Top It Frozen Yogurt Reviews

I was really looking forward to a fresh fruit smoothie but was so disappointed with what I got. I m not one to post any reviews but I feel you do not get what is advertised. The menu says 100% crushed fruit. No sugar added for its smoothies. My smoothie was made without fruit or frozen yogurt; just ice and what looked like peach syrup that they poured from a carton. It was almost a whole glass of it. The syrup might have fruit in it but I wouldn t call it 100% crushed fruit (crushed fruit I would think would have small chunks of fruit in it) and there has to be sugar in that carton of syrup they used to make it. It is unbelievable sweet! It didn t even have the consistency of a slushee let alone the thick smoothie I was envisioning. It was like juice; extremely sweet juice. I imagined frozen yogurt, fruit and ice and maybe some flavoring added and that it would be thick like a shake. I took two sips and could not drink anymore. I m freezing it and my son will eat it as water ice. We also bought a strawberry kiwi one and got the same thing. No fruit added and it was watery, sweet juice. Still on the hunt for a fresh fruit smoothie around here.

I gave it two stars because my sons got frozen yogurt and enjoyed their yogurt. If you go there - definitely stick to the frozen yogurt and don t order a smoothie. $24 for two awful smoothies and two small yogurts with two toppings each.

The choices were slim. They didn't even have vanilla yogurt. They had vanilla ice cream. I got the cookies & cream & threw it out. It had way too sour of a taste. It didn't taste like cookies & cream at all. I've been to many frozen yogurt places. This was wasn't good at all.

The Yogurt place is actually closed and cleared out.

A large selection of frozen treats mostly yogurt either low fat no fat etc with a equally as large selection of toppings. Be careful, if you go overboard it can get pricey.

It was pretty good. I enjoyed the ice cream and smoothie.

A family staple. Lower sugar for the kids, lower fat for me. Fro yo milkshakes, too.

Great flavors! Crepes and waffles are also excellent. Huge variety of toppings...an A+ in my book.

As always Top It does not dissapoint. Like the variety of froyo/ice cream flavors and toppings. Crepes r a must try in the winter time. Their new special buy one get one 50% off is also perfect as well as other specials they offer - different special for every day.

Went here for frozen yogurt with my daughters. One of my daughters got cookies and cream. It was sour tasting. We know what it should taste like as we have been here multiple times. I told the staff member the yogurt was sour. After trying it, she told us it s yogurt and not ice cream then walked away. She was very rude and never asked to resolve the issue. We had this issue before here and the staff member apologized and said the yogurt could be old then switched it and it tasted better. Today, the staff member was completely opposite and walked away never offering to fix the issue and put her headphones in. Needless to say we will not be back. Sour yogurt and unfriendly staff.

This is a great place to grab frozen yogurt with friends. The ability to customize your own ice cream is a nice touch. I like that the payment is based off weight rather than maybe the size of the cup. Employees are all very nice, usually teens. I remember going out with family and friends late at night, just because we wanted ice cream, and we always ended up here.

AWFUL FIRST experience here! LUCKILY I WAS HOLDING ON TO MY 3 YEAR OLD NIECES HAND TIGHTLY OTHERWISE SHE COULD HAVE GOTTEN SERIOUSLY INJURED oN THE FRESHLY MOPPED FLOOR THAT WE WALKED ONTO WITH NO "WET FLOOR" SIGN IN SIGHT!! SHE WAS SLIPPING AND SLIDING ALL THE WAY TO THE BATHROOM AND Back... NOT TO MENTION HOW RUDE IT IS TO MOP AROUND PEOPLE WHO ARE EATING AT A TABLE! I have always thought things like that were supposed to happen after the closing time?! That's how it went at any job I have worked at!!
I arrived here about 15 minutes before the closing time posted. There were a few people at a table eating their yogurt and 2 customers who came in after me so I thought I got there with plenty of time to get our yogurt and leave before they were supposed to close. Would never want someone to have to work any later than what they are supposed to but don't think I should have to get attitude from the girl working there bc she had to work up until the time she was supposed to work. Although that is only my assumption as to why I received unfriendly, cold customer service!
The yogurt was ok. It was about $10 for 3 small servings. A little pricey, I think, considering how little yogurt we actually got.

A lot of flavors, toppings and other stuff but maybe i'm just not fan of frozen yogurt. The stuff was very friendly.

Decent selection of frozen yogurt, sorbet and 1 ice cream. I like the ice cream and the topping options. It's kept clean and neat all of the time! Staff is friendly and prices are average. Use the yelp check in coupons :)

It is so clean.The decor actually thought out. The yogurt and toppings are fresh and not intermingled. The cashier is pleasant,industrious and poised.

I have to admit I really do enjoy visiting top it. I always have a great time stopping buy. They're hot chocolate is amazing! Especially in the winter when most places are closed it's great for a nice cold treat, refreshing smoothies, and warm hot chocolate. This place get 5 stars from me!

The froyo flavors offered here are great. Some of the toppings could be better but for the most part they are good. It's a nice place to stop by and have froyo with friends

average frozen yogurt, however there was not a large selection of candy toppings like there are at other frozen yogurt places.

We love Top Tt Frozen Yogurt Cafe. The strawberry no sugar added and crepes are very good. The staff are nice and the place is clean. The toppings are extensive. Lots to choose from. Parking lot is big too. So that's nice. Very close to our favorite restaurant like A1 Japanese, Cancun Mexican or Ihop .

The usual variety of yogurts and toppings in a very clean and friendly environment. Good seating if you want to stay and enjoy.

God awful! Cookies & Cream tasted putrid along with the Chocolate. $30 for 4 terrible off tasting dishes. This place should be ashamed of themselves.

Fairly inexpensive place to have a kids party. They let you bring lunch, decorations and magician from outside. Pay a flat rate instead of weighing yogurt.

I ordered from doordash. I got the cauliflower crusted pizza which was surprisingly good and random and a 16 ounce yogurt which was the smallest available. I got chocolate and peanut butter with a few toppings. The peanut butter tasted like sour milk. It definitely went bad and of course it was more than half filled with peanut butter. One of the toppings was replaced with something else which was fine. I scooped some of chocolate and toppings off the top and threw the rest away. I hope I don t get sick from it. It was really bad. Definitely disappointed considering it was like $25 for those 2 things.

Another great experience at Top-It. It is always very clean and there are always delicious flavors and so many toppings to pick from! A very nice place to stop and get a treat. They also have crepes, waffles, smoothies, etc. So many great options!

I work in the shopping center and frequent the cafe often. This weekend a staff member of mine went in for a soda after waiting 5 minutes to pay had to interrupt the workers in the back. Than the girl was not very nice to her. Sunday I was in and got vanilla however it tasted like beer.. Not sure if that's a new flavor but maybe advertise it instead of it being a surprise.

Best frozen yogurt in the area. Nice, clean and relaxing.... Oh, and the toppings are excellent!

Saw this place on the Falls Township FB page, very disappointed to say the least. Two of the machines were empty and a third machine(vanilla) was not working. How are you going to run a business where you only have 7 flavors and one of the most popular flavors are out. Anyway, I ordered a waffle. The waffle WASN'T cooked all the way and it was disgusting. It was served on a paper towel which I had to peel off in pieces just to be able to cut it with a fork and knife. I couldn't even stomach eating it so I asked for my money back and threw it in the trash. Funny thing, the girl that rung me up didn't even know how much she charged me and how much to refund. She asked ME how much to refund and I told her to turn around because the price is on your menu board! So disappointed, this is the closest froyo store around but I gladly drive further away to get better quality and a large variety of flavors! Also, my son got the cookie and cream flavor because the vanilla was down and it did not taste good. Something was definitely wrong with it.

Everyone was nice but it wasn't very impressive. Kinda on the expensive side. 4 cups / $20 and they weren't very full. They charge you by the ounce

The froyo is hella good but the smoothies are definitely not. I figured with all the fruit they have there, the smoothies would be fresh and delicious, instead they are sickeningly sweet and fill of just sugary syrups. Yuck. Not thrilled at all.
