It's a two way Road but one of the lanes is blocked by people waiting for their appointments unloading took no more than 2 hours 8 parshall drop however lumper fee was 94 bucks if I could choose not to deliver here I definitely wouldn't I'd rather take a cheaper load somewhere else and not waste my time

It is hit or miss with these guys, my company comes here alot, I mean alot!! Sometimes I stay a long time some times I don't to be honest it depends on what your bringing and how bad they need it. Truthfully as long as you do your part and if you work for a decent company they would adjust your next load perfect my company always does because since we come here so often my pu for other loads are never in doubt because we schedule perfectly with these guys!!!! Owner ops I definitely would not bring loads here too high of a unload cost. We paid anywhere from 200.00 to 575.00 and some were no charge.

Appointment time was 8am got in at 7am it is 1230am and they are still not done,put firecrackers in your ass

You have to see the inside of this place to truly appreciate what goes on here. Quite impressive.

Count your blessings, it could always be worse, you could be at the HEB Warehouse in San Antonio instead. ;-)

If you're delivering here, he prepared for a long wait. You can be on time for your appointment, but it doesn't matter because Capstone lumpers will take at least 6 hours.
I don't know why my planners and dispatch can't get it through their heads to never give me another load so close to unloading with Capstone. It must be a prerequisite to be slow just to get hired at Capstone. And they have the nerve to charge over $600.00. Smh

Plenty of room to park outside the gate. Very friendly staff. Not the fastest at unloading but not horribly slow. They are always awesome to work with and always very polite.

What more can I say. Barry has already left an excellent review. Take note drivers when reviewing that's the kind of info we need. We know some of you are miserable and are suprised it takes a minute in a grocery warehouse.

Appt was at 1201am got there at 10pm and was able to get a door but they didn't start unloading me until after 12. They were done unloading at 230am. Then they tell you to wait for a call for your paperwork and they didn't call me until 5am. 2 and a half hours for paperwork absolutely ridiculous.

Goog work. In and out. Parking around the block. Deadend turn around

I think your attitude towards people gets you what kind of service you deserve. Had no issues with delivery here, an hour earlier and 2hrs later had my paperwork. There's also overnight parking on the left side of the street from the gate.

After last night, all I have to say is thank you Winco. I've delivered here many times with varying scenarios but last night, when it really mattered, they got me unloaded in 45 minutes!!!! Thank you Winco!!!!

Absolutely worst than Wal Mart could ever think of being as far as getting truck's unloaded the Lumper service gets the truck unloaded fairly quick. Win Co staff for what ever reason is slower than a 7 year ithch!.And then tends to loose your paperwork and forget you are there. Win Co Woodburn, OR. Puts Win Co Boise Idaho to shame!!!!

Can approach guard shack at 1 hour prior to appointment but no earlier

Dont waste time never take delivery for here this people are not frendly and dont gave u oportunity to delivery early are strictly by appt and they take a lot of hours for unload you and detention!!!! bahhh never mind

*Truckers Side* Friendly staff. Has a truckers lounge. Nothing fancy 3 tables white walls and a male female restroom. Receiving has a drink and snack machine cash only no cards. A little on the slow side for unloading. They are in no rush. If you come in with low hours plan on staying here. Closest truck stop is 5 miles away at exit 54.

Drivers lounge: yes very minimalistic 4 walls a roof a 2 porcolien thrones.
Onsite parking: no. They literally push you out the gate when you're empty.
Street parking: Loads of street parking.

This place is a disgrace to truckers having them waiting their for hours at a time they have to be thinking they are the only delivery that the trucker has. They also unload your whole truck not reading the paperwork and it only calls for 5 pallets and unload 20 or just can't add.

14 hrs for an unload. Rediculous. They charge an insane amount of money to unload their own freight. Appointment was for 2100. Didnt get out till almost noon the next day. This is my hometime load. Cant even get my job to give me the time off i wasted sitting in the dock at this place. I dont shop at winco. And i sure as hell will never deliver here again.

5 hours to unload 14 pallets of chips, lumper rips you off for supposedly restacking broken pallets. 10 out of 14 yeah right. Watch your charges with these thieves.

Charged a ridiculous amount to unload us. Would not let me unload, took forever to unload us the guard was grumpy and so was the yard dog. I swear the lumpers only charge you that much so they can take forever

Got in here ok, it's easy to get to fast check in process and everything. Live unloading though and it is taking FOREVER. I swear I've felt then back there in my trailer maybe 4 or 5 times in the past couple hours and I got 43 pallets... it's gonna be a long night. Lucky I get detention pay.

Slowest grocery warehouse in boise. Sad they have a great site but very slow

Slow unloading process. You can probably get a 10 hour reset in, I did! Parking out on the street, but it fills up fast because everyone runs out of hours at this place.

5 to 6 hours plus to unload nothing good to say about Boise arrived 4.45 am left12.30 pm 18 pallets and they can't figure out why you have an attitude winco wake up

I courage everyone till boycott winco foods they r unsafe food products they do not check this seals all the trucks to make sure the food has been transported safely anyone can do anything to the food in the back of those trucks WinCo Foods are too lazy to ensure your safety and I would know I am a truck driver so spend a little extra money go to Walmart they check the seals on their trucks to make sure your food has been transported safely from shipper to receiver

They were nice, and took the load out of my trailer, quality inspected and put me back on the road in the time expected.

Be on time. In/out in 4+ hours. Could be faster. Overnight parking available.

Odd that this place has bad reviews, and compared to walmart. I would not wish a walmart dc on my worst enemy. I kind of like this place. Lots of room, places to stay all night right out of gate or 30 seconds down the road, or two miles up 84w. Friendly staff. Maybe the lumper are not the fastest or not enough of them to keep up, not sure why the bad reviews.

Once u got Dock make sure u go sleeper they take for ever

One of the worst, slowest DCs! This place has slowly gotten worse over the past 3-4 years. Just horrible.

I've been dropping off loads here for years now. I've never enjoyed unloading at WinCo. The only reason I give him three stars is because they allow you to park on the street. Most of the time they get you in and out.

Rude slow employees 5 hrs to unload 5 pallets.and for the low low price of $160.00

There is overnight parking on the street before the entrance they go by appointment only received the door at the guard check got empty with bills after 2hrs minus star cause they don t have their own parking with restroom and the security guard was not really friendly

It was very streamlined and professional. You can check in up to an hour before your appointment. There is limited parking on the street and a Flying J and a T/A at exit 54 off of Interstate 84.
There are plenty of restaurants near the Flying J and a Fred Meyer's(better than Wal-Mart) also nearby...If you have the Grub-Hub app there are plenty of restaurants that deliver.
Anyhow, if you are travelling from a distance...this should give you a layout of the land.

Very slow to to get you your paperwork if you ask about it you are told wait for the call. The guy at the window in receiving is rude. This place is slower than any walmart i have ever been at

I wish i could give negative stars for this place. The old lady at the gate is very rude and dont want to help. I was parked out on the street in front of winco. One of the guys that works for winco came to my door asked me what time my appointment is for. He then looked it up on his clipboard and then told me to go to the gate that they would take me now. I get to the gate walk inside and give my paperwork work to the rude old lady at the desk and she tells me that my load has been changed to 3 days from the day i have on my paperwork. I told to look at my paperwork and see that it shows delivery date today. She wouldn't even look at my paperwork. I will never haul a load for winco again.

This is the worst place to come to unload your a little bit late and they want to put you out for 16 Hours the guy at the guard shack is your real punk

I've been here for 5 hours still don't have paperwork. Keep getting same story only have 2 more pallets to count.

This WinCo is unlike all other WinCo warehouses I have been to. They are not accommodating to trucks and the lumper prices are ridiculously high.

Uuughhhhh come on...... WinCo 5 hours later from arriving and still no green light..

If I could it would be negative 5. Unreasonable waiting for unload 4 hours . Well unload 30 minutes then 3.5 hours counting... Other 20 minutes at the window after they call you that papers are ready...

Nice place but takes for ever to get unloaded 4 to 6 hours. They have no respect for the drivers bring in there freight.

Slow slow slow but don't be late I was hr early and still slow slow slow going on 5rs now.next time I'll ask for another lumber service .for what you pay you think you would get better service. You hired them right !!! So what's wrong with this picture
