Always happy with purchases we make at the Flower Loft. Flower loft has been our florist for several years. The arrangements are always beautiful and they last a long time. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I have never been disappointed when ever I place an order. Always beautiful flowers and other items. Friendly and helpful with picking things out. Great people and place to deal with. My first choice" Go To" flower and gift shop.

My daughter bought me flowers for my birthday. Why would you give me dark flowers and lilies not yet bloomed. Hate orange and beside that green and purple. I am so disappointed. New florist. I do not now. Birthday march 26th so why send me fall colors and really badly arranged. So disappointed

Very pleased with their promptness and how thorough she was. She called me very soon after I ordered making sure it went to the correct family. Within a few hours it was delivered.

I have ordered two times from The Flowerloft - Lima for my Mom's birthday and they have delivered absolutely beautiful and fresh flowers every time. Their website is so easy to use and they deliver right on time. Will definitely be ordering from them again!

I ordered flowers online from The Flower Loft this morning. I selected the Designers Choice Custom Bouquet and requested (if available) a specific flower and bright colors. The recipient sent me photos of the flowers and they were gorgeous and exactly what I had in mind. I am thrilled with the arrangement! I've purchased the "$20 cash and carry dozen roses" before. Staff was moderately friendly and helped me find what I needed.

I had a last minute request to send flowers to my Mother In- Law on her birthday. I called at 1pm and needed the flowers delivered by 4pm to her work. The lady I spoke with was SO helpful and took care of every request I had. You made my Mother In-Law's day extra special! This is customer service at it's finest! Thank you!
