when it comes to customer service. I am a true believer to always give a tip regardless of service, but how much ultimately depends on overall experience. Before I could explain my experience and areas I felt like there could have been improvement, she was very demanding and rude. She made me feel like how dare I tip anything else than 35%. My personal opinion, if the hotel aren't paying these girls enough and are relying on the guest to make up all of their wage in tips, more than 20%-25%, then they really should either do one of two things: put a sign up at the time of service that we expect more than 35% tip or charge less, so we can give the difference as a higher tip. I'm sorry, the girl that did the facial was nice and polite and my overall experience was good, all though they about cooked me in the bed, the room was too warm and the warming blanket was on way too high. The girl that did the massage, was also very nice and polite, however, once again the room as too hot and the warming blanket was up way too high. I did ask them to pls turn it down. In the end, if you don't mind paying the $170 + for each service + and expected 40-45% tip and OK with so so service, you'll be happy. Otherwise, I'd avoid paying for the higher hotel price for the mediocre experience and the rude service at checking out.

~Thank you Dave for your response, it means a lot to me to hear back from you and know that you guys listen to your clients and use it to continue improve. Hope to see these improvements on my next stay. Thanks!~

Recently attended their Easter brunch. The sterno and hot water used to keep the pancakes and waffles hot were not on or functioning and the food itself was too eclectic for my taste. I understand the importance of reaching a wide range of guests, but come on! When you charge $55/adult & ~$20-$30/child you had better make sure the food you serve is darn near perfection. The only thing I can give good marks on is the waiting staff. Otherwise, the menu planners were out of touch with reality!

Great service, this is the best hotel in Colorado. The people here are the best. Very clean and friendly staff. When I had a problem they made it their problem the housekeeping staff and management make this hotel number one in my book.

What a fantastic 2 night stay my husband and I had at the Hilton Inverness. The entire experience was wonderful.
Julie Finn is an expert as Director of Event Management, who has a finess of making all things resolved with kindness and humor.
Both Kirstin and Shane were both excellent.
Will return to the Inverness any time we are in the area.
Excellent.

What a cool place! I attended a conference here where I was presenting. The room was very comfortable and the facilities and staff were excellent. They even accommodated my vegan preference for the lunch meal. Wish I could have stayed longer.

I attended business meetings here. Very clean and lots of professional types buzzing all over. Staff was friendly with a welcoming environment. Only exception is parking- kinda bad unless you valet.

Always love the Hilton. No matyer which tier of property I'm at, there seems to be a consistent linger of that "ahh! Whether I use it or not, I feel better knowing there's a spa ON the grounds", the same goes for a DECENT late night room service selection. Many offer the same delight sound the clock in a 24/7 room service menu for both food and drink as well as hotel services and concierge- not simply the front desk or night audit crew.

Then add the Inverness, a grand conference center with tenure and useful ageing and upkeep to promote the ambiance (and egotistical side of us) that draws out a certain swagger as though your walking around, a long time member, in your respectful and exclusive golf club. Your a somebody, we're all a somebody at the Hilton Inverness DTC Resort and Conference Center.
Oh, lest not I forget to mention the spectacular semi-private 18 holes of golf that link together on the grounds. Reserved for hotel guests, and those holding one of their seasonal membership offerings.

What a great hotel. My room was really spacious and clean. It had coffee maker, mini fridge, etc. the bed was comfortable and the desk area was nice for working. I came for a conference and the AV staff was amazing! They went above and beyond to help us make the event great. I did eat at both restaurants and the food was good and you got soo much of it. It was crazy! Prices were what you would expect from a big hotel like this. Could have been a little cheaper but that just is what it is now a days. All of the staff was really were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel and would like to come back when I can do it for fun! The pictures are restaurant views. One is mid day and one is sunrise. So pretty here.

I only went to a conference and didn't stay overnight. The hotel location was convenient. The hotel layout was easy to navigate, and very clean. The audiovisual equipment was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall my stay was pleasant.

Love this place. Wish diamond members could access the spa facilities. They often upgrade the rooms. Restaurant or truly good. Beyond hotel faire. There can be traffic jams on check in. Overall a lovely relaxing facility and great, pro staff

I attended a conference. Outside is a bit dated, but the inside is updated and very classy looking. The event had a nice breakfast and snack spread, with name brand foods. The actual conference room was a bit crowded and on the dingy side, but looks like audio-visual worked well and staff kept things well stocked and cleaned through out the day. Bathrooms were clean and easily accessible. Buffet lunch was tasty and nicely presented. Nice view of golf course from dining room.
