I'll begin by stating I am not a beer aficionado. This review reflects the ambiance, food, and service.

The aesthetics of Elk Horn Brewery are great. Very clean, they've done a great job of morphing the contemporary with...stuffed animal heads. Inside and outside dining both offer great opportunities to visit with friends in a pleasant atmosphere.

The food we had was average. I was not thrilled with any particular part of the meal, but neither was anything unappetizing.

Service was lacking. While not rude, none of the three servers who visited our table sporadically seemed overly enthused to be there.

This place was so good! We had the beer cheese soup with pretzels, fries, and nachos which was plenty of food for the 4 of us. It's kid friendly. Service was good and the raspberry dark beer was the best beer I've ever had. I'll be sure to go back

Accessibility is poor. They only have accessible tables downstairs down an incredibly step ramp and the bathrooms are located up a level that requires you to go outside a locked door up an exterior ramp. Would not recommend.

Wish there were some less fried heavy feeling options but we did love the frickles, fried cornmeal breaded catfish and blended apple blood orange cider with wheat beer. Wish the Mac n cheese was a bit better. A bit like craft. Very loud kids are inhabiting the downstairs area but the staff is lovely

Went in with probably to high of an expectation. Heard allot of good things about Elkhorn and was really excited to order. First red flag should of been being told they were out of brisket after placing the order. They did offer a replacement but did not refund the $5-$6 refund as the replacement was that much cheaper. We ordered to go. The fries were so sad! For a $2 up charge honestly expected good quality fries! The pork sandwich was dry. Even with coleslaw it was so dry. The chicken fried chicken was incredibly dry as well! How sad! Won't be going back. The price was not reflecting of the quality of food. The biscuit that came with the chicken was ad odd flavor but I could see it going well with an ipa. I don't drink, so perhaps that would be a necessary component to enjoy the food.

Came in about 1:30. Stood where I presumed the waiting line was. Since there was a wait to be seated sign. Have two servers make eye contact with me. Say nothing. Walk away. Waited about 15 min. Again Server looks at me. Says nothing and walks off. Not busy. At all. Have it another 10 minutes and then left.
It smelt really good too. :(

I got the picnic platter at 10 PM. All the meat was extremely dry. I dont recommend getting any bbq meats in the evening. They should have offered a discount before even plating it, it was that bas. Just look at the pic. It speaks for itsself.

Just went here for the first time and they sat my boyfriend and I downstairs next to the wall of barrels and the child play house.. in between two families with children. We then sat there for about 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us and brought us waters. There were little fruit flies or gnats surrounding us and landing in our food while trying to eat. To have a side salad is $2.50! The food was meh and I probably won t go back.

Woah they have both epic food and beer! Fresh hop, hazy, Brut...up on all the trends. Most importantly though they are all well made. The food options are amazing, fried chicken and waffles! Collard greens! That pretzel. Omg. My favorite by far wasthe Mombod beer and the beer cheese soup and the cozy family like atmosphere.

Went to Elk Horn after the ducks football game. Great experience, excellent food, and solid beer! Our server was super too. After a day of travel and football game festivities this place hit the spot. I even got a cool poster with my Flyin Hawaiian IPA.
