Need to add a toilet on the roof, and don't keep the roof open when the sun is out please!

Fantastic location on the rooftop over looking Sydney Harbour. Service was not the best and like most of Sydney, expensive.

Highlights would be the lovely views from the rooftop bar and open air dining area. Also, pub is renovated with a nice degree of old world charm

Friendly staff... Great food... Quick service.... Clean and great atmosphere. Food served a little later would be good. Just have to get there early for a great feed. Natsu chicken burger is bomb

Great views of the harbour. The lamb was very nice and the cocktails were some of the best we have had.

Great seats upstairs with stellar views, that's if you can nab a spot or two. Popular place.

Passing through the Rocks Sydney and popped into the Glenmore Hotel for a beer and bite. What a find ! Sit back and enjoy the views from the roof top. Food and Drinks didn't burn a hole in my pocket either. I will be back when I get a chance.

With a tiny footprint for a hotel the rooftop beer garden is a pleasant surprise. It has a great view over the Rocks and Circular Quay

Pleasant pub. Away from the tourist crowds but only a block or two walk. Tables available outside. Order at the bar.

What a great place to go for panaromanic views of the city. Very popular on Friday evening after work which was when we went. Great selection of drinks and cocktails well worth the visit to The Rocks in Sydney

View and atmosphere is very good. Finger food quality and range was not bad. Could do with an upgrade in sound system.

Very odd policy at the bar here you can only get a pint if it s a Guinness, no other beer. What s worse is all other beers are only available in shmiddys no schooners. I could almost live with this until I was charged over $9 for a shmiddy of XPA the only pub I know of so such a strange policy. Go anywhere else in The Rocks for a descent $10 pint.

St Patricks day could only have been more Irish in Ireland with rain. All the ex-pat Irish turned up on this sultry sunny Sydney day. Guinness by the pint many times over.

I did not enjoy my steak or my brothers burger that I tried. My sister had fish and chips which was much nicer than I expected though. I was not particularly happy with the service although to be fair we were there on mother's day so they were busy.

Didn t actually get to experience it. The 20 something year old security told my wife she couldn t come in. It was 9pm and when asked if we had anything to drink I told him we shared a bottle of wine with dinner. I assume he was too dumb to realize my wife was in heels in the rocks. Won t return. Sorry the child working security kept us from what seems to be a really great spot.

One of the best beer garden views in all of Sydney - even on an overcast day! The food is a little on the pricey side but still tasty.

This is the place to go on a hot summers day, The Rooftop bar especially.
The food is quite good (Schnitzel is a generous serving) and the service is quite prompt. If going on a Friday I would recommend going there before 12pm though if you plan on getting a table on the roof, as they don't take reservations and it is packed out by about 12:30pm

Good views over harbour but they don't take bookings on a weekend! Good luck getting a table for five or more people if you don't want to wait in the cold for an hour.

Had diner there. Good burgers and real beer tastings! Nice crew and good vibe!

I believe its the team and service that makes a place great and enjoyable. The bar tenders Jeremy, Hugh and Jacobs were so friendly and helpful and absoutley made our night. They were all so upbeat, had great energy and were all so welcoming. Will definitely go back, Highly recommended.

Good atmosphere, 3 levels allows for plenty of options - something to suit (nearly) all styles/tastes, and the rooftop area has one hell of a view!!! Although the stairs to the roof could be a problem on the way back down (after a few beverages)... Alcohol + staircase = Trouble

The view is great from the rooftop bar.....if there are no behemoth cruise ships in port. Not the fault on The Glenmore Hotel, but you might want to check the cruise schedule before booking for the view. Aside from that there is nice food, friendly staff and the prices are reasonable, especially if you consider where the place is.

Very nice old bar with lots of rooms for private gatherings spead over multiple floors. Super view from the top outside terrace of the harbour.

Always like this pub, good selection of beers, nice food similar price Range of all others pubs. They do live music on the rooftop that is the highlight of the pub, you get a great view and is perfect in summer.
If you're looking for a nice place to have a drink with friends or even with your partner, this is a good one.

We went to the Glenmore hotel for pre-dinner drinks. Staff were awesome, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Great drinks, food. View amazing.
Inside music was too loud to talk but plenty of seats outside.

Amazing rooftop views matched with steep prices. I mean $20 for a glass of wine? Worth for the view. The pork belly I ordered was excellent.

Fantastic cocktails and the food is very tasty and reasonably priced. However, cocktails jugs are tasteless . We ordered peach and orange blossom cocktail jugs are it tasted like detergent !! Beautiful rooftop and good views of the bridge and Opera house.

One of the best views of Sydney Harbour from a traditional Rocks pub. The roof top bar is a must. The entire hotel has been beautifully restored/preserved. The food is ok to average.

Good old fashion pub, but a bit odd they don't serve pints of beer. Would have gotten 4 to 5 from me if pints were available :)

Love the chilled out vibe of the place. On a pretty day there are great views to be had from the rooftop. The fare is reasonably priced, and the staff are very friendly.

It was alright. Portions not great on expensive tacos. Hardly any meat in this one. My wife did enjoy her chicken sandwich. Went there for the views but most the tables with views had reserved signs on them so call ahead and see if they will hold you a table.

Staff were friendly. Drinks came out fast and food was pretty good. It wasn't as expensive as I expected either. Had some cocktails later on and the espresso martini was amazing. Covid spacing was really generous as well which was reassuring. Looking forward to summer!

Banger place for a good weekend do! Has an amazing view so get around that

It was awesome, the organisation during COVID was great, they have us 2 hours for the booking and the allowed us space downstairs to finish our drinks

One of the best bar concepts in Sydney with an amazing view. Every time I m in the rocks I try to stop by for a quick drink on one of the multiple levels they have. Would highly recommend

Could have more vegan options on the menu. Apart from thata great location and the roasted cauliflower salad was super tasty!

Cool pub, delicious food. Was a perfect finish to our Bridge Climb right next door.
