I love mcdoodles..1$ large Coke and a 1$ McChicken and then I hear the birds singing louder.

Not a bad McDonalds the food is fresh for the most part

FYI the kids play space advertised on the sign is nothing more than a TV and some ratty books. if your looking for playtime, go to East Haven.

Great location but very slow when its not busy. Good customer service. recommend going there for lunch.

Sat 3rd in line for drive thru for 12 min when i got to the window the girl was very rude and disrespectful i will never go there again

By far the most friendliest McDonald s I ve ever been to.

Seems like since they did the renovation the service is slower.

Hi this is Robin the caramel frappe girl lately I've been going to the McDonald's on Branford Hill and manager Jacob is always there always nice and I see him picking up a broom I see him wiping counters he's always willing to pitch in and not stand back and bark orders and they make me great caramel frappes

Like the kiosk. Gets the specs of the sandwich just right.

Was subpar for a while, but now back to good due to sime management changes maybe? Nice job on the remodel

Went thru the drive thru after 10:30 pm the individual who gave me my order was very rude and seem to have an attitude. This is the second time that this person has served at first I thought she was just having a bad day then it happened again. She is not customer friendly.

Clean bathroom and clean and tidy eating area. Very well managed with friendly efficient staff.

Gross. Per usual... But what more should one expect from America's leading purveyor of "Junk Food".

Service at this location is typically poor, with very long wait times in the drive-thru and frequent mistakes on orders. The food, however, has always been fresh.

Gave only 2 stars because I am not a fan of Mc Donalds like I used to be. Those Bigmacs should have a different name like, littlesnacks or bread with meat flavor. It just ok. I prefer Wendy's where you can eat a real hamburger and see the meat.

Bad service,wrong food at drive through all the time. Long wait inside and drive through.

I would give 5/5 but they always put cheese on it even when I ask for no cheese

This McDonald's is great, they are fast and friendly. Just wish it had a playplace for the kids.

Very good customer service. Was not made to feel rushed as we had questions we needed to ask concerning the menu selection.

This Mcdonald's is clean and cozy and the customer service is impeccable. I was thrilled at the interior design and classiness of this place. It also has a great view when you feel like just relaxing over a cup of coffee.

Love there coffee and the best the chicken nuggets and fries

This McDonald's is the best around this area. People are very nice. If they don't have a menu item they will make it fresh instead of just telling you they are OUT OF APPLE PIES. This is my fav Micky Ds

I don't know exactly what chabged but the burgers are so much juicer now...and the fries have always been great....so....for an occasional treat McDonald's is back on my list

Try to pay a nice compliment about this location the manager was not to interested of what I had to say because of that experience I will not be returning to this location.

Not satisfied with customer service. I used a coupon from the app for a free sandwich and they tried to charge me. After arguing with them I got my money back. They can keep the sandwich

Hit and miss. Sometimes they are great and other times they take forever when its not that busy. Early morning and late at night seem to be the worst.

Clean. Friendly staff. Rarely mess up orders and when they do they compensate you with extra food.

Say they are open til 1 am. 12:14 lights off in drive thru and signs off too. update your hours if you re not going to go by what s on google.
