I am a pretty positive reviewer, so it pains me a bit to share this post. I wanted to like the Enclave and gave them every opportunity to shine. I rented four rooms. Our family was going to the Pirate Dinner Show which is located directly across the street from the Enclave to finish up our Florida vacation. We stayed two nights. The differences in the four rooms is noteworthy. My oldest son liked his room, it was small but clean and well kept. My second son's room was not clean and not as nice as the oldest. The third room was again small but had great air conditioning. My room, sufficient size for two people, had no working air conditioning which made our overnights hot. The folks at the front dest were nice and made check in fine. There seems to be noticeable differences in the cleaning staff per the various conditions of our rooms. Breakfast was free but not noteworthy. Most staff were friendly enough with a couple of exceptions. There were some rude residents that we ran into at the hotel but you can hardly blame that on the Enclave, they are just offering a place to stay. Not my favorite hotel and probably won't be returning in the future.
