It's a business not a clinic. Dr Shoaib Salman refused to answer any question because we paid only $10 and not $300. Yes, these are words he used when we asked a simple question about his prescription. He got offended and told us we are not qualified to challenge his prescription although we were not challenging but asking about one of the vitamins he was prescribing. After that question, his attitude stayed the same and we had to leave the clinic with unanswered questions and worries we had about our 9 months old. This clinic is good for those who don't care what doctors are prescribing as far as they are cured. One star is given because clinic was clean and staff was good.

Very supportive nursing staff but there are lots of issues including the parking, sanitation and overcharging.

Imam clinc has evolved since 80s from a small clinic catering to gynae patients to a medium sized hospital covering many specialities. Imam clinic location is most prime- a corner plot on the junction of two huge roads in North Nazimabad. A big OPD service is available. Charges are medium.

Worst Emergency, as I visited in Emergency on 7th Oct 2018 night and there was not a single doctor in the emergency . I waited for 20 mins and still no doctor. Completely irresponsible behavior. Patients were lying on the emergency beds in severe conditions and there was no doctor to attend the patients. Imam Clinic management should take care of their patients and improve their management.

Recently renovated but need more improvement in facilities and staff behavior isn't good.

They are simply making fools to their customers, with medical and operations. and one of Dr. Qamar not even know how to talk they are pretending patients are illiterate.

May Allah guide them so they can serve humanity. The services at emergency was pathetic there was no one at emergency to receive pateint and to move pateint to emergency room from car. Earlier ( just a day before) two assistance quarrelled up to take pateint from car to emergency, and the reason was to grab some money. And the reception was too rude also. May Allah protect all of us from such hospital and clinic.

Dear Imam clinic,
I have an humble request that kindly focus on management/ administrative part also, ur clinical part and doctors are very good, but administration is very bad, i tried to call from abroad but they just keep transferring the calls , ur email address also not working, there is no suggestion / complain area in ur web site. I called to ur admin dept. And ask any working email of admin so the attendant told me its confidential we can not give u email address u have to come to the clinic then only we can share the email address, this is the level of admin peoples. So kindly explain them how to communicate with the person,

Hospital is clean but emergency services are not good enough.

Dont ever try to be treated in this hospital. I have lost my father due to their mismanagement. After case being default by them no other well known hospital get involved on it. Never try to be treated for your love once.

Extremely bad hospital, I advise never ever do delivery here, just out side of labor room I saw big mouses what else, how to handle the baby they don't know, staff are just lunatic, highly disappointed

The management is worst. Especially Dr Shoib suleman assistance is very arrogant. People coming with personal contact are going in without numbers. It's a whole mess. Would suggest people to find some other Dr Instead who is aware of value of time.

Went into emergency in December 2016 at 03:00am because of severe stomach pain, having been diagnosed with gastroenteritis 2 days before by a hospital in Faisalabad. Emergency was not crowded and i was given IV and was asked its better to be admitted for complete diagnosis. I was admitted at about 4:45am and was given semi-private room with four patient beds separated by curtains. I spent 5 days in total was diagnosed with gallstones pancreatitis. I was seen by a competent gastroenterologist (Dr. Shahid mehboob, may be?) and then by a general surgeon (Dr.Irum Kazim, on my request). Overall experience was okey. Pros were my issue was diagnosed and i was treated and pain was relieved. Cons were some of the staff and junior doctors incompetent and lazy, cleanliness must be improved, attendant had to run of each medicine to the pharmacy downstairs, no dedicated parking available.

since my childhood (some 30 years ago) this hospital is considered a mediocre care providing facility. do not visit this hospital if someone has any life threatening emergency or disease. definately life and death is in the hands of Allah swt but we should also do our due deligence.. may Allah swt protect everyone from all calamities. ameen

I am visiting here these days to Dr. Afzal Qasim for my mom, she is pretty satisfied that's all that matters, it's a nice waiting area here, clean and well managed and clean, a good place for Medical consultancy, once I went here for an emergency when I had intense food poisoning and they treated me well. You can't take pre appointment here for consultation you will have to come early for enrolling your self. There are usually no parking issues here, you can park your vehicles right outside there is always plenty of space available, facility of various tests is also available here but charges are little higher than regular labs nearby.

Worst experience ever ! I know many people think Dr Gohar Alam is professional doctor may be he is but He is so rude and ill-mannered person. I visited to him because I have so many problems with my skin so when I explained my problems to him he said "tell me your problem I have no time to listen your story tell me why did you come here" and when my mother was explaining he stopped her and Said "keep quiet and I am talking you daughter" like seriously this is the way Dr Gohar treat his patient. I have also mentioned that I have a sensitive skin so prescribe medicine accordingly, then He said " it's not my concern" .after that I used his too expensive cream I got super reaction and my skin suffered with red spot. I Will never suggest him to anyone.

Very very pathetic service. Security guards misbehaving every individual , appointment counter person very arrogant.

Old hospital..Is now being renovated. Not a standard hospital. Better to go somewhere else. Reviews about doctors are frightening.

Inexperienced staff and management they have. Pathetic behavior with patients they even don't have any kind of ethics that how to deal with patients. Misleading is their virtue. Worst behavior to patient and their family is their passion. Only they know how to charge high. Not recommended at all.

Bad place if you are going in emergency, doctors don't attend you well, nursing stuff is not trained well, small emergency with out dated and out of order equipments, change you higher without quality of service. If you are there with a appointment you have to wait for long, sometimes doctors comes late, doctor assistance are rude and misguide you as well.

I went into emergency at 3:30 am at night on 10th september 2019 because I got a problem in fiber glass casting in my leg..I was concerning orthopedic doctor from the same hospital. Doctor told me that If you feel any discomfort in this casting you can come anytime 24/7 and ask them to cut it loose. He marked it on my plaster as well and gave me the prescription. But in emergency i was unable to find the prescription paper and directly went to emergency... Staff over there was so pathetic they said we cant loose it until you show us the doctor prescription..I requested them many times that, look its already marked, just loose it. Fiber glass bandage was hurting like knife stabbing but they didnt entertained, least bothered to give the basic remedy. Didnt even checked if they can ease some pain telling me its not emergency.Everyone in emergency just went away leaving me in pain, why would I come in middle of the night if its not the emergency. I asked them to call the doctor or atleast give me number ill call him but they just said sorry its not our policy.I begged them that ill sign on disclaimer form just loose the plaster but they didnt respond. There policies are much higher than peoples life.. So be careful.. May be they are in commercial office providers business for doctors. By much difficulty at last my family found the prescription and sent it..at last they acted very basic step to cut it loose by special cutter...who could authorise them more for just make loosening in plaster more than the person who wearing it and feeling intense pain.

Not very impressive hospital. Staff are not very expert how ever doctors are good.

Bhut fazool hy staf or dr dono shi sa bahay kartay or mera visit dr drum ashher k sath tha dr k ani ke 3 bjay tha or 4. 30 pintry hai ushi paalhi dhitay hay ki ki take nahi tha no ma mareez ko shi Do not hesitate to send a copy of the syllabus to your bank account.

I went here on 13 October at about 7 p.m for my mother with pain at chest level there is no one to take care for almost 10 mints they are showing busy in emergency and after talking to staff he said we are working for another patient they only concerned about money every time you ask them about any thing or about patient they will told you to pay amount then they will see

I'll rate Imam Clinic's different doctors differently. However, I would like to mention for everyone's benefits that Dr. Qamar Murtaza is the worst gynecologist there, especially her behavior. We launched a written complaint against her.

Parking of this hospital is very poor. staff is good but doctors here are pathetic and misbehave.
My daughter was treated here she is fine Alhamdulillah but the thing the charges are damn too high to manage.

Low/Moderate budget facility, pediatric physicians are experienced but administrative services are just satisfactory.

An average clinic and small hospital. Consulting clinic services is also available and many specialist clinics are available which are providing consultancy. Overall its an average clinic/ hospital having basic facilities.

I had visited imam clinic yesterday... it was good but doctor whom I visited can't satisfied my problem...the behave of the dr. rizwan was too bad... he don't had time to check patient with patience ... he seems like he wanted to kill his time...

Doctors in imam clinic are unprofessional. In ke wja se aik 9 month baby ke death hui ha. Just because his father didn't apologize to doctor for rude behavior. They didn't give treatment to baby and he died next day. If you have any sense and humanity please never ever go to this hospital.

Very High Prices. Will admit you even in seasonal flu just to make money. Had to fight with the hospital to get discharged.
