Purchased a 2015 Q5 from their Midtown Audi store....

Purchased a 2015 Q5 from their Midtown Audi store. Before taking delivery, it was a 5 star experience. After I took delivery, everything changed. I had to hound my sales rep to try and fix the multiple issues they missed. I finally was fed up and settled for a $50 gas card. I also filled out their survey detailing my experience without a response. I guess they can afford to have such poor customer service since they are so busy. Will not recommend this dealership to any friends, family or colleagues...
