The workers are very helpful and pleasant, and try to be as accommodating as possible. It is a little bit dirty, but what do you expect? It s a shipping store. Of course there is going to be boxes and packaging material sitting out. The owner goes out of his way to go above and beyond for his customers. He offers to carry in heavy packages and he also tries his hardest to make every customers experience at Mailnship4u a good one.
Disappointed your hours say till 6:00 yet you close everything at 5:30. Great idea. Only showed up a couple minutes after 5:30 since I work till 5:00. Great customer service old man.
Very helpful staff; This is where I take my Amazon returns and they do all of the packing and labeling for me; Also available: stamps, greeting cards, decorative packing materials, small gift items, paper shredding services, and much more. Everyone that I've ever encountered in this store has always been polite, helpful and friendly. I prefer to go here as opposed to the post office, if I can.

Staff here are super helpful and super fast! Walk-in to get fingerprints printed took 10 minutes and my card is already in the mail with a tracking number. My work here is done. 6 stars really.
First of all, this place reminds me of the DMV - they are cold, they don't care and, they have attitudes. You have to just deal with it because you need their services else you don't get your job. Second, make sure you have an appointment pre-scheduled because they are not fond of walk-ins. I'd highly recommend using the website as the phone menu is a convoluted disaster. I'm only giving two stars because the person who did my finger prints had an attitude the entire time that I didn't appreciate.

Both women at the front desk were rude and when asked politely with a question, were short tempered and poorly mannered. They also responded to the customer before me in a similar fashion. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told he wouldn t know anything either. So, I was not allowed to speak to the manager to ask for help, therefore, I m at a loss what to do to resolve my issue. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I think treating people with respect is paramount in business.
Great service - always offers to help me carry large boxes or multiple packages. Their system keeps those I'm shipping to on file which saves a bunch of time. Makes shipping easy peasy!

Needed to go here for my fingerprints for a job offer and the staff were not as friendly as I hoped. A older lady was making copies on the copier and the staff helping her was getting frustrated which is not very professional and should of asked to be switched out. The counter was cover with stuff so you could barley put anything on it and the staff all had gloomy looks on there face and not very approachable.
We had two framed prints shipped to Texas. They arrived in perfect condition. Thank you! Highly recommended.

I have been here twice for fingerprinting and shipping. I have had quick, friendly service each time. If you are going for fingerprinting, then you MUST sign up on the Identogo website first before you go to the store (even if you want to walk-in)!! You will also be served faster if you schedule a fingerprint appointment through the same website!

They are so friendly and always helpful. I don't own tape, but whenever I go in with a package they tape it for me without charging, which is something that UPS won't do. It's always fast service too!

Absolutely terrible! I called in the morning to verify they take walk in for fingerprints. I was told as long as I got here before 6. I rushed as soon as my son got off the bus , drove 40 minutes for them to tell me they do not have access to the system after 5:30!!! . Maybe you should tell people that before they waist their time and gas!!! I even called 4 x and left messages asking them to call back and verify since that s what their answering machine says to do. Not one phone call back! Absolutely terrible!!!
Made an appointment for federal background check and they took other people with later appointment times and some with no appointments before me. Why bother scheduling appointments then?!? Took 3 times as long as it should have because I had to wait (even though I was early)...

Very rude. Went for fingerprints without an appointment (which the website says you can do) gentlemen was very rude and told me they couldn t serve me because I didn t have an appointment. I said that the website said it was permitted. He got an attitude and said it would be awhile. Told me to wait by the door. But I Was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Not sure what the attitude was about.

I came in for documentation needed for school, and was out within ten minutes. Fast and friendly service. Just be sure to check the times online, since walk-in appointments can't be accommodated after a certain time.

Went there over a week ago to mail a gift to a friend in Hilton Head. I was charged $48.13. Okay, I thought that was a lot for an 8x10 picture in a frame. Then I was emailed tracking info indicating it left their facility for the post office. After not hearing anything for 5 days, I called and was told the post office was slow and not good at tracking. Huh? Then why did you suggest sending it that way?. Bottom line is it is now in Greensboro, North Carolina winding its way through the system after 8 days. Will NEVER use that store again.
