Helpful Staff and good accessibility to the Stalls if you ask. Wonderful afternoon with Edward Seckerson in conversation with Dame Patricia Routledge. A beautiful theatre and has some great shows too.

I went recently to see Only Fools and Horses there. The theatre has character. We were in row F of the stalls and for someone who is tall, had plenty of leg room. The previous time I was at this theatre was over 20 years ago watching Jeremy Brett play Sherlock Holmes.

The theatre was lovely and clean, staff friendly and helpful. Only criticism is not enough toilets.

****ONLY FOOLS & HORSES****

Hubby and I have been waiting for this since October and it was certainly worth the wait. Hubby and I have not laughed so much in ages.

The cast where second to non. Jim Sullivan and Paul Whitehouse have done John proud. They got all the best bits in and more.

Watch out for events in London which can restrict access

Lovely ornate theatre in central London

Lovely ornate theatre in central London
Saw Only Fools and Horses musical which was great
The theatre itself is lovely - very ornate
I was "in the gods" - upper circle- but still a great view
Close to piccadilly tube station - less than 10 mins walk
But - lack of lady's loos (and signing there of) I spent the whole interval looking for the loos and then queuing for them - only 3 in the ones I found - didn't find any others

Went to see the Rat pack at the Theatre Royal Haymarket. Big theatre with 4 levels of seating, stalls, royal circle, upper circle and gallery. I was seated in the upper circle on the aisle of the centre row. Be warned a small part of the stage is obscured so make sure you are seated in the middle of the centre row. The gallery is too far back so would avoid this, best to pay a bit more and sit in upper circle. Lovely Theatre and cracking show.

DO NOT book with this Theatre unless you are prepared to be UNABLE to change dates. Unlike any decent commercial enterprise, the staff told me that FOUR tickets costing over 500 pounds could not be date changed TWO MONTHS BEFORE the performance. Typical of BritishCompanies whereas non the US the operator would change the tickets and say " Is there anything else I can help you with today" Come on England, it's not Brexit it is stubborn intransigence that holds us back as a nation. I am disgusted.

I would not recommend this theatre to anybody. There are over 50 theatres around the West End where you can have a good time and not leave crying and upset because you were 10 minutes late, staff was rude and you were not allowed to get to your seat. I understand there are rules in place but as staff you have to be polite with people and there is a mannered way to address them. After all we pay you by buying your tickets.
Extremely rude staff and manager Mark Stradling who took days to reply to my complaint was very abrupt.

Went to see Christmas with the Rat Pack.
Great show with lots of songs you will be familiar with and some good Christmas tunes thrown in for good measure. Really enjoyable.
Bar wasn't packed like they can be, seats had loads of leg room (Unlike the Palladium - which was uniquely uncomfortable ). A really beautiful theatre, the only draw back was the trek to the gents. (Get your satnav ready lol)

Beautiful old theater in the heart of London. Many successful plays shown here and generally worth booking ahead as generally sells out. Staff were friendly and helpful, bar and toilets were grand.

Saw breakfast at Tiffany's which was a good show, however didn't produce that show stopping "wow" feeling.
Please keep in mind that it is very steep if you're going for the slightly cheaper tickets in the gallery, which might produce a slight dizziness for people who aren't afraid of heights but creating a bigger issue for people who are
Staff very polite and helpful

Good viewing from all seats and not too big a theatre, but makes you feel very close to the stage, especially up in the upper balconies.

Sound is clear and vibrant with comfortable seating and reasonable access.

Very helpful staff and good amenities.

Lovely theatre ,not great views if you are in a wheelchair though as usual second class seats where you miss parts of the show due to balcony preventing you seeing upper part of stage due to seating allocation for wheelchair users , should be free seating or a much reduced price ,also we had to sit in same area and paid normal prices so we also missed aspects of the show which were relevant to the flow of 'only fools and horses' production ,what we did see of the show was very good and would recommend going ,but do not buy tickets in any seats near the back .
