The rooms were standard and the staff were very accommodating
No free breakfast. Hotel needs renovating but clean nice staff
Place is currently under construction. The lobby is a mess. Otherwise the hotel is ok. I have been to other Hilton Garden Inns that are wayyyyy better then this one. Bar and restaurant on site is always a plus. Rooms need updating as well.
Rooms are clean. Very few amenities, the tv have the worst system in the world, you can't change channels unless you go into the menu...so strange. Overall it's not a bad place, but really is a 3 star
The hotel gets five stars, the restaurant only 4. Great hotel. Very clean, quiet, nice desk person and reasonably priced. We ate in the hotel restaurant and had a nice meal until we got to dessert. The cheesecake crust was absolutely soggy and the chocolate molten cake was rubbery from being in the microwave too long. All in all, though, a nice experience. We would stay again and just not order dessert.
Pretty much what I expect with a Hilton Garden Inn. Nice lobby area, could use a few more tables for those who may want to hang out in the lobby and work but not sit in the restaurant/bar area.
Some areas of the hotel have seen better says but everything was clean. The pantry area where they sell snacks and drinks could definitely use a little more variety.
All of the staff was friendly and courteous.
Great place centrally located for business purposes.
Location of the hotel is excellent, rooms are also very big and clean.. staff was also nice. 3 stars cause we went for breakfast and when we came back the room cleaning service was already in there started to clean the room.. we didn't even checked out at that time yet.. without our permission they opened the door started cleaning.. when we complaint about that to the staff they didn't give any valid reason.
This is a very nice hotel, the renovations are modern and nice. The outside of the building need repairs and the ceiling above the pool has wet spots. The hot tub was down at the time which was a bummer and the pool area is pretty small but worked well for the two of us we were able to use our speaker and played music and no-one complained we tossed a ball around. The Queen bed was tight and low to ground but comfortable, tv stations didn't have a guide there was a fridge and coffee maker, weird how the mirror faced you while on the toilet though. The front desk employee was kind and wore a mask and there was plexsie glass, smoking area close to one of the doors as well. Overall it was a good hotel and close to amenities.
I found the staff to be very unprofessional.
Disappointed.
Wonderful place for business meetings at breakfast.
Spacious and immaculate rooms, friendly staff. Great value.
Website said they had breakfast when we got there they told us we needed to pay for it
Room was clean. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Electric heater in the room dried the air out. Very unpleasant to wake up dehydrated. Explains why they were handing out water bottles upon check in.
No check out receipt delivered under the door. Room had breakfast included, yet I still received a bill at my table, despite the fact that my free breakfast voucher was displayed on the other side of the table. Breakfast was terrible. Greasy and packed with salt. Cheap preservative packed sausages and crumbly thin bacon. Coffee was burned out in thermoses. Cheap. Hotel was under construction yet charging a price higher than most surrounding hotels, and they were fully booked.
Not happy with the experience. Would not return. Not recommended.
Nice clean room, but cramped bathroom. TV was so slow to use, I gave up after 5 minutes of scrolling through 10 channels. 'Free' Wifi required signing up for a Hilton member rewards account. Buffet style breakfast was nice, with lots of fresh cooked options. All in all a decent experience, but costly for the area at $200 a night for a single queen bedroom.
