Good all around, no complaints. Excellent cocktails, delicious food, and kind service.

Waited an hour for a reserved table for 10 at 6:30pm on a Tuesday night. 5 Appetizers for the table took an hour to show up, then another hour later for the the entree which were cooked wrong ( medium rare for filet is medium well, tough, and cold, etc.). After 4 hours , it was a joke to be asked if we wanted dessert.

Food has little to no taste , view very pretty however service was terrible . Only thing you re paying for is view of New York.

The latest addition to the Jersey City restaurant scene has to be the best restaurant yet! Great variety of food and drinks- literally something for everyone. The ambiance was lively and the restaurant is a feast for the eyes. Beautifully designed to give you a varying experiences throughout the space. The view of the NYC skyline is breathtaking! Nothing else like this spot in NJ. Hands down the best!

Good view of the Hudson, view of New York City and relaxing atmosphere. The prices are regular and the wings are damn good. Would recommend

This was Chili's with a view. We had to return two drinks cause the mix didn't taste right (Dark & Stormy and a Cosmo). The scallop ceviche was fishy, no marinating taste (where's the lemon, cilantro, onions, etc taste?). The Buffalo and ghost chili sauce on the wings tasted exactly the same. The Artic Char was dry and bland. The Prime Vermont burger lacked taste, overpowered by slightly burnt onions. The Manhattan skyline view makes the prices half worthy cause the food and drinks do not.

Food was great, parking very close, but music to loud or waitress not loud enough, couldn't understand her very well. And prices just a bit too much.

Nice location in Jersey City, right in the water. Food was fresh and the ambiance was great.

Amazing service, view, and food. There is something for everybody on the menu from grilled octopus to truffle pizza. Solid craft beer draft selection and full top shelf bar.

The host didn t seat us because he didn t like the mask I was going to wear while walking to the table

Had a couple of lovely drinks and a nice pizza this evening at the bar. The bartender who served me was extremely knowledgeable about all the beers on tap and helped me pick out 2 wonderful flights of interesting brews, he also created a perfectly balanced bartender s choice cocktail for me. I appreciated that the pizza seasonings (garlic powder, oregano, red pepper and parmigiana) were brought out to be before the pizza came without me having to ask. There s nothing nicer than going out and having your all your needs anticipated ahead of time. Also appreciated the proper takeaway box for the left over pizza, loved that my leftovers weren t squished in like other establishments have done.

Loved it, very broad menu plus a superb view. Fun place.

View was amazing, however, food was okay, service was poor. Waiter didn t even come to our table to make sure everything was alright. No refills on water.

The place is absolutely amazing. The view of NY is magnificent. Service is on point and food tastes delicious.

One major thing I must say is that, it costs extra for any topping you want to add. The soup and noodles are free, but everything else is $1.00+. I ordered the Kenji's Ramen. Starts out at $10.00 and that's just the broth, kimchi, and noodles. It's pork & chicken broth with Kenji's "special fusion" sauce.

Beautiful atmosphere, drinks and food were delicious. Our waitress was attentive which is great when you have a group 10. My only complaint was the wait for the table was long even though we had a reservation. Management was nice enough to offer a complimentary drink for each person in the group.

We live nearby and visit Hudson & Co. often. The food is a bit expensive, and on the VERY rare occasion, we have had a less attentive server. However, given the number of times we've visited (30+!), we consider this the best restaurant in town. Almost always, we have been fortunate enough to have wonderfully kind and attentive servers. The food is tasty and changes seasonally. It is very family friendly with high chairs, crayons, kids cups and a kids menu. Cocktails are excellent. The staff frequently accommodate special requests, and the view can't be beat!

Pretty view, but that's about it. Made a reservation and practically sat in the kitchen. Meanwhile, the rest of the restaurant was empty and the hostess still wouldn't move our table. Wouldn't go back.

Dined in 6/24/20 and had the absolute best old fashioned. Whoever was bartending tonight absolutely nailed the drinks. Wish I could have sat at the bar and saw him make the drinks myself. Great service, fantastic food, and an awesome view. Granted it was a Wednesday evening not sure how seating is during the weekend but we got a table pretty quickly!

Had a great experience dining outdoors at Hudson & Co! We got a table that had good room for our strollers and had great service! The food is also great and a wide assortment of drink choices!

Food so good, service was amazing, definitely going to be one of our favorite spots now.

Foof and Service terrible! Menu not many selections...and we ordered a lot nothing was good...even the burger was bland and tasteless!! Waste of money and time... could have spent my money and time at any where better than this place!! If you are looking for a good dinner this is DEFINITELY not the place...the only good thing is the view.. that is why they get 1 star...the view.

The Hudson and Co website says the kitchen closes at 11pm tonight (we actually checked it before we drove over) My group hustled to get there before 1045pm. We walk in and the hostess tells us the kitchen is closed, I asked her since we hustled to get there and your website says 11pm can you ask your manager (she told us his name was Greg) if we can settle for appetizers we are a little hungry. The hostess comes back 5 minutes later and says sorry we can t help you . Change your website to reflect the proper time your kitchen closes we were really looking forward to that pretzel. Good night

I had a crispy chicken sandwich which was done very well. Weekday lunch hour without reservation we were seated in couple of minutes. Serving was quick and follow up was prompt. Impressive

Our server, Savannah, was great (friendly, on point); the food was pretty good - burger buns were dry and cumbersome, but the burgers, salads and arugula pizza were tasty. The real negative was the BS policy about not seating a table without the full party there. We had a reservation, the restaurant was mostly empty and yet 3 of the 5 of us would not be seated due to their very strict policy. What era is this? Mindless hostess and tone deaf policy. I won t go back - nor will my many colleagues. Too many good options who understand how to host guests. Wonder if they re curious why their restaurant is always so empty? Reviews spell it out...

Came for a work dinner and we all had an amazing time. Our large group was served by Kody who was great! The drinks and food were all amazing. Views here of Manhattan are perfect during good weather. Definitely recommend their filet, it was amazing!

Stylish place with a good drink menu. Really great views of the NYC skyline if you're sitting in the right parts of the place. The food arrives in decent portion. Bar is great - the place has TV's all around the restaurant, great place to catch a game with dinner/drinks. Outdoor seating when the weather is right.

Hudson and co is the best on the water restaurant in JC or Hoboken. It has amazing views, great service, and great food, plus a great bar. At first glance I thought the combo of Americana and sushi would stretch them too thin, but I was proven wrong. All aspects of the menu are delicious, from the burger to the grilled cheese to the sushi. Will be back often! Summer should be great with the deck and water view.

The burger was so juicy and good! The drink was small for the price but it was good!

Great place to be spending evenings at. Not a lot of crowd, and that makes it perfect for socializing you re with. A must visit!

We ordered a few apps. Mussels were good, pizza was not bad, the burger and octopus are recommended. Caesar salad, not worth it. Rolls were pretty good.
Kids were welcome with their own kiddy drinking cup.

The warm chocolate cookie is recommended.

Would I come back again? Yes. And would recommend this place as well.

A must experience for summer evening, with outside seating gazing at New York skyline.
Food wise decent food, didn't find it to be extraordinary. Though, good choice of Draft beers..
Margherita pizza - tasted good but was a little burnt on side
Watermelon salad - really nice combination of different tastes together. Cold watermelon with cheese and taste of mint, loved it
Garden veggie burger - tasted decent but smelled of meat mainly because of it being cooked on same grill

Horrible service. There are a lot of empty tables. After 20 min of waiting the waiter never came. We tried to get the attention of the manager to ask for a drinks or the drinks menu since last time we came here they gave us a different menu. They were more people that came after us and were served the menus and drinks. They were white people and us black and Latinos just sit and wait. The manager (Brian) was chatting with his employees and when we tried to ask him for assistance the guy gets upset and walks away. At that moment we said horrible service and this manager doesn t know what he is doing. We left and he came rushing to us to show us the menu outside and said You said that i don t know how to do my job. Goodnight and left. After showing us the limited drink menu on the backside that we already saw. At this point we realize they were just Racist. Do yourself a favor. If your Latino or black please don t come to a place like this and ruin your evening.

Service was great but the food was average at best and ridiculously overpriced. Only the wings and fries deserve the full 5 stars.

Not bad... I was disappointed we couldn't have brunch on a sunday.. but the meal size was impressive and had a great cocktail!

Table service was very confused, slow, and repeatedly sub-par. Cocktail menu was unimaginative. Loud despite lots of empty tables. Food was generally decent though. Definitely the type of place to sit at the bar and order a beer and an appetizer.

Food was great, the atmosphere was great. We had dinner on the river, with a great view of NYC. The restaurant took Covid restrictions very seriously. Overall, a great experience.

It was valentines eve and I reserved a table for two - 20 days in advance. I requested to be seated near the window with a view on the phone and even offered a reservation fees if applicable while confirming my booking and also called on the day in morning and i was assured by multiple people that its first come first serve basis.
I entered and observed that there were plenty of seats empty. I requested and mentioned that i was told its first come first serve. The girl at the entrance told that everyone wants that seat however its reserved for someone else. When i told that i reserved 20 days in advance.
Its was 9 PM and i was there till 11:30 however those seats were empty. It was illogical though but she didnt let anyone take those seats even for people who entered after me.
At first i was disappointed however my server was really nice and she cheered us up.

Hands down the WORST experience I ve ever had at a restaurant, The manager was very rude and not accommodating to me and my party of guest. Upon arrival my group and I are told that we were going to be separated over 15 feet away from each other which was not told prior to making the reservation. When asked to be seated closer the manager was very abrupt and rude to deny moving closer however another party entered with more guest then my party and they were seated right next to each other. 1/5 Stars

Very disrespectful!! I wish I could share any good feedback about the food but instead I have to share very bad experience spending 30 minutes to come to the place just to find out the hours posted on their own website, as well as Google maps, are not accurate. Very sad to see another big place thinking the view will sell itself and customers don t matter. Don t think so. I personally will not come again. As a local, I prefer supporting nice, caring local business.

The view and the beautiful place! But the horrible drink was pure ice and juice! The food was super bad, the pasta was raw and the sauce was super spicy! Very bad attention! I do not recommend this place!

Since it was New Year's Eve I made reservations for 8pm. The view was very nice and the waitress was attentive through out the meal. The meal itself was tasty. However given that the restaraunt markets itself as high end and elegant, it didn't live up to the prices. Our night was completely overshadowed by extremely loud club music that blared throughout the whole duration of the meal. The waitress explained that the restaraunt owner also rents out the next door function room for events. Our meal was completely ruined as there were times when the music was so loud I couldn't even hear my boyfriend who was seating right across from me. Our seats were literally vibrating from the music. Unfortunately the waitress explained that although management were aware of the issue there was nothing they could do. I rushed to ask for the check because I couldn't stand to stay there longer than needed because the music was unbearable. Overall a really disappointing experience.

The food and service was good in the beginning, but immediately diminished. Very soon, my party and I became obsolete to the server. He made several visits near our table, but never to our table. We spent 30 minutes at an empty table before our server noticed us; at which point, we only desired our checks so we may leave this unhospitable establishment.

Great service. A little pricy for some dishes but that's all for the view I guess? Worth a visit for some occasion.

Incredible view, ambiance, staff, music, food and drinks!!!

Great food. Great service. Very well organized during the pandemic, with extra tables and chairs very well spaced out outside with ample shade. The kids portions are very generous and just as high quality as the main menu.

Hudson & Co has a varied menu that goes from burgers to sushi. The atmosphere is casual, but the food is high end. I really love what the chef does with spices. Nothing overpowering, but still distinct.
And the views! The location has amazing views of Manhattan.

Comfortable seating area, great view of Hudson River and Manhattan Financial District, good selection of quality beer, terrible food.
No words to describe how bad was the burger I had there yesterday.
In short, if you go there - get a beer, relax, enjoy the view, don't order food. It's better this way.

The atmosphere, food & wait staff are all EXCELLENT!!!!

One of the best places to have good food, drinks and watch views of NYC. Don't get carried away with the menu if you are a vegetarian. The vegetarian options in the menu are really sumptuous. Ordered Mimosa's in drinks, Black Truffle Pizza and Garden Burger. The Black Truffle Pizza was out of the world. If you want to make the pizza spicy, you can request the servers to add jalepenos. The Garden Burger is one of the best burgers I have add. The Patty was really dense.
