We bought our fridge from the Good Guy's in Narre ...

We bought our fridge from the Good Guy's in Narre Warren store and have since started having a problem with it. So when you have a problem, they tell you to call the Concierge service. After 1 hr of getting the run around bouncing from person to person and pushed back to the store and having to explain the whole issue time after time I finally got fed up. I called the manufacturer myself and am getting a service tech coming out to have a look. Also the Good Guy's apparently can't find you in their system after a few years even though I bought their extended warranty (obviously not worth the paper it is written on). The Manufacturer had all our details though and was more than happy to assist. Seriously don't waste your time. Go shop else where.
