My AC was set to 67. Room never went below maybe 75. Slept in a pool of sweat every night. Breakfast options were a joke. 5th floor executive area options were just bad. What's wrong with bacon and eggs??? Internet was ridiculously low, and to top it off they were out of rooms when I went to check in. They moved us to the 2nd floor. Unacceptable to treat folks who are hosting a conference in the hotel. You gained a star back for the candy all day, and for the ridiculous lunch buffet.

Garden terrace buffet used to be such a treat but I think its mismanaged. From poor service (we waited for clean silver 15 minutes and asked twice) to no coffee refills (had to ask) to dirty champagne glass to prime rib so tough we couldnt eat it, $78 is too much to spend. I know its christmas. But so very disappointed. No adjustment to bill was offered by manager. Not to Hilton standards.
Nice hotel in heart of tech district in South East Denver. Can hear planes take off and land in nearby airport. Fun trivia - you can watch these planes near the liberty media corporate building for hours, there is parking available.
Althougj this is a nice property with attentive staff there was one thing that tarnished the experience. Being a handicapped traveller I found the hotel to be less than accommodating, when I checked in, I asked for a room close to the elevator. Although I was given a nice room, it was at the furthest end of a very long hall, that demanded a painful walk every time I needed to get to the lobby. Very disappointing and unnecessary.
Beautiful hotel, delicious food, excellent service staff, and a nice bar on the first floor too. I didn't see any rooms, so I'm not sure whether you should stay there overnight, but based on what I did see, probably. If you're looking to plan an event and/or grab some drinks with colleagues, it's definitely great.
We checked in friday night for our anniversary with logan bailey as the front desk rep and this guy was such a cool guy and put us in a ridiculous suite at no charge. This guy genuinely wanted to hook us up and was great to talk to. Food accommodations and ambiance were spot on as well. 12 out 10
The front desk agent was what seemed like a little bit slow. After speaking with my boss who verified all information she requested still wouldn't let me check in the hotel because there was an e added to the end of my first name. Needless to say that way very petty and if i had it to do all over again i would've called the corporate office and complained. But I had to somehow did another hotel at almost midnight. Very unimpressed
Valet Hunter is phenomenal! Willing to go above and beyond to assist. Check in is a breeze. The entire property is beautiful! Semi private golf course is well maintained. Absolutely loved my stay will be back over and over again when in town!
It s a very nice hotel. We were on the executive floor and received nice breakfast and dinner. The only issue was that our a/c was not working properly. We called twice and they came to reset it and it still didn t work well. But other than that we enjoyed it
Hosted a all-day seminar here for 200+ people and couldn t be more pleased with everything. The food was really awesome - service was great - facility is beautiful- parking is plentiful - what more could I ask for. Shout out to Mohamed - the banquet manager. I ve worked with him on this event for years!! Katrina, Tyree and Richard were also great to work with.
Great hotel and the staff is top notch, but I had to take away two stars for placing the towels next to the toilet in the splash zone. Come on Hilton you're better than this.
Recently remodeled, and I think they plan to do more, but this is a lovely hotel with great staff and amenities. One indoor, one outdoor pool, hot tub, 24 hour exercise room, a few restaurants and bars, a beautiful golf course and tennis court. Depending on your floor and which side you also can get a great view of the Rockies.
Wow! This was a wonderful experience. Our rooms were amazing, including a view eastward. The staff were wonderful, helpful and accommodating. The hotel/resort has so much to offer with a beautiful large lobby, restaurants, bars, pools (indoor and outdoor), hot tub, free parking or valet, gift shop, plus so much more. It's truly a remarkable facility. The location is convenient and not far from I-25 and is about a 30-35 minute drive to/from the airport in good traffic.
This hotel was amazing for our event. They had amazing spaces, plenty of room and the staff was beyond wonderful to work with. We look forward to working with this venue again!
The room was large an well kept where the large venue corporate meeting was held. They kept the water well stocked, although I would have like the coffee to be made available a little bit longer. The food was great as well as the large dining room that was setup just for us. The service was great, and promptly followed up with us as we ate from the buffet. They had a great ravioli and salad, and the tiramisu desert was delightful and had great presentation in the mini mason jars. Although seating became difficult toward the end and since the silverware was only available on the tables, it did make it somewhat awkward for my coworkers that were toward the end of the line. Overall a great experience. Thanks!
Mold in shower, tub/shower dripped all night. When reported mold was informed that they would send someone up to take care of that right away (never showed up). I was also told a canned response that "they were planning a remodel so these problems would be take. Care of in the future". Didn't take care of out problem.
I lost a purse there and was redirected to a website to file a "claim" and never heard back again. Thanks for caring. Also there are no mini fridges in the "deluxe" rooms
I ordered a hamburger, which cost a lot, and I feel a lot of annoyance, because of the attitude of the employees, because they did not give me the receipt of the purchase, and that is fraud. Buy something you receive your receipt, I have photo of the food. And it was in the spoteed dog, 6/15/17
I was here with a group of 12 for lunch. They have an amazing lunch buffet. A little if everything for everyone, and everything tastes great. This is a perfect place to bring large groups of different types of people for a pretty nice meal
We had an absolutely horrible experience with the Hilton Inverness.
Our reservation was lost and we found out the night before our trip. We had to stay in an alternate hotel our first night and when we went to check in the the Inverness for the remainder of our trip we were told the room would be ready in 15 minutes and we ended up waiting 2 hours.
I spoke with David Larson and he agreed to refund us for one night (through Expedia). After many phone calls I have still not received my refund.
I have had amazing experiences with Starwood hotels and will never book with Hilton again.
This hotel is absolutely breathtaking. I lived in the area for some time and had no idea that it was hiding from plain sight. The atrium alone is jaw-dropping and I would recommend getting a room on the fourth floor or higher. Did you know you can check in through the app on iPhone or Android and this way you won't have to speak with hotel service? I recommend it. Their service is commendable if you do work with the hotel service. Loved my stay, thank you guys!
I primarily judge my hotel visits on three things: service, amenities available and the room. Of course other things such as cleanliness are considered. I'll start by saying these are all first world problems and that a number of other people had better experiences here.
From a service standpoint it was hit or miss. The front desk was always helpful but our first night at the bar was less than average service but the second night was great.
Their are a lot of amenities to include golf, a spa, indoor pool/hot tub, restaurant and free breakfast if you're on the executive level to name a few. I've had better complimentary breakfasts at places like the Hampton Inn and Suites for example. They had hot eggs with cheese/vegetables but no bacon/sausage or potatoes. Just lackluster.
The room was average and for an "executive king" I've had better rooms by far. The one big complaint I had is that you couldn't turn on the shower without being under the shower stream so in one sense that initial cold jolt of water wakes you up but I prefer a lazy and gradual warming of my body with the shot of ice. Bed was decent but less firm that I would want but know this is really an individual preference. Also, the blinds barely stopped light from coming in and where the light explodes through the cracks lands right onto the bed.
Overall not as good as most Hiltons I've been to but check it out and you be the judge.
One of the only hilton properties I would give a 5 star too. The property and rooms are very nice. Great views of a golf course. Food was solid. Hilton employees very nice. Will stay here again.
Pool was closed. Restaurant was also closed. Executive lounge is a joke. I would highly recommend staying anywhere else. Expected a resort but it s basically an overpriced conference center hotel. Please avoid if you are looking to relax and enjoy a vacation.
I booked this hotel stay for my elderly parents, both in their 70's, who drove in from California to visit us. Because we have 4 kids attending school in my home, my parents wanted to socially distance to reduce their risk of COVID infection. Here were the issues with the hotel: 1. Most of the parking was roped off and reserved for Amazon vans and for a private party. There was little available parking. At night, even the furthest parking was all taken. This was very frustrating. My parents were told to use valet parking, but the last thing my elderly parents want is to have to interact with a stranger and have them drive their car. My parents ended up illegally parking because there was no nearby parking. 2. I've been to this hotel several times for events and holiday parties in the past. Despite the pandemic, I was surprised to see the hotel so busy with meetings and weddings. 3. My parents need a microwave to warm up food and drink when they take their medication. There are no microwaves in the rooms. When I requested one, the front staff said they were all in use. When I complained about it on the day my parents checked out, I was told that the microwaves were removed for COVID precautions. If that's the case, there must be a big room filled with microwaves! Why couldn't they have borrowed one of those? 4. The thermostat did not work in the room which was too cold. A gentleman came to fix it with no success. He brought a portable room heater which was nice.
My parents ended up leaving after the first night. Too many people in the hotel, especially getting in and out of the elevators. We figured the risk of them catching COVID at the busy hotel was too high and the inconvenience of the lack of parking, the missing microwave, and the broken thermostat were too much. We found them somewhere else to stay that had plenty of parking, a microwave in the room, and a working thermostat. It was a very disappointing experience.
Wonderful hotel and property. We love the view of the golf course and fountain. We were in the perfect location to go to Boulder, Denver and Colorado Springs. Such a wonderful visit!
Every time I have been here it has been great! The rooms are excellent. The beds are comfortable. The lobby is great for being social and or working alone. The food has always been fantastic from salad to entree and sides to the desert. Staff is helpful. The place is kept exceptionally clean. Location is great foremost things in South Denver. And the meeting rooms are all great too. There's a variety of sizes and setup options for any kind of event.
