Great theatre with all seats having a good, clear view of the stage. Very friendly staff in the theatre and at the bar. The drinks prices are as expected in the west end and an efficient system to preorder drinks for the interval.

Beautifully maintained theatre. Spend your pre/post/interval time exploring the gilting and paintings. Bathrooms very well cleaned, staff really polite and helpful, ticketing and ushering really smooth and helpful. Actual seats definitely amongst the best in town and very comfortable (to even have a little snooze in). Agree with Kevin below that it's not over-large so you feel beautifully close to the stage and the action.

But don't go and see 'Where's Peter Rabbit' with a kid under 6. The dialogue is far too quick for the child to really engage with the show and there isn't much interaction; so definitely better for older kids with more 'appreciation' capacity, and less 'entertain'ey need. Puppetry is excellent though!!

Saw Fool's and Horses, if you go, do not have the gallery bench seats, you will miss half the show, and it's a long climb up, the actor playing Del Boy is not custey, best ones are Rodney, trigger, Marlene, uncle Albert.

We had an amazing afternoon at this theatre. Firstly, the theatre is stunning. It's in great condition and the attention to detail in all of the decor is brilliant. We went to see Frozen. A dark and intense play but with such incredible performances we were hooked from start to finish. Go now!

Lovely old theatre in the heart of the west end. We saw Only Fools and Horses the musical which was brilliant. Recommend anyone who s a fan of the show to go before it ends. The theatre itself is like stepping back in time. The pitch of the seats mean there seems to be a good view from everywhere. I was surprised how high we had to climb to get to the upper circle, loads of stairs! Only downside was the seats were a bit of a squeeze and a bit uncomfortable.

A cute theatre, very personal. The stage was easily observed from the circle and the seats were less cramped than a lot of the older theatres. The "facilities" were small and at the end of a long corridor, best not to need them in the interval.

Cosy quaint theatre close to tube stations Leicester Square and Piccadilly. We were sat in front Row A10 and A11 of stalls and the stage was a little high for viewing but I was informed when purchasing and it didn't spoil the enjoyment of the show too much. On the plus side nobody sat in front and good leg room, I could even stretch my legs out!

The Theatre is beautiful inside with it's ornate ceiling and decor. Leg room is a bit limited for tall people. Heather's is a good show but having seen nearly all the musicals currently showing in London, I would recommend "Tina" and "Bat out of Hell" well above this show, just my taste.

I saw Great Britain yesterday and the theatre is really lovely. It is smaller than I thought but makes for a really good performance venue :) The interior is very exquisite and the chairs are very comfy. I would definitely recommend seeing a good show there.

Beautiful theatre, what a shame that all 3 cubicles in the ladies toilets on the Royal Circle had no flushing or running water rto wash your hands! Queued with 15 -16 females in front of me only to get there to hear everyone saying 'sorry it wont flush' When I told a memeber of staff she said 'yes it happens every day'! No appollogy, no sign closing the ladies toilets. Feeling desperate had no choice, but I can tell you going onto a cubicle that has been used by many other people and no flush is not pleasant. And how dreadful that the staff this is not even a problem! For the money we paid they could at least repair the toilets.

Although the show (only fools and horses) was spectacular! The theatre chairs were very uncomfortable and far too small! It was hard work seeing the show as the chairs are lined up perfectly so if there is a taller person in front of you ..then good luck

Absolutely loved this theatre
Been to a few and this is my favourite.
Nice large bar area and no queueing for anything which makes a change.

Visited in July 2015 to see the Elephant Man. I had the cheaper seats in the Upper Circle (although not right up the back) - to access this area you had to use a separate entrance and head up some quite steep steps - the toilet was then up More

Nicely preserved theatre with friendly staff. We sat in the cheap seats which are a little cramped. Fortunately because we saw the Goat, or who is Sylvia there were some snowflakes who left early because they couldn't cope with the subject matter, must have been Damian Lewis fans I guess. Anyway it meant that we could stretch out a bit, so all was good. Drinks didn't feel like a total rip off for the West End.

Enjoyed Sheridan's The Rivals here, and found it a very pleasant venue to watch a play in. Apparently the show wasn't very popular on the night I went, so the upper circle was closed and we were all upgraded to the dress circle. Which was nice.

Wonderful performances by Suranne Jones & Jason Watkins in this demanding staging of this dark drama, Frozen. Decent seats in the stalls, usual chaos in the toilets and bars areas at the interval.

Attended to see the Only Fools and Horses musical; the view was fantastic from the Gallery and staff were very friendly. The bench seating was comfortable however there were a number of stairs leading upto the gallery and upper circle. Would return, and definitely to see the OFaH musical!

Came to see Carrie Hope Fletcher in Heathers and thoroughly enjoyed it. Staff were polite and friendly. Our view was fine for the price we paid and the seats were as expected. Possibly a little less leg room than other theatres but the building is beautiful and the performance was wonderful.
