Had to leave a review as I cannot believe all the bad ones! Yes, the receptionists are sometimes not at the desk and it takes a while to answer the phone but they are never rude! And all of my friends who live in London have to wait weeks for appointments and I have never failed to get a same day or if not, next day appointment! They make it so easy being able to book online or through the My GP app.
Doctors are always very thorough and professional and the nurses are excellent too.
I am moving out of the area soon and the main thing I am worried about losing is this surgery!

I think this GP practice is a rare find. Its a shining example of how a practice should be run. The daily walk-in baby clinic is a fantastic service and Dr Salim, who mans it Mon-Thurs, deserves a particular mention - it's been a real comfort having such confidence in my GP whilst having a small child. I also only have great things to say about Dr Chittilappily. I've always managed to get an appointment when needed and have found all the staff, including the practice nurses, to be extremely helpful.

Fantastic surgery, lovely staff. The doctors are caring, good listeners and really care about their patients; giving special mention to Dr Salim. I cannot fault them. Had one very bad experience with a locum, which I briefly discussed with the Practise Manager - to be resolved. Sad to say goodbye

They should have a 0 star rating aswell.Very unprofessional telephone staff.very rude and misbehaving.my call got answered after almost an hour and when i complained she said people dont turn up for their appointments and then turn their ass on us for not picking up the phone.seriously not recommended.

I cannot believe the ignorance I was met with when I telephoned this clinic to inquire about registering as a patient. I have recently moved to the area and this would be my closest practice, and after reading the reviews I was quite keen to register.
The practice only registers patients between 8.30-17.30 Monday to Friday which is understandable however difficult for professionals working full time. So when I inquired if patients could be registered on a Saturday, the woman who I assume was a receptionist, cut across me very sharply saying "I SAID the hours are...". When I tried to explain that I was only asking as it was quite inaccessible for full time workers she told me I should try the other local GP if it didn't suit me! I still can't believe how rude someone could be and how quick she was to turn away a potential client! How sad also as many of the reviews, particularly for the doctors and nurses, are so high for this practice but that the reception staff could have such a negative attitude is shocking.
This experience has completely put me off registering here and I really hope the management deals with this

Avoid at all costs.

Avoid at all costs.

As an individual who rarely uses the NHS (Fully supportive they do a superb job on an awful budget) I was impressed by the ability to get an appointment so quickly and the ease with which I could check in. The positives stop there. A Dr who rather than diagnosing a serious illness simply asked what treatment I would like (If I knew that I'd have stayed at University for an additional 2 years).

More frightening was what followed I was informed that my blood test results were now in and that they were all clear. (I've never had blood tests done at this practice). Let me be clear, the practice have managed to cross contaminate patient data and blood test results. I probably don't need to outline how terrifying that is. Put it this way, If I was fortunate enough to have children they wouldn't step foot within a 10 mile radius of this place.

My experience of this practice has always been good writing from a regular 3 monthly contact for treatment. In contrast to another review I find the receptionists friendly and flexible and the clinical care I receive from my GP and the Practice Nurse of the highest quality.I appreciate its focus on holistic care. My views and concerns are treated with respect and I cannot recommend the practice overall more highly.
Update 2016 - Reception staff still efficient and friendly. Clinical care excellent.

To be totally honest, I always found the receptionists here to be quite irritated when being spoken to. However on my recent visit they just recently hired a guy and he is superb. Asides from my pleasant experience, I saw him dealing with a patient that was quite difficult in which she herself turned around to me saying 'I like this guy, finally I like someone here'. He really is extremely polite, professional, smart looking and not to mention has gorgeous skin. Its the first time I've left a review because compared to the rest of the receptionists, he is kind, warm and deserves my time. Well done Earlsfield for making the right choice to hire Rich.

I love this practice. Having been elsewhere for 20 years and always having to wait an hour for any appointment, I find the efficiency at the Earlsfield practice remarkable. I never wait for more than a few minutes. The doctors and nurses are all professional and show me and my family a consistently high quality of care and knowledge. Thank you.

In nearly 20 years being a patient I have found all colleagues very professional and helpful and considerate at all times
Their are those colleagues who always go the extra mile on both sides medical and administrative
Thanks for all the great service

I have been at this practice for 6 years now and I can't fault them. Access has always been fantastic and even during this difficult time the staff have shown flexibility in how they consult and we have had brilliant telephone and video consultations. The admin staff have always been very helpful and the knowledge of the clinical staff is excellent. As a patient and a mother I feel they listen. Thank you EP!

Called this practice and said that I thought I was having a panic attack. Really rude receptionist told me there was no way I could get an appointment for at least a week and that I should just be patient. Horrific

Audrey the receptionist was very rude to me and she put the phone down on me twice. When you are feeling unwell you do not except a receptionist of a doctors surgery to be so rude! I had also asked her to book me a call back from a doctor, but I didn't get a call back!

Slow and cumbersome process to get anything done in this practice. Reception staff has either no authority to make any decisions, or is simply not skilled enough to do so as for any simple question, they book a call with a GP (who then never calls or hours later than agreed). GPs compassion for patients could also be better, especially on the phone, one feels quite left alone. Unsurprisingly, staff in this practice doesn't reply to emails either (not sure why they provide an email address at all). Go somewhere else to avoid frustration.

Dismissive, rude, and lazy reception staff. Lines "open" at 8am (Lines don't really open till 8.02) then you finally reach the top of the que and the phone just rings on and on and no one answers. Worst i've ever experienced.

I want to share my bad experience at the practice. When I asked the receptionist to register my and gave my UK driving licence with my address she said it doesn't improve my adress and I gave my bank statement for last month she didn't accept it. She called her colleagues, they looked at me like I'm a fool and pushed me down. It wasn't professional from their side.

If you have kids, this is the GP surgery for you! They have a drop in session for kids weekdays 10-11am. If they are ill you just have to arrive before 11am and they are guaranteed to be seen that day.

As a mother to a young kid, this service is the best. No phoning up at 8am worrying whether you will get through, no worrying about what if there is no one available.

Dr Salim is just the best GP who is great at diagnosing children. She s loved by all mums in Earlsfield.

I can not recommend highly enough!

The worst practice I have ever used. Reception frequently greet with 'What do you want?', on booked appointments have been made to wait up to an hour in the waiting room! Receptionists frequently disappear from front desk and don't appear to want to help anyone.

I have recently moved to a new practice, I needed to obtain my NHS number and recent blood test results from Earlsfield....in a nutshell the response I received was 'I can't be bothered to help you'.

This place is certainly not suitable for busy working Londoners.

When I called to check about a referral letter that was passed to them over 6 weeks ago (noted on my calendar), the receptionist said it was registered in to their system just a few days ago and kept on saying she couldn't tell why it was registered just a few days ago even before I asked her the reason and started having a go at me as if I was lying.

I went there straight after my appointment with an optician early last month so I clearly remember and also noted on my diary.

Not all the receptionists I experience at the GP are rude like her as I understand they are busy but this particular lady is very rude, I feel racism towards me as soon as she had my detail on, I feel her attitude changes. Absolutely unpleasant.

Really nice staff. A guy called Redge was very nice too. Really stood out and is a joyous person. I have recently joined this practice and he took care of my needs as if it were his own. Everyone here is nice too. He needs to stay...just saying.

Called in to see if I could register as a new patient, as I have a painful condition, was told to come around to fill out a form. I came and was refused on the door, with an elderly lady telling me to go elsewhere without a proper reason. Medical negligence basically.

Mainly I wanted to leave a review simply because I see so many people moaning about tiny issues and blowing them out of proportion.

The best overall service I have received from a doctor's surgery. Pretty easy to get an appointment quickly and at a time that suits, the staff are friendly, the doctors give you an adequate amount of time and I've always come away feeling satisfied.

Would recommend.
