Great concert hall. Best acoustics I've ever heard. Good place to see touring artists in an intimate setting, 300-500 seats. Acts like Boz Scaggs, The Byrds, Marty Stuart, Robin Trower, NRBQ, JMo and Deebs, etc. Beer and wine available in lobby but only drink allowed in Hall is water. Comfortable theater seating.

The building that put Albany on the map as far as iconic buildings. Amazing feat of engineering and architecture. Very unique.

My child loves seeing the Mermaid Theatre of Nova Scotia at The Egg.

I was fortunate enough to see The Cotton Club which is a motion picture at the egg. At first I thought the screen would be too small and that the experience was not going to be immersive however I found it to be quite immersive and wonderful the surround sound system was epic! Not to mention the descending seats which were very spacious and gave you plenty of visibility

I went for the animal exhibit and the animals were amazing but I think it should have been held in a larger place. But overall the entire building was amazing

Awesome concert venue! Great sound, small, intimate setting. Two theaters inside.

Went to the Roy Orbison and Buddy Holly hologram tour. My wife and I loved it.

Saw nutcracker with my granddaughter. Show was great. Attendants helpful.

Great musical spaces; bizarre architecture. Consistent with other public buildings of it's era, bathrooms are wholly inadequate.

Great experience, good sound, not really a bad seat in the house. Easy parking, easy in and out.

You can park below the Egg from 5pm for only $ 5 and take a free tour of the New York State Capitol just around the corner. It is really splendid and impressive. You also go through the office areas where people work. Is even more authentic in this regard.

Awesome venue! First time and would definitely check out another show there

This place is awesome. There is not a bad seat in the house. The exterior is striking but the shape matches the interior which is covered with beautiful would acoustical paneling. The sound quality is outstanding. We travelled from Rochester to see a favorite performer and were so impressed by the show in this special place. It's worth the trip to see a show at the Egg.

Great place to take the family. Always exciting when you enter & satified when you leave.

Interesting theatres, but you have to wait for someone else to operate the elevator for you.

I love the Egg. The place is built from the ground up for performance sound. Not a bad seat in the house. Hands down the best indoor music venue.

The Egg is wonderful! All theaters have great sound. The Logan's Run-esque interior design is so unique! Lots of good parking in the underground plaza is nice in bad weather because elevators in the parking lots take you right up to the Concourse.

At a conference, set up not good. Much up and down stairs, narrow doorways.

It s beautiful, and the night time view there is awesome too, very fun to go walk and social distance.

A great performing arts and cultural events center, that is also a renowned architectural landmark of the City, this venue is nestled in the heart of downtown Albany NY. The Center is conveniently connected to the underground Concourse, with shopping, dining, banks, public parking and handicap access available. This is a photo of a fabulous performance at the annual Festival of Nations event that takes place on the last Sunday of October. Thank you for the wonderful experiences, The Egg.

Wonderful venue, especially for children's shows. Amphitheatre style means every seat is a good one.

A wonderful venue with roomy seats and a great view from every seat.

I am giving it a 5 because it was a great night to socialize. Caucus weekend is about taking care of business and fun.
