Very disappointed in what was sent to funeral versus what we discussed on phone. Would never use them again.

Spent $78 for a delivery of flowers and chocolate. On the message card, the word to was spelled ti . The medium size box of chocolates was $15 and had five normal pieces of chocolate. I was very disappointed with the product. I wouldn t buy from them again. I gave three stars, however, because they were very good about communicating with me and making sure my delivery was sent to the right place. They were very nice over the phone.

They did a beautiful job on the flowers we ordered for my mother's funeral.

Very disappointed with recent purchase of silk arrangement with lantern for my cousins funeral service! Especially for the price! The arrangement did not look the way as advertised. No issue with the lantern but the flower and ribbon attached, looked nothing like advertised and i was very disappointed and almost embarrassed with what was sent. Will not use this company again and will be sure to share my experience with others. Its too bad too bc my mother had always used this company and was very satisfied.

Hands down the easiest and nicest flower delivery service I've ever used. I ordered last night and they delivered the next afternoon. Their arrangement looked just like the photo, and I got an email as soon as it was hand delivered. If you're searching for your new favorite florist/flower delivery service, you've found them at Yazel's.

Never again. Didn't follow instructions for colors and flowers, and ribbon, then sent to father's funeral to wrong name, offered 50% refund on a $600.00 order and only credited us 100.00. The flowers wilted by service the next morning. They were more concerned with excuses than our fathers funeral and our dissatisfaction and feelings. I cannot believe that a company in business this long in our area let this happen. And then didn't credit us what they promised. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BAD PRODUCT.

Ordered a bouquet of flowers for my wife's birthday. Very disappointed in the size for the price I paid. For $60 I would expect more that 4 roses and a few carnations..... Wil NOT be buying from yazels again!

ABSOLUTLEY BREATHTAKING! They really out did themselves and very quickly. I placed an order just hours before a funeral was scheduled to start, not only were the delivered on time but they were perfectly displayed colors were vibrant. Highly recommend this florist. I called at the end of the day requesting same day delivery. The owner went above and beyond to get the floral arrangement delivered to my friends who lost their beloved dog Maggie. She also sent a picture of the arrangement, which was absolutely beautiful. Stellar service and product!

Ordered on Saturday and they were delivered the same day. Beautiful arrangement, compliments from all who have seen and wanted to know where they were from. I ve always been pleased with my orders.
