These guys took over for our landlord. They came in and made much needed repairs that were a long time coming. Then raised our rent immediately. They left us without hot water for 6 days and then 5 days on another occasion. We lived in a house for 27 years or more, paying the mortgage for the owner. By the time Duke came in it was like we had no history with the owner. The house needed work. We just never pressured the owners, and it was all good. Now we ve moved out, and they hound us for two months of back rent collected over 27 years.

Horrible! Don t waste your time the guy is racist of Hispanic and black people. They won t help you. I asked about properties in Long Beach and was told nothing available. When I switched and asked about other properties in other surrounding cities I was met back with anger and hostility. I was told that he already told me he had nothing available anywhere when at first he only stated nothing in Long Beach. He said and I quote I already told you I have nothing available.
