Service staff was a little rude, obviously had a bad day or a bad customer before me. I waited 20 mins for them to decide who was going to help me look at a tablet I needed replaced under warranty. Obviously no one was making a commission by putting through an exchange so the customer service wasn't the best. Ended up being helped by a lovely bloke who ended his break early to help me
