Great location on the south side of the Denver area. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. The executive floor and lounge is worth it. Hannah and Nestor are fantastic in the lounge. The room was extremely quiet. Definitely a place to return to in the future.

Hotel gave away my room despite issuing a digital key. Let me drive all the way up to the hotel to let me know instead of notifying me immediately that there was an issue. Staff handled as best as they could but were as much a victim of greedy behavior of overbooking as I was as a loyal customer by this hotel.

Our family is visiting and staying at the hotel. I have not seen the rooms, but the heated pool is nice and the food is great. The staff have been very accommodating and friendly for my family, including the small children.

We tried to do the in bed breakfast and they forgot to even pick up the slip so that was a disapointment... it was quite pricey... the pool was nice but the hot tub seemed a little dirty... it was an alright stay but there were some miss communications with the staff.

Peter was an amazing server. He went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing experience. This man deserves a pay raise.
Phil Marino was a great host at the spotted dog. The spotted dog staff made our experience extremely memorable

We use to go to Inverness often, however for some reason we had not been there for about 20 years or so until today, the Father's Day, based on my wife's suggestion. So we made an appointment for their brunch and arrived 11: 40 AM.

The reason for only giving Inverness two stars is that there were some rough edges that they needed to be addressed.

We first noticed that the decor and furnishings seemed to be unchanged from decades ago. The restaurant was really in need of some upgrading.

We walked to the buffet line and noticed some serving dishes were well picked over and some empty. There were also three large heated containers with nothing inside!

I approached the meat station and saw a small and strange looking piece of meat. I was told that the meat was prime rib. I asked if they'll be bringing a fresher and better looking one. His reply was that not until all the meat is gone first, so I moved on.

The cold meat plate seemed old and well picked over. This dish was never replenished. There were two sushi dishes, one empty and the other had only three pieces, so we moved on.

Later on, I noticed that my wife was gone for a long time. I found her patiently waiting next to the breakfast table. She told me that over five minutes ago she had asked a line server for some syrup which was empty and she had not come back with it yet!

Finally, we had to flag servers down twice to remove our used plates. I notified the hostess of the problem. After that, the servers became much more attentive. There were three of us, but the 4th serving utensils and glasses were never removed.

As I mentioned, the food was good, high quality, and plenty of it with good variety. What the management needs to do is to make sure that the food bar is replenished promptly and replace the food bar serving dishes that look old. The table servers were friendly and polite, however, a little training would also go a long way.

They provided a great wedding venue. The cake was amazing and the pastry chefs is amazing there. They do go against their word in regards to not having 2 events on the same half of the hotel wedding wise and having meeting in the same area prior to an event. Otherwise they did a fantastic job, but they should hold to their word because that could defiently effect someones event way worse than it did ours minorly.

Everything you would hope for in a spa hotel. Amenities were incredible. Rooms were a bit small but very comfortable and clean. Brunch on Sunday was probably the best meal I've had in a long time. looking forward to getting back on another stay-cation!!

The 3 star rating is really for the food at the restaurant ....sure this place is beautiful and you can reserve a spot for a large group in a short amount of time. However the food is just NOT the greatest, fruits and veggies not fresh, I'm not sure what they use to cook the omelettes...just Not tasty at all and even the desserts. Food is disappointing but the atmosphere is very nice.

Absolutely impressed by the excellent service and environment created by the staff at this hotel. My boyfriend and I were in a bit of a tough situation and had to act fast to find an affordable hotel room that would accommodate our needs on a Friday afternoon. Luckily, this hotel had space and was much nicer than the other hotel we had originally planned to stay at. From the moment we walked in, to check out, the staff throughout the hotel made sure every aspect of our stay was met with excellent customer service and genuine hospitality. Thank you for everything

I attempted to make a reservation here today by phone (I'm attending a company conference next month). I was unaware that I'd need a corporate code, but was informed by front desk that "[they] cannot possibly make a reservation without the code" because I could be "anybody" trying to get a reduced rate and not attend the conference at all.

It would be fine to let me know that I should contact my company for a booking code, but it's insulting to inform a customer you're suspicious of them fraudulently creating a reservation.

The call occurred at 12:30PM on 8-16-2018. I was re-directed to the front desk from the reservation department and the front desk associate was male.

For the price and for a Hilton, I was disappointed. I understand Covid has forced a lot of services to change. Their pool hours are extremely limited but the alternative breakfast for elites at their cafe was better than expected. Given Covid isn't something they can control, I didn't factor that into my review. But for the price, I think I was most upset with the cleanliness and customer service.

Our room had trash on the balcony and one of the bed sheets were very dirty and needed to be replaced. It wasn't a lot of trash but it made it clear that they don't really clean the balconies but there's no way anyone could have missed that bed sheet. I told them on the app how dirty the bed sheets were and about the trash on the balcony. I messaged them on the app and said I'd go down to the car to get disinfectant and clean up. The wild part is they allowed it and didn't respond until the next morning by saying thanking me for letting them know. I was absolutely surprised how a Hilton would be totally fine with me going down to the car to clean up the trash from someone else while also not even acknowledging that or the dirty bedsheets. At the very least, you think they'd offer a room change, especially with so many empty rooms with Covid.

There are definitely other properties in the Denver area that are objectively better. I'd look into them before booking here, even after Covid.

Me and my husband spent 5 nights here for our anniversary, it looks like a jail on the outside but is really pretty on the inside. Due to covid-19, services were limited when we stayed and the resort fee was waived. I am a hilton honors gold so we were able to choose 3 items in the coffee shop which was not as bad as I thought it would be, we ordered breakfast sandwichs, I ordered a apple cinnamon or blueberry muffin with tea and my husband ordered yogurt and juice. The blueberry muffin was okay but the apple cinnamon muffin was so good, I paid cash for it before we left. On the weekend, they had a limited buffet with eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, pancakes and french toast sticks, it was free for gold and diamond members but $15 for everyone else. The amenities on site were nice but we didn't do any of it, I even packed a tennis outfit but we just went and looked at the three courts and went back to the room. The staff was nice but my digital key never worked, the staff sent it three times over multiple days so that sucked, no complimentary upgrade, no room service so we did postmates one day and only one restaurant was open, the brewery and they were good minus the bison bratwurst, it was spicy and that was not listed on the menu so I wanted to bring it back and get a burger instead but the kitchen had closed 9 minutes prior so I didn't call to complain but I would definitely stay here again.

The beds at this hotel are terrible. They're short, and they have this really weird bed pad thing that doesn't cover the entire mattress, so basically you're sleeping on this weird lumpy uneven surface. I thought maybe it was just my bed, so I switched rooms to a king size bed (they were very nice about that)...same problem. Luckily with a king size bed if you sleep diagnoally across the bed (I'm 6' tall), you can be completely on the non lumpy surface, but it's really weird.
Overall:
hotel was on the pricey side
rooms were ok...nothing special.
Beds are terrible.
Staff was nice though

So this is the second time staying here. The rooms are very modern and recently updated. Very classy rooms. The golf course is amazing. The lobby and out side of hotel could use some updating but the rooms are great.

Not the best place to stay... Hotel staff forgot to give me my breakfast ticket when I checked in, so they called and woke me up to let me know I had to come get it. The room refrigerator was unplugged and not cold. No microwaves or bathtubs in the rooms. And to top it off I had to wait over an hour to get my breakfast order, it looked like only one staff member was working. View was nice and bed was comfortable though.

Beautiful, huge hotel. Great TVs with impressive channel line up, including several HBO's. The bar and restaurant are outstanding. Perfect for hosting a conference are event. No coffee pots in the rooms though.

The Hilton's layout is nearly perfect for corporate events. Breakout rooms are everywhere, and the staff did an amazing job facilitating breakfast, breaks and lunch for us. My only issue was a weak WiFi signal in the room we used. Otherwise fantastic!

Nice relaxed atmosphere though it's quiet now due to COVID. I have no issues with the cleanliness of the hotel or the attention of the staff. The views are nice and the hotel is convenient to shopping and nice restaurants. There is a restaurant on site with a patio overlooking the pond and golf course. I really enjoy staying at this hotel.
