Biggest of the Bay locations in BC, best and favourite one of all thier locations I've visited so far. Good offers, good for big shopping and for quick pop in

They push the Bay c.card hard but at sales time the prices here are good.

An old historic department store and it arouse me a lot memories.

My friend Amir is a great salesman at the West Vancouver store.

Not as crowded as other department store but also lack some brands that other department stores have.

Some areas of the store are dirty and one entrance to the store smells like pee. Displays are not so pleasing.

It's not Milium, but you find everything, literally.

The best part of the store is the Sunglass section! A lot of options and helpful staff!

Could not find what I was looking for. Was told go to basement. She said take elevator press b. And you will fin. Another lady said 2nd floor. Another said one floor down from b. So I left. Sigh.

I would not recommend it, the layout of the store is like you are being held hostage, trying to find a Staff member is like finding a needle in a hay stack and when I did eventually find one, they didn't answer my question. Personally I can't understand how the Bay stays in business, their products are so overpriced you'd have to be Rich or doing crime to be able to shop there....not for the average shopper

A fantastic, well stocked, varied department store with tons of great offers on great items.

I always find what I need. Quality merchandise and fair pricing.

It's a must visit of course, but it has too much choice! ;) Or it just has everything. Too bad they did not have well indicated 'where to find what' signs.

I've been going here for the last 3 months buying gifts for my daughter as they have added a toy store in the bottom level of The Bay and it has a great selection of toys for all ages of kids.

As the only department store in the downtown core, I wished they would offer more variety of products. Especially homewares and petite clothing. Having topshop is handy though.

Good sales, gigantic store with slow elevators. There's a tailor/salesman in the men's section who gets annoyed easily if you don't buy or need to try several sizes.

Needed to buy a trench coat & a few pants the helpful staff was there to help me great service.

Best Bay in town. They have all possible brands available and there are always plenty of styles and sizes. Good deals on luxury hand bags.

The Google listing says it is open until 6pm, I am in front of the store at 5.10pm and it is already closed. Your marketing team needs to update it. I had to buy something for my baby and arrange someone to look after him and get a taxi to get to Hudson for nothing. Frustrating

I will miss The Bay when it finally closes for good.

Reasonably priced, more selections for women's and men's shoes

Convenient location at Granville SkyTrain location in Downtown Vancouver!! Parking is also available across from Seymour Street and the Skywalk

Offers a good selection of Men's clothing compared to other locations.

Pricing is very high, staff is friendly and helpful. Layout definitely could use some adjusting. Sale pricing is very good when they have sales.

Decent for a department store. Variety in normal, casual and upscale. Variety of price ranges.

Great selection of clothes, shoes, and more. More than any other Bay I've been too. Staff were friendly, approachable, and helpful.

The bay is way overpriced. Sometimes sales are good but not usually.

You must go check out the deals here on shoes!! I can't believe the prices. I got a pair of Bailey button uggs for $52-. That's unheard of!!!! Thanks The Bay!!

It's a very professional place full of professional fashionistas , it's few step away from skytrain and easy to access to downtown vancouver .

Huge selection and great deals. The men's floor is really eclectic and has a full range of styles. Often has up and coming pop up shops. Overall one of the best one stop shops (clothes, shoes, housewares) in the city.

Tons of brands, good price. Just think the heat is too high. Other than that, great store.

Last time I shop the Bay. The last few times the experience has gotten worse each time. Men's suits, dress shirts and finally shoes. Each time, I thought the service couldn't get worse... Hate to be so WRONG! This last time a shabbily dressed "Sean" was chastising me for asking him to find me a shoe horn so that I might try on some shoes. Felt the need to emphasize that people had been stealing the shoe horns and then stare at me as if I might take the one he had given me. In the end left the shoes, and the shoe horn, and spent my money elsewhere. Ever since the American company bought Canada's Oldest Company, it has never been the same. Sadly, I will never shop there again. For me, the Hudson's Bay is over.

Big selection but a bit over whelming. Guys section is on the 5th floor however and the escalators are always out of service so it's a bit of a hike to get to the top floor.

Bay Days are the BEST. I always have good service at the West Georgia store. Downtown Vancouver

Super organized and nice department store. With more affordable handbags brands than nordstrom like marc jacobs and ralph lauren. The homeware is super nice. Clean washrooms and a giant topshop in the lower floor.

The best Canadian department store, with the worst staff specially in the home section. They seldom come by to give advice. When they do, they cannot be much help due to their limited knowledge of what they sell.

In my last experience, they did not have a bag to fit the pillows they sell and they didn t even feel sorry a little bit.

I personally shop online, as it is less headache and more successful!

My Mom, my Grandma & I came here many times over the years shopping had lunch & supper here breakfast with Santa when I was little spent lots of time here.

Wonderful department store, with top quality products. Especially loved the Breakfast with Santa in the 60s downtown Vancouver

Orderd a couch and every part of the process has been needlessly difficult. Its been 3 months and we still havent recived all of the parts the couch was supposed to come with.

Just another department store where you have to hunt for someone to help you. Very pricey for things that are easy to walk away from. Probably won't be back... It was clean, though...

The Bay Downtown has a lot to offer and more. It has your typical features as a department store. However it has various departments that appear like their own stores, like for young mens and women's clothing. They even have their own cafe on the opposite side. Overall a great place.

Larger Bay, well stocked and some interesting deals. Bit of a rabbit Warren to get around

Upscale shopping with a great selection of products, but this store seems to be perpetually under renovation, and is a bit of a nightmare to navigate with slow, narrow escalators and a cumbersome floorplan lacking in any maps or directional signs. Good shopping... if you're willing to put the time in to navigate the store.

Good options for men on the 6th floor. Much better than Nordstrom which is overpriced and they can't be bothered to dedicate an entire floor to men. The only trouble is finding someone to help. When you do, they are awesome.

Staff was extremely helpful! Didn't have the item we wanted but it was ordered and delivered to our home!

The men's floor is on the 6th level, after furniture, kids and other departments and the electric stairs are really old, unkept and the ceiling is low... You just want to get out of that place when you finally get to the 6th floor..

Seems like the bay is having a bit of an identity crisis. Men's wear is useless. No point in seeing. Women's wear is better but considering that nordstroms opened up...
Still if you look hard enough you'll find some good stuff here.
