A terrific pub right beside the Liffey and close to Grand Canal. This pub has a lovely atmosphere and a great pint of the cream (Guinness). It is also a great pub to watch sporting events.

This old brick traditional building stands between all the modern glassy constructions in the docks area. It s a true survivor of modernism. And that s enough to attract you to this place. When inside, you wont be disappointed by the great pub decoration.

I just had to deal with the rudest bartender I have ever bought a beer from in this hotel's pub. He was generally snide, condescending, and seemed miffed that I had the audacity to want to spend my tourist dollars in "his" establishment. If you're a tourist, (like most of us in Dublin fueling this economy) take your euros elsewhere. Thanks for making my last Guinness of a 10 day vacation taste...well...bitter...

Popped in for a couple pints after watching a football match at the Aviva.

Friendly service and a nice buzz inside. Great amount of space with an upstairs and downstairs section as well.

Mezzanine floor between the upstairs and downstairs section makes use of the height of the room and panelling to create a fancy drawing room atmosphere.

Fine pub with a good selection of beers, wines and spirits. I attended a function upstairs where they served platters of finger food which were all very tasty and all piping hot.
The serving staff were friendly and helpful each and every one.

It's a bit far from the city centre so it's a 15 to 20 minute walk from the Luas thete or there abouts.
