It's a Home Depot. Great selection fair prices. This one in Eagle is nice because it's not very crowded and that helped is friendly.

Extremely knowledgeable, always friendly to my dogs, and their willingness to help makes me a loyal customer that always returns. these guys practically saved me a huge plumbing bill by teaching me how to do the plumbing myself in the isle. They went above and beyond we love Home Depot!

Easy to go though garden section with carts avaible out side where the flowers are in front of the store

Great service. This was my first time in the Eagle Home Depot, and I was unfamiliar with it's layout. The staff was very prompt and helpful to point me in the right direction to get what I was looking for.

gray (concrete) blocks are just useless. Very poor quality. (only this locations for some reason)
- for months they do NOT have a good stock on toats.
thats not the case with FedWay location. So, dont tell me its covid.

I been patiently observing, and truly have no reason to shop on this location.

Home Depot is like a men's Walmart!! It has everything from basic tools and materials to advanced handyman stuff. They have every you need for any project!!

My dad is like Ron Swanson; he knows more than most people who work at big box hardware stores. However, he does have the occasional question on projects he doesn't do often, such as building a deck and pergola. Well, we mosied on up to the Pro Desk at THD with a partial plan in mind, and we had the pleasure of working with George (the resident Trex expert). He talked through some of my dad's ideas, and he went so far as to create a full estimate and shopping list for EVERYTHING we need. Plus, they are going to have our entire order ready for pickup, which means I don't have to wander around the store trying to find the items on the list. You know who didn't do that? The *blue* big box store (They wouldn't even give us an estimate without a shopping list, and they sure didn't have the knowledge to keep up with my dad's questions.). All this to say, if you have a project you need a second opinion on, go to THD in Eagle and ask for George (but hurry, because he retires next year).

Easy access and easy to find what I need in a hurry

Karl in the garden department was the best! His smile made my day and he was very eager to help us with everything we needed. He even unloaded our flat bed and loaded up what we actually needed. Great guy!

I work at the Eagle Home Depot currently. It's a family. We try everyday to meet and exceed customer's needs. Some days we do and some we don't. Usually not for lack of trying. I love where I work. We strive for a clean store and try to keep it well stocked. Covid-19 is making that a bit tough but we are trying. I like to think we are a teaching store. We are all always learning to do things better and be better ourselves. If you get an amazing employee let management know. Employees get rewards for good customer service but if you get one that isn't let them know that too. Surveys are always checked so do those too. Me personally if you don't feel satisfied I want to know. It's the only way to grow and that goes for others too.

The WORST Home Depot in the valley, you have to look like a rugged contractor for anyone to give you the time of day and when you do get someone to talk to you they don t know anything and just walk off

Do not do pick up in store at this location. They are slow and not helpful.

Had to wait for a pallet of tile to be pulled for an hour. Maybe a little quicker service for the pro desk?

I bought a small little $30 wireless camera and at check-out I forgot to take it with me by the time I got to my car and realized I had everything but the cameraI went back in and asked if it was still there we looked and it was not thereand there was nothing she could do because some other customer walked off with it obviously in his bag so I basically bought a stranger a wireless camera with a 2-year protection plan

Very disappointed with the number of people wandering around without masks. Waited for service in the lumber area and finally just left. Not a great experience.

Easy-peasy. Best thing is the ordering online and picking up - you don't have to search when at the store... Walk up and get it and leave. Big items are already on a cart.

My husband and I have had more than one female staff member make comments when he uses his military id for his discount, today the lady said how "sexy" he was,,, excuse me but that is inappropriate!

call before going as they may not have what you're looking for in store even if the website says they did. You arrive you find out it can be ordered and there won't be a shipping fee.

I don't know if it's just this location or what, but the lumber and plywood here is absolutely terrible. Everything else is what you would expect from any other Home Depot, but I'm baffled by the building materials. The selection is horrible and if they do have anything you have to sort through it for 10 minutes to find something that isn't damaged....if you can even find one at all. The only decent plywood they stock was finished on both sides. The entire stack had forklift damage, chipped veneer, and scratches all over.

I ordered some paint and I guess home Depot couldn't get it in. So they called me and said I need to come in and get a refund. My debit card was compromised and no longer working. So I was told I could come in and get cash. ( 15.00 ) what a horrible experience! I am so upset I can hardly write this review! I had to leave before getting anything solved because I needed to get to work

Clerks mostly don't wear masks. Only about 20 - 30% of customers do.

Usually find everything on my own dont like having to hunt down an employee to get help but well worth the trip

I have been to the Aberdeen Hoquiam Home Depot twice in the last month they were both very very terrible stressful visits rude employees if you can find one one cash register open in lines out the door

Currently sitting in Home Depot and I m yet to be helped on restocking material. It has now been about 30 minutes since I ve asked for assistance. This is a weekly occurrence and should not be tolerated by anyone. Customer service is unsatisfactory. Do your jobs. Thanks.

Always find what I need. I was disappointed with the lack of pandemic precautions such as facemask use by employees, hand sanitizer at check stands and the cleaning of carts and baskets. I know not everyone takes it seriously, but it seemed out of character in light of the rest of the valley merchants.

Home Depot's website proudly presents itself as price matching everything that they carry including online purchases. I found a refrigerator that I was looking for on their website as well as on Costco website. They had it listed at $1799, and Costco had it listed at $1599. Home Depot's website doesn't tell you how to claim the price match for online purchases. After calling a local Home Depot customer service, I learned that the only way to do it is to call the online customer service and wait to speak to a representative. After waiting 45 minutes, I was finally able to talk to a rep. To my dismay, when I asked her to walk me through the price match process, I could hear her dialing numbers, and the call was forwarded to a recorded survey. I wasn't about to wait another 45 minutes, so ordered the refrigerator through Costco. Home Depot should take down the price match claim on their website. It was a waste of my time trying to claim it. It's obvious that they avoid honoring it. I'm very disappointed in this company. I've been shopping at their stores for 30 plus years. .

Often the employees know less than I do. The promise things will be back in stock and they never get ordered

Between Home Depot and Lowe's the customer service at HD greatly exceeds Lowes. I can be in Lowes for over 30 minutes and never be asked if I need assistance. The customer service personnel there just stand there chatting with each other.

the eagle home depot has better supply of goods seems that more people wear masks than the nampa store even though the sign say masks mandatory

As a receiver this place is the pits. You can tell Jeld Wen to tell this store manager this store is on my black list. This is complete waste of my time. 42 windows to unload and they won't take it early. I was doing go work today as an essential employee. Getting to the next load to be moved.
Now I have been sitting here for an hour. Because of some number in the computer.. the dock is empty been empty since I got here. Good luck find another driver next time...

I visit here a lot! They require masks but they will not infringe on your right to shop without one so they get 5 stars!!!!

I love Home Depot, however this store is like mini mart home depot and 9 out of 10 times I go I am sent elsewhere. Better off to just drive else where to start with. I hate driving 6 extra miles out of my way but at least the other home depot's have items in stock.

I love the Home Depot. They have helpful, knowledgeable, happy employees; low prices on a large variety of products, ideas for my projects, and usually when I leave I find that they have made my life better. I know more, I found an unexpectedly useful item, or something I saw inspired me to do something different. Love, love, love it! Highly recommend this store for all things home improvement. I've even gone on dates with my husband here just roaming the store and dreaming of what could be done to our home.

I asked for help finding pins and shot for a ram set. The guy I asked yelled at me and said I don't know what a ram set is. Its funny cause I bought the ram zet there. If he can't help me find something y is he work there.

Usually love this store but today I had exceptionally poor service. Flooring specialist sold me the wrong amount of flooring after waiting over 15 mins to find someone and discussing flooring dimensions several times with two separate employees. Then having to wait another 35 mins to get the flooring. Then I had to wait 20 mins to get my subflooring and because I was loading what I already bought they continued to put other customers in front of me....ultimately ended up having the wrong amount of material and was over 30 mins late picking my kids up from daycare. Super disappointed. What is normally a 30 min trip was 90 mins....several people all over the store frustrated and waiting on help.

Had a good selection of things and was not too busy. Have nothing to complain about.
