This place has great food and a wide beer selection. I dropped by on a business trip and was not disappointed.

The exterior is deceiving but everything we tried was great. Pizza logs were good, wings were good, chicken tenders were massive. Fries were meh, but probably because everything was so great that they were just plain fries. Good service too. Definitely would go back.

I ordered 1 Black and Blue steak salad and one Grilled Ceasar salad for pickup and my Steak was still almost raw when I asked for medium, and I'm not exaggerating. It was beyond pink I had to cook it myself to make it medium. And my girlfriends Ceasar literally had two halves of lettuce in the box with everything thrown in we had to deconstruct it ourselves to make it a salad. And on the bottom there were crumbs of croutons and maybe 3 or 4 whole ones. On top of that, on the menu they both came to 25$ and I was charged 32$. Alittle shady, I called the place asked to speak to a manager to see why I was charged that much because it didn't sound right. So the person who answered the phone when I called asked "why" when I wanted to speak to a manager. I did not get to speak with him at all. Maybe they were busy, and thats all fine. So he took down my information saying I would get a call. Never got the call. And I'm here the next day seeing the charge on my account for the full 32$. Absolutely ridiculous.

Amazing food. Our waitress was great at her job and was so nice! My food was so good and the beer selection was great too. I tried a beer called the Dirty Mayor from Citizen Cider it was kind of a citrus flavor and was quite good. I would go back for sure. The blue crab dip is the best !!

I have been to this pub half a dozen times. It is always a must stop when heading to the falls. Their craft beer selection is always a delight. The exotic meat is something I usually can't resist. I mean, where can you go for kangaroo burger anyway? If you want a real experience ask if Rita is in and get her table. You shouldn't be disappointed if she is not there. It just takes the whole Griffon experience to a new level. She remembers everything, treats you like you belong there. And, like any good friend, gives you a good ribb'n between drinks and food. By far my favorite Niagara Falls restaurant.

Stopped here for the first time and we ordered soup, a burger, and salmon - absolutely delicious food and great service! Highly recommended!

This place was recommended to us by one of the local residents when we were doing a Niagara Fall tour. The place was your typical gastropub. I was a bit disappointed with the quality of our salmon (I had high expectations because the guy said the salmon was great up here). Our server was phenomenal (unfortunately I don't remember his name, he had a full sleeve tattoo and the word grateful on his forearm). My partner loved the food, our drinks were great, and service was quick.

They had plexiglass at the bar and everyone wore masks. We felt very comfortable at this establishment.

Second trip to NY state and second visit to the pub. Returned for the excellent burgers, supreme Bloody Mary's and a very congenial staff.

The food was phenomenal! I ordered the gnocchi poutine and it was fantastic. The beer menu goes on for ages! Our waitress, Grace was also just amazing. We will definitely be returning!

Was visiting the area and came across this place after looking at the menu I knew I had to eat here and it did not disappoint not only was the food amazing but the waitress was amazing everyone was so friendly and helpful best service and food I have had in a long time I will definitely be back here again and would give this place 10 stars if I could because 5 is just not enough my only complaint was that I got the kids grilled cheese but didn t realize it was so huge and made with French bread so it was a bit difficult to feed it to my 1 year old daughter who only had 2 teeth not there fault just gonna order the Mac and cheese next time for her lol carrots were amazing and I hate carrots lol but as I said 10 stars will be back to stuff my face again

Awesome food! I should have taken a picture, but the food was so good I inhaled it. Corn fritters... amazing. Game burger today was emu... delicious. Friendly staff and great atmosphere.

After suffering for one day because we weren't able to find any good food near the falls. We asked around and someone mentioned the griffon to my wife and I. Oh my goodness. The griffon exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The water even tasted great. There was no wait time. Our waitress Kelsey, was really nice and helpful. Our appetizer was wings with the boom boom and pub rub. I recommend those sauces. Entree was the surf n turf burger and the bacon jam burger. Both were exquisite. With a side of fries and asparagus. The only thing they need is a nap area. All jokes aside. The griffon is a great establishment and we will definitely be back again. Highly recommended.

My boyfriend and I go to this restaurant every Friday! It's that amazing! Best fish frys ever! The staff is all so wonderful and helpful. They truly treat you like family. :)

Sooo delicious! They have an amazing and large beer selection. We got their boneless wings and the sauce was VERY tasty and flavorful! Probably should've gotten the mild sauce because its their own house hot sauce. Also got their burgers which were also cooked just how we like them (medium rare) but just a heads up if you're a picky eater like me, you have to say no lettuce, tomato, and onion straws because even if its a specialty burger they still put it on. Our waitress, I believe her name was Kelsey, gave excellent service and was just a really genuine person! Highly recommend.

Amazing food! Bacon jam burger and Ostrich burger were crazy delicious! Kelsey was fabulous with describing the food and personable to boot. Will definitely come back.

Second time here and didn't disappoint. It's a pub but with a very eclectic menu that seems to always land right. Had the staple pizza rolls and tried the Bhan mi nachos. Both were great, although the nachos could have used a salty element. They were a little sweet.

Came here with friends for a girl's night out. They have a really nice beer menu with a wide selection. I got a burger, it was really tasty. It's a little on the pricey side, in my opinion, but well made food. The service was good.

Food was over cooked and dry, all I ordered was Calamari and a cup of potato soup, the server forgot my soup, and I had to ask to have it taken off my bill..

Small pub atmosphere, the staff were all so nice, fun to chat with and service was very good. We got steak nachos for an app, they were so good, just the right amount of everything. If you like jalapenos, ask for extra. My son got the bacon jam burger and fries, burger cooked perfectly, loaded with yummy toppings. Pickles were amazing. The Strapple salad was my choice. It had a wonderful combination of flavors that worked well together, honestly the best salad I've had in ages.

It was clean, comfy and for the amount of food, and the quality and thoughtfulness of the menu, the price was perfect! I can't rave enough. A hidden GEM in Niagara Falls.

Daughter is a freshman at Niagara University. We've been there three times already. Awesome menu, great food preparation and especially nice staff. We're Bruins fans and they still treated us well

We decided to stop into the Griffon Pub after attempting to go to a couple other restaurants further down the road with a LONG wait, and BOY WERE WE GLAD WE DID!!!
It was our first time at the Griffon and we LOVED everything about it.
My husband had a Burger and substituted the fries for Coconut-Ginger Rice. Delicious! I had the Gnocchi Poutine (soft gnocchi, pulled short rib meat with a demi glace). OMG! is all I can say.
We also enjoyed several 6oz on tap beers that we've been wanting to try for some time. I highly recommend the Saranac Caramel Porter. I HATE porters/stout beers and this one was Incredible!
We finished our meal sharing a piece of Pistachio Cake that they order three times a week from the Village Bake Shoppe in Lewiston NY. It was beyond words!
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone, I mean every and everyone!
I can't wait to take my son when he comes home over Christmas break. I know he'll love it too.

Phenomenal food. When you serve the mac and cheese... Serve it the same when doing it both as a side and a main coarse. Mangia Steak sandwich is so good!

Went in around midnight...Foods awesome, beers awesome and the bartender Chris is amazing.

This restaurant has a fantastic selection of beers of every variety, featuring a lot of great breweries you don t often see elsewhere.

To make matters even better, the food is amazing. The first time I came, I got a steak/garlic bread dish that was absolutely incredible. The menu is interesting and the food is very well prepared.

This will always be a date night staple for me!

Divine. Smoked Gouda mac and cheese. I think I died and went to heaven. If going on the weekend, call for a reservation. They're busy, but they have a full service bar so we just ate there. The bar is very comfortable to sit at. My friend had the baked potato soup. It was also excellent. I cannot say enough good things.

Has something like 60 beers on tap and delicious food. I ate the Chicken Gruyere until I has to waddle out, the Smoked Gouda Mac and Cheese that it comes with was just... It was incredible. Indescribably good. It's a busy place, call ahead if you can. We waited awhile and then ate at the bar after some seats cleared up.

The calamari was raw and gave me a stomach upset but the servers were polite and very vigilant on my needs.

The food was well presented and delicious. It was hard to choose, we had stuffed potato soup as well which was absolutely a meal unto itself.

Very good meal with moderate price. Their selection of beers was excellent, and you can order 2 of 6 oz for the same price as a 12 oz, so promote a variety of flavors.

Dinner at pub in April was splendid. Dinner at the pub in E Aurora in march exceeded expectations. Dinner at pub in Williamsville in February was outstanding. Can't wait for dinner tomorrow night at NF.

Huge beer selection and the good is very different from anything you'll get in the immediate area
