The worst hotel ever. Very dirty and the service is so bad. Ask for anything and they will say we don't have
Hotel needs a total remodel/update and most of the furniture needs to be replaced. Get rid of the 1970s carpet, clean and maintain the pool and get some new equipment and weights in the Fitness Center. Carpet in my room was ripped, curtains were ragged, bed and pillows lumpy, dresser drawers almost fell on my foot. Great disappointment in E Wing!! Dishes were piled in the hallway for hours! Hire and train staff. No excuse for being understaffed during a Jazz Fest where you are hosting a good portion of the shows! Totally unacceptable!!!!!!
Is a place for like emergency a place to stay
Other than that no
Place is really out dated. Room smelled like urine & marijuana. A ton of bugs. Towels were old and dirty. Bed sheets had stains on them. Dirty walls carpet had stains. Dust everywhere. Place is super sketchy at night I needed to extend my stay but decided to leave And book somewhere else I just wasn t comfortable with how sketchy the place was. A lot of people like to hang out outside of the hotel at late hours of night. The bed was okay.
It was good but i just think they shpuld have breakfast area
My husband and I have been staying at The Inn at Reading and I just had to say that our stay has been great! I wanted to give a special thanks to Wendy, the woman at the front desk, she has been extremely helpful during our stay and her customer service skills are really over the top! She has made our stay wonderful! As far as front desk work is concerned, she is the best person for the job! We will definitely be giving this hotel as a reference to our friends and family and we will stay here again! It s a beautiful hotel..very clean, the beds are amazingly comfortable..the bathroom is gorgeous and the staff is great! Thanks for a great time!
Great conference center. Outstanding food and staff
I booked a room through hotwire... I paid hotwire 84.30... when checking out the girl at the desk charged me again 71.27... it has been a month and 10 phone calls later and no one returns ur call and still a charge of 71.27... do not give this place any credit cards they r fraud
Amazing great service great people a stunning bathroom it was just amazing
Old, and needs to be refurbished.
Worn cover on chair, hole in curtains.
The Executive Suites are large rooms, with extra sink, and a smallish bathroom. Friendly staff. The conference room amenities are basic, but sufficient.
Had an awful time it was a very uninviting atmosphere with marijuana smelling hallways and rooms.
It was a very homey environment the people were very astute and prompt the rooms were clean and neat and the location was very easy to find
Worst experience I've ever had with a hotel they had given the room that was reserved by us for two weeks away
Nice clean hotel...building is spaced out so can be a little walk to the main building
This place is nasty. The carpet is filthy, the chairs were all dirty and stained and the sheets and bed skirt had black stains on them. Stay away!!!
Cousin Janine and I had a memorable time getting to know one another much better. FINALLY!!
I attended a Guitar and Bass Expo on Aug 20th at the Inn. It's a very nice hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I did not spend the night nor did I have a room.
Terrible! We walked in and there was a line 8 people deep at the registration desk. The lobby was hot and the people said they had been in line for twenty minutes (We waited an additional 15 minutes.). It was 93 degrees outside with a heat index of over 100. The manager originally said it was just 10 minute wait, but after that he finally admitted that there was no air conditioning in many of the rooms and they were trying to reassign everyone. He also said that several of the cleaning staff had called off. That is unfortunate, but there is no reason that so many people should be waiting such a long time. The hallways were sweltering. We were fortunate to get a room with A/C, but it didn t stay cool and warmed up considerably during the night (even when we turned it down to 62 degrees). We had been there 3 days earlier (on the inbound leg of our trip) and there were people at the desk complaining about that their rooms had no A/C, so evidently this issue had still not been fixed.
The room had been so hurriedly cleaned that the smell of the cleaning chemicals started to affect my asthma. The toilet paper had about two sheets on the roll (Luckily, there was an extra roll on the back of the toilet).
It was very difficult to find your room. The desk clerk would hand you a map and indicate that you drive in a certain direct to a door with a number. You go in the door to the hallway and there are no signs to tell you where to turn to find your room.
The restaurant was pretty shabby and the food was not very good, but the server was very nice.
The staff was great, the bed was even better. We actually called them after our stay and they gladly checked who the manufacturer was and gave us the specific model number so we can look to buy one for our home.
