Stayed here for a work event. Breakfast provided was oatmeal and bagels, but snacks throughout the day were fantastic. Lunch was from 12 to 1 and they mean it. At 1 on the dot they were tearing down the buffet. The room was ok although the elevator hums and can be heard through the building. Bar was very nice and all employees were very friendly.

Executive suite, beautifully decorated, not one criticism! Very comfortable bed, pillows, robe, and slippers. Grounds are resort quality. Restaurants are good, Pub is fun and trendy, although a little young.
Perfect place for a Wedding, Golf Getaway, Conference, etc. Place is spacious.

I stayed here for three nights for a wedding. We realized as soon as we got there that the rooms AC was broken. Our room was facing the east so the sun came in in the morning and really heated the room up. We put in a request to fix it and when we came back at night, nothing had changed. We proceeded to put in another request, again, same thing. After four conversations with multiple staff members and three days, our AC was not fixed, they could not offer us another room because it was full. They treated us like we were being an inconvience for wanting the AC fixed (it was 90 degrees outside.) The employees at the desk were rude multiple times and blamed it on maintence and it wasn't their problem that it had not been fixed. After many conversations and getting irate, they decided to comp us for one night. Overall, the experience was unpleasant and I felt like they did not appreciate our business. For 180$ a night, the rooms should be in perfect condition the entirety of your stay. Displeased with this hotel and will not be coming back.

I absolutely love this hotel! The rooms are comfortable. The staff is wonderful. The bar was nice. I loved the games that me and my husband were able to play at the bar. We were there for a marriage conference and we enjoyed it. Food was awesome too!

Excellent New Year's Eve food. Steak was perfect. Rooms are impressive. Bathroom sliding door needs a stop to keep door handle from banging into door jamb and breaking off. (easy fix)

I'm here on business travel.

The good:
The registration process was seamless; no issues. The desk is nice sized which accommodates business travelers well. Staff has been excellent so far. Lunch was amazing - the Trout dish is fantastic. Room service was timely and great. The bed is comfortable.

The bad:
The room could have been cleaned better. I found someone's sunglasses by the bed and a black object that I don't wish to inspect, which tells me the room wasn't thoroughly cleaned before I arrived. I will definitely be wearing my slippers the entire time. The furniture is outdated, but not horrible. The television is small and they don't have any premium channels.

During our three night stay at the Inverness the AC was broken in our hotel room during a 95 degree weekend. It took two days to get Engineering to come assess the issue, and the front desk blamed the poor service on the Engineering department. Several employees had a very poor attitude towards us, and we were very disappointed with the service. We had to settle for a box fan since there were apparently no available rooms to move to. Will not be staying here again.

Update: We were credited for all three nights for the room without air conditioning after reaching out to customer service.

I spent one night at this hotel. This is one of the nicer Hilton properties. The hotel design is very pretty with a neat multistory walkway design. My King room was spacious and comfortable, the furniture was new, and in good repair. The TV was equipped with an Xfinity remote that was pretty intuitive to use. WiFi speed was good. The concierge lounge was very nice, and the complimentary snacks and drinks were appreciated. Check out was painless, and the coffee shop opened at 0530, which was very helpful. Definitely would stay here again.

The hotel was a little outdated but I know they are getting a remodel here soon. The food and the staff were very good and it is right on the golf course. Also it was very close to a lot of other and things to do and places to eat. The rooms were nice and spacious.

I had the pleasure of not only working with Ruth & Julie for a weekend-long event hosted at the Inverness, but staying as a hotel guest as well.

Event Review:
First, absolutely consider having an event at the Inverness! They not only have many event spaces available, as well as restaurants and amenities on site, but Ruth & Julie were both amazing to work with in planning, organizing, and running our event. Our event utilized multiple rooms and spaces across the Inverness, and was multi-layered in overall needs and services. Communication was excellent Ruth & Julie were both extremely responsive to emails and phone calls, as well as proactive in foreseeing questions and providing answers before we even thought to ask! Their experience in managing successful events was truly evident throughout the process, up to including Julie being available throughout our event, checking in frequently throughout to be sure we had everything we needed, as well as to handle any sudden needs that popped up, from set-up beforehand and throughout making our way through the weekend event. Furthermore, Ruth & Julie also walked us through the protocol/guidelines, which was extremely helpful in preparing for our event during the current global issues. They kept us up-to-date regarding any changes from the county or state, as well as seamlessly transitioning our event to new dates when left with no choice but to reschedule. Ruth & Julie also helped navigate new issues as they occurred. I frequently joked with Julie throughout the process and our event that her mind was like a file-cabinet, giving her the ability to recall any detail and/or piece of information on the spot it was truly impressive how on top of everything she was no matter the topic or need!

Additionally, our event included many out-of-towners, and with Inverness being one stop shop guests and competitors could enjoy themselves regardless of having a car or not, as they did not have to leave the Inverness. In fact, a bonus for those that do have cars: no parking fee! Yet another above and beyond moment by Inverness by anticipating the needs of our guests to have a space for luggage on the last day of our event, Julie made arrangements available, providing our guests with two options to choose from thus relieving a potentially stressful situation for them making our lives as the hosts that much easier, too! Ruth & Julie also provided information and guidelines for us to share, helping ensure guests that the Hilton was on top of it when it comes to guest health, safety, and comfort. The management and staff at Inverness went above and beyond in their approach to, guidance, communication, and care of our event.

Guest Review:
Due to the nature of our event, it was easier to stay at the hotel despite it being local. The hotel itself is very clean, maintained well, the staff is pleasant and accommodating, and during these times clearly going to great lengths to keep their spaces sanitary and safe for guests. We liked that your hotel room key is what made the elevator accessible to the actual hotel room floors, as well as the pool, etc. The room itself was lovely and the beds very comfortable! The one oddity was the bathroom door (a slider), which isn t our favorite, but manageable since those of us in our room were all family. We requested additional towels once during our stay and the hotel was very responsive; housekeeping knocked on our door and (current health protocol related & appreciated) left them at the door in a closed bag once we answered. Given our event was all weekend long, we stayed an extra night and were able to enjoy the pool and hot tub we were easily able to watch our kids play in the pool, which they said felt warm soon after getting in to play and swim. We even squeezed in some time on the driving range during our weekend! We were able to utilize the Marketplace near the front desk to get treats for our kids to enjoy a movie night...

We worked with Danielle and Dallas on the sales team to book a room block and brunch for our wedding. Unfortunately, we had to postpone our wedding due to COVID-19. Danielle, Dallas, and the rest of the team at the Inverness have been outstanding to work with through this difficult time. They are responsive, professional, and flexible. We so appreciate working with them, and we highly recommend both staying at the hotel and booking events there!

Issues with payment at checking, so I used my personal credit care to secure the room. Conference sponsor paid for the room. I was repeatedly assured by staff that charges on my card would be cleared upon checkout. That did NOT happen. Have made multiple calls to the hotel only to be dismissed, told someone would call me back, "have to wait for accounting staff", "call you credit card company". Almost $700 left outstanding on my credit card and getting NO HELP from the Inverness staff. Not sure why i would bother to stay with Hilton if this is the service provided at a "resort" property.

Was here for a work conference. The room was great. The food was amazing. You certainly won't go hungry or thirsty. They constantly rotated the snack choices throughout the day and the lunch buffet in the Garden Terrace was delicious.

As a wedding planner, many of my clients utilize hotel blocks with several hotels. Throughout the years Inverness Hotel continues to rank number 1 in customer service and professionalism. Not only is the hotel and the view around the hotel gorgeous, but the staff is always friendly. What I enjoy most with working with the hotel for my wedding clients is the shuttle service to the wedding venue. The drivers are always prompt, professional and willing to help in any way possible. The shuttles make the guests feel at ease and not have to worry anything! I will continue to refer Inverness Hotel to all my clients.

I attended a conference. Outside is a bit dated, but the inside is updated and very classy looking. The event had a nice breakfast and snack spread, with name brand foods. The actual conference room was a bit crowded and on the dingy side, but looks like audio-visual worked well and staff kept things well stocked and cleaned through out the day. Bathrooms were clean and easily accessible. Buffet lunch was tasty and nicely presented. Nice view of golf course from dining room.

This is place is pretty nice as hotels go. The room was clean(except for the to-go box containing moldy chicken & potatoes that was left in the mini fridge!). Staff was extremely nice & helpful.

There was hair on the bathroom ceiling. I know that's not a place you would generally have to clean but there were a lot of black hairs up there and it soured the whole stay for us. Valet/doormen were cool but the check in lady had a little attitude

We stay at the Hilton Denver Inverness whenever we're in the area. It's in a great location with excellent amenities. The entire staff is amazing, especially Hunter from guest services who is the greatest human you will ever meet!

Great surprise! This hotel doesn't look like much from the outside, but inside it has character and style. Other hotels "renovate" but you can tell they were half-hearted efforts, this renovation is great! The rooms feel brand new all the way through! I would highly recommend this hotel!

I had the delightful experience of mimosas with Sunday brunch today. The food was off the charts! The flambe' peach dessert concluded a delectable feast. Friendly staff. The trio of musicians added a lovely ambiance and I am looking forward to my next visit!
