Never ever ever again. Made an appointment to get my snow tires put back on. Three and a half hours later and I'm still here. I can accept the overpriced upselling, but this casual disregard for their customers is repulsive.

My mother bought a car from there. The salesperson Nadia was very friendly and not pushy. She listened to what my mom was looking for, instead of trying just trying to sell any car. Dealership seems really nice too. Would highly recommend!

David Canali has been servicing my vehicle for years ! He is professional and very efficient. I know he gives me the best advice and is honest. That peace of mind is a great value to me and with him and I can feel assured that I am getting the best care. He makes me feel valued and addresses any concerns I may have. He has a great knowledge and incredible attention to detail. I go out of my way just to see him at Humberview Motorsports ! If I could give even more stars, I would !

We bought 2 cars from Tom Beard in the past 4 years. Our experiences were met beyond expectation. Tom has been so kind and helpful throughout the process. He is very responsive. He was able to get our Trail Blazer faster than initially thought. He went above and beyond. Definitely the best customer service at Humberview. We will be referring out friends to call Tom with their next vehicle purchase. Thank you Tom :)

New dealership with a modern design and waiting area. The coffee machine actually has good coffee and there is comfortable seating available. Service is friendly and accommodating, the service staff have always been professional and reasonable with rates charged. Really good experiences so far with the service department so would highly recommend.

Repaired the passenger handle on my truck did a great job. But really why so much for parts $800. when it was only a small (Soft white metal) broken handle. Yes it was a whole door panel but looking at it after the door panel was off and I could see that any rookie engineer could have come up with a better fix. Workers here are always nice, professional and approachable.

My son purchased a 2017 Jetta. Had some issues..let me tell you, this VW Humberview group pooled efforts together to completely satisfy the issue. Michelle is simply excellent in finding us the perfect deal and car to rectify matters. John in Service kept us constantly updated and made us feel that we were his top priority at all times. Alex helped bring it home for us. Your team has taken customer satisfaction to the next echelon. This dealership deserves 6 stars. Cheers guys and well done!

Had previously bought 2 cars off them and my exper...

Had previously bought 2 cars off them and my experience was decent. Went to trade in my most recent car in and they almost forgot about me every time I called. I'd have to keep reminding them on what I was looking for. I figured maybe there was something wrong with my credit or something and they saw me as a waste of time.

So I called Canada Drives instead and 4 days later I'm in an awesome car. I guess your loss Humberview!

Purchased a 2015 Q5 from their Midtown Audi store. Before taking delivery, it was a 5 star experience. After I took delivery, everything changed. I had to hound my sales rep to try and fix the multiple issues they missed. I finally was fed up and settled for a $50 gas card. I also filled out their survey detailing my experience without a response. I guess they can afford to have such poor customer service since they are so busy. Will not recommend this dealership to any friends, family or colleagues...

EDIT: As you can see in the response to my review, they are also freaking LIARS. A simple google query will confirm that autoloans.ca IS part of the Humverview Group!

EDIT 2 - STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!! THEY DO NOT EVEN BOTHER RESPONDING TO BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU INQUIRIES!!!

Their loan-department "autoloans.ca" touched my credit without my permission! I never applied for anything. Called for general information, which I was told could only be given to me "by a credit expert on basis of my personal information" I was dumb enough to fall for that scheme but explicitly told them on several occasions not to run a credit check! (Thats a ding of -15 points). Of course they did it anyways!

I initially removed my feedback, when that report on my credit was deleted as a result of my complaint. NOW IT'S SHOWING AGIN! What a farce!

Could it fix or suplicatesterring when lock up for 20 minutes with engine light on had car 17 hours.got car back at 5.pm snow storm.there free carwash stay away from it our front licence plate has been bent twice now at a 180 degree. And they never even noticed it what else did they not notice big new shop big new prices

Also I would like to mention Luke Neilson who we dealt with over email regarding finance and having the challenges of covid they both made everything so simple . I will definitely be coming back for my next car . We are very happy with our 2018 Toyota Corolla . Keep up the fantastic work team !! Thank you Helen and Henry

My dad recently purchased a Hyundai Tucson from Streetsville Hyundai which is owned by the Humberview Group. The salesperson (John Vong) advised us that he would be including a set of winter tires+rims and winter mats with the purchase of the vehicle. Upon picking up the vehicle we were told the tires, rims, and mats were inside the vehicle and we could see the bagged tires so we didnt have a reason to doubt John.

This was until we returned home and found that there no rims and no mats in the vehicle. We spoke to John and he began to lie saying that the rims and mats were never discussed in any negotiations despite us having an email chain documenting what he originally said. Hyundai Canada is currently looking into this.

What was supposed to be a joyful experience left us leaving with a very sour taste. This is the last time we will be dealing with the Humberview Group for any vehicle purchases.
